I am excited to introduce a special guest on the show today, Ryan Rottman.

Little about Ryan, he grew up in a town called Lufkin, Texas, later attended Texas Tech University to start his career in the acting business, and was featured in countless films and tv series, one to mention 90210.

Ryan is currently still doing films while he has been working on his dream venture, and that leads us to a sports platform that he co-founded with NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers that will change the game for online sports information and what I call in my words of the digital sports information of the future in the present.

Ryan’s goal of OSDB was simple; to create an extensive database detailing the lives of professional athletes with unprecedented granularity. OSDB prides itself on the amount of detail and comprehensive nature with which they cover high-profile professional athletes and teams.

Each athlete on OSDB has a profile on which fans can find out more about their personal lives, like their hobbies, interests, endorsement deals and ventures outside of their athletic ones, and even their charitable works and initiatives, along with much more.

Beyond these databases and player profiles, OSDB also produces original editorial content that celebrates athletes for all they do on and off the field. I was fortunate to have been asked by them to have an editorial piece on my journey of being an athlete.

Furthermore, I’m excited to kick this episode off and have you guys learn more about Ryan, his experiences in the acting business, the highs and lows, the lessons learned throughout his career, and his current venture today of OSDB.

#21 - Future of Digital Sports - Ryan Rottman

In this episode of The Laj Tripp Podcast, we talk about minerals, ask foundational questions about why they matter to your biology, and why you probably would do a lot better in performance or just as a human being who wants to be a temple of health.

We have more than 30 trillion cells in our body, and every single one requires minerals to function. You can’t live without minerals.

Caroline Alan, the co-founder and president of Beam Minerals knows first-hand the importance of minerals. Before she started with BEAM, she was working under the constant stress of a corporate career.

She had inflammation throughout her body, especially in the gut and mouth. And her adrenals were fatigued. She also had headaches daily, previously unknown gluten intolerance, and other body pain. She spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to improve, but nothing worked until she started taking minerals.

The minerals allowed her body to heal naturally and come back to homeostasis. She then went deep into research about minerals and how they work on human physiology, especially plant-based fulvic and humic mineral complexes. This included microbiology, molecular biology, cellular biology, agricultural soil science, and the study of plant decomposition.

BEAM Minerals provides fulvic and humic minerals in appropriate amounts that open up new pathways for absorption and allow your cells to take in the good stuff and clear out the gunk.

This episode gets into mineral depletion and supplementation. What helps your body, why, and in what forms?

You'll learn why Ionic liquid minerals are immediately bioavailable at the cellular level. Another plus? Specific flavonoid benefits of fulvic supercharge any vitamin supplements you’re already taking by making them more easily assimilated by your cells. Cool stuff.

“These humic and fulvic complexes, they're like Mother Nature's answer to mineral supplementation,” Caroline says.
