Today on the show we taking aim into the life and story of Major League Baseball pitcher for the Arizona dbacks, Riley Smith and how he got to where he is today and his experiences moving up through the ranks to his big debut in the big leagues. Throughout this episode we will learn much more about the lifestyle that many baseball players live from the training, nutrition, supplements, and hobbies and passions they have outside the game of baseball such as hunting and fishing that they incorporate to keep their mind and body disciplined on and off the field.

We also have a special guest on the show with Riley Smith, Professional Baseball pitcher, Grayson Rodriguez who was a first round, pick 11 in 2018 for the Baltimore Orioles.
