my, uh, my Bob, she gave me an Archangel Michael statue. So one of the things that we used to do a lot was to go to the, uh, national shrine, uh, Basilica in Washington DC. And so I used to put it near my bed in my room and, you know, I didn't realize that the things that were happening around me were necessarily spiritual, just like ghosts. you know, Archangel Michael or Michael was there to protect me. And so, you know, even since then, I've gifted that to my son now, but it's just a very special, special thing. So angels have throughout my life really been a sort of protective force, at least in the way that I've seen them, or even wearing like a Archangel Michael medallion and things like that, which I think a lot of people do still.

Yeah, absolutely. And I think when you're talking about angels, most people know Archangel Michael. And if they're thinking they want protection, or they're saying a prayer protection, they'll call an Archangel Michael if they're talking with angels. Yeah, I think that's one of the main ones. But Michael is one of the more powerful. So in some schools of thought right now, he's sort of leading the charge, if you will, against the more nefarious forces at play at this sort of moment in time, which is interesting. I agree with that.

When I first started learning how to do entity clearings, and that was one of the, that was the first thing I learned how to do in the energy world of things. And what happened was, so I learned this technique and I was helping to clear entities and there was somebody that I was asked to clear. And when I went to go clear them, I literally saw what looked like

angels stopped me, they just stopped me for a minute. Like they didn't let me go there to do the clearing energetically, they just stopped me. And they showed me, like they were ready for battle. Like I looked left and I looked right and as far as I could see both ways in this vision I had, there were angels ready for battle.

And the sense I got was like this was not an easy one to clear and we're ready whenever you are now. So then I went and I went to like in my mind, you know, energetically, I put my energy into the field of this person that I was asked to clear.

It's just how do we approach it, you know, I try not to look at it like I'm in a war. You know, he's got his angel wings and his sword and things like that, but it's very... What would you say are Archangel Michael's strengths? I mean, this card says, stand in your power and be true to yourself. So like courage, standing up, empowerment, like that seems to be a big thing with him. I had my very first interaction really with Archangel Michael directly was one of the times when I was clearing and this was before the army of angels

came in that time. I had a client who had a karmic situation with an entity that wouldn't clear very easily. And I didn't know how to clear that at the time yet. So I was like, I didn't know what to do except a very basic clearing. And it wasn't working. And it antagonized it. So it woke me up in the middle of the night

And then said it was going to go after my kids. And of course I'm just like, Oh my God, what the heck am I getting into? And I'm freaking out. So I get up out of bed and

I go to the family room and I'm sitting on the couch and I've got my, you know, we use crystals in this form of clearing. And so I got my crystal and I'm trying to, I was going to sit down to try to clear and then the entity blinded me.

I literally could not see my eyes were open and everything was black. I could not see. So, of course, I'm freaking the heck out. I'm like, I've heard that in. More like exorcism type stuff, you know, like, you know, that that type of thing can happen. Oh, it does happen. And so, but I'm sitting there alone by myself in the middle of the night and now I'm blinded.

And I'm freaking out. And then a vision of Archangel Michael sat, he was like, he was sitting on my ottoman or something, but he was sitting right in front of me and he said, calm down. Because I was really freaking out. He's like, calm down. I want you to turn up your light as bright as they can make it, as bright as you can make it, because they can't handle that.

So it wasn't about battling the demon or the entity or whatever you wanna call that. It was about becoming so strong in my own light that it would just go away. And as soon as I did that, my vision came back and I never dealt with that entity again. It just didn't come around at all. So I look at that as a test. I think, I could have called an Archangel Michael and been like, oh my God, take him away.

But I think a lot of times we're meant to learn how to come into our power through situations. And every person's situation is different. So we're tested in different ways. I am meant to be, I don't know if I would call myself a warrior, soul, but I'm definitely meant to be strong in that power to help clear these things from people and places. So that just tends to be one of the things I'm meant to do.

and how I'm going to do it. It's a very specific way, I guess. And other people do it in different ways. I've just heard different approaches to things. But I think regardless, we're meant to come into our own power. We're meant to come into our light, our love, our true being of who we are.

When we do that, we just aren't as affected or they give up. It's like a bully only goes after the kids. If you're talking about kids in school, a bully will only go after the kid that's weak. They will go after the ones that are strong.

It's interesting, I was doing some work with Amy Major and she works with a demonologist who I'm sort of fascinated by. I feel like you have to be super strong, super brave to be in that realm, right? To sort of operate and face those things. I think I was sharing just that in the church where I grew up,

In Maryland, there was a guy who was the bodyguard for one of the priests that did the exorcist when they were here. And so that he described to my dad just how the priest was sort of attacked. And that always, you know, frightened me, of course, hearing that.

But at the same time, like the priest was undeterred, right? Like he was locked in this battle and was seemingly unafraid. But I have heard and seen other stories too where, you know, priests, I mean, we all have our own issues, right? But like priests that are not

of perhaps the highest moral character or spiritually grounded in their faith. When they come up across certain things, they do not fare well, like it goes very poorly for them. So it's fascinating how that can happen. Well, you had mentioned that you pulled a card. I did, yeah. Well, so there's many, many challenges happening.

at the moment, perhaps for a lot of people. And so I pulled a card prior to coming on here. And so I'll just share the card.

So it seemed very timely, you know, so I pulled that and then I'll just, I'll read sort of briefly some of the description here, but it says, whether a physical illness, a financial issue, or a repeated relationship pattern that causes you pain, it is possible to focus on healing that challenge through a spiritual perspective.

Forgive yourself for having something to work through. Every human is here to grow and learn. In our most difficult challenges, there is a secret grace, a hidden gift that we can claim for ourselves as we heal. Yeah, I think I was sharing with you that I just had, right before we got on here, I had a coaching call and he is fabulous. He's been really good for me in a lot of ways. And I explained that, you know, it just seems like the last few years has been challenge after challenge. And I feel like I'm coming out of the challenge. I really feel like I'm at the end of it, but I'm being bombarded with crazy things happening all over the place. And he made some comments about,

why he felt that was. And one of the things was, and I've heard this from multiple spiritual teachers as well, is that just when you're about to break through is when you hit max resistance and everything's going to seem like it's crazy, but you just got to push through. And then like you get to the next level and the forces that be. And I think that, you know, I think everything plays together. I think like yin and yang, you know, the light and the dark, they play together to help each other grow.

And these forces, the dark forces, the detrimental forces, whatever you wanna call that, it does have a purpose. As long as it's kept in balance, it actually works to your benefit. And you use that catalyst as your growth and you can overcome, but that's how you grow. It's like when you're lifting weights and you're trying to build muscle

you can't just do it against the air. Like that's just not going to do it. You have to have the resistance. You have to have that force that's working against you or else kind of like, what's the point? There's nothing for you to get stronger about. There's no way to grow. The, I was talking about seeing the astrologer slash medium slash therapist last week and there was a connection with Rudolf Steiner who is a, I guess you would call him a Rosicrucian, so Rosicrucianism. Not sure exactly how to describe them other than they are sort of like this,

maybe secret, but not so secret sort of spiritual Christian sect. Although I'm not sure they would necessarily call themselves Christians. I don't know. One of the things that Rudolf Steiner apparently talked about was the Mikael prophecy.

There might be like seven of them. Okay. I have the first few.

So this guy, I was listening, it was Dr. Robert Gilbert, who was on a podcast called Know Thyself. And it was very good. He used to have, or I guess he still does have a series on Gaia.

It's like on sacred geometry, I think, but it goes very, very in-depth with things, which if you don't know about sacred geometry, it's also very fascinating. In a sense, it's the study of everything, right? Right, I know, yeah. It blows my mind. But he was talking about this Michael prophecy in just how, I guess when Steiner was talking about it, and I have a little bit of a,

So I thought it was super interesting because it ties into a lot of things that I'm familiar with in regards to like Dolores Cannon, you know, in her book, if

I love Dolores Cannon, by the way. She's a hypnotherapist that wrote about all kinds of interesting things. But the new earth and the three waves of volunteers. And then also the raw contact, the law of one, where they talk about, well, they use the term the harvest, but essentially these volunteers, the term is wanderers, I guess.

Yeah, wanderers, yeah. The harvest is about the harvesting of the souls for the ascension. Don't freak out. But it's all things sort of pointing to this time period where it's like, you know, these souls are coming back or there's an agreement to come back for this specific time because this is where it's going to be needed most.

And so we're in the throes of that right now, which is super fascinating in the time of Michael. So in the Rosicrucian sort of context, Michael is sort of reigning over sort of like the earth right now, I guess. And so he's sort of spearheading. That's probably the right term for him, right? anywhere where you feel like you're not in your power, they will use that against you. And pretty much we all have something, right? Whether we just don't feel good enough or we're afraid of something, maybe we're afraid of losing someone or something, whatever it is, it can be used against you. And I think the point is with know thyself, it's knowing where it is you need to bring light and love into your experience and to heal it.

Well, you had mentioned that when Archangel Michael was communicating with you and sort of requested that you turn up your light for people listening, what was the technique that you used to do that? Yeah, so I envisioned almost like on a stove you have the low to high, your little dial.

And honestly, I think if I did not have Archangel Michael sitting next to me or in front of me in that moment, I don't think I would have found it. Because I would have still been in fear, but because I knew he was with me, and then it almost it felt almost like a training. Where it was just kind of like,

I was learning how to find my power switch. I turned the knob up and I could feel it within me. I felt like, I am Jennifer. You cannot hurt me. I am full of love and light from God. That's just how it felt and it went away. That was a really powerful moment. I've had other times where

you know, I've had even crazier experiences than that, where I've had to dig even deeper to try to find that new level of power within me. And I think I've figured, I mean, so far, knock on some wood here, you know, I don't know, but I feel like I have, I've found it. It does take you to a whole different level of understanding of who you are. It's very interesting. So one of the things that this guy, the Rosicrucian that I was referencing, Dr. Robert Gilbert, who had the TV show on Gaia, his institute is called the Vesica Institute.

you know, there's some sacred geometry on it, almost like a Venn diagram with a triangle, which is super fascinating. But he was talking about how in sacred geometry, but then also like how you're trying to think of exactly what he was talking about, but it's how it related to me is like a toroidal type shape. So if you can imagine like your energy,

that you have running through your body. So a lot of sacred geometry sort of corresponds with aspects of your energy and meridians and points in your body. There's like the shaft that goes through you and, you know, there's different meditations, like the Markaba meditation or things like that, that reference this power, you know, with this connection that we have with spirit. And the toroidal shape is kind of like an apple.

But in this one meditation, well, you'll notice it in other multiple meditations, but basically like, you know, how an apple at the, at the top, there's that opening in the bottom, there's an opening, but you imagine this meditation where you have your energy, your light.

spinning around almost like in a tornado or like this vortex, but then it spirals up and then branches out around you and then encompasses you back up from the bottom. So now that your energy is expanding out around you in equal parts, and you have to be careful with that because if you're not fully conscious of your energy,

It can be distorted and there can be weak points and things like that, which may sound crazy to people that are not initiated with some of these forms of meditation, but a lot of it is visualization too. So there's a mix of various forms of meditation that we're not always taught. Someone just learned about mindfulness meditation. It's like, all right, well, pay attention to your breath. There's a lot more to it.

But you can incorporate that as far as harnessing your chi or your prana, your life force energy to then protect yourself. So interestingly enough, in the remote viewing HemiSync gateway process, that's one of the things you do is you start to take away visually your fears and your doubts and other things and you lock them away.

There's a process where you try to work with them to transmute them or to make them disappear. And then you, what does he call it? Your radiant energy balloon is what they call it. But you're creating this protector or like sacred space almost as you project out your consciousness. And he talks about how, you know, you may have your own process when you're working on people so that energetically as you're working on them, you're not

taking on anything that you don't want to take on. Right. Is there a specific process you have for that? Yeah, there's a number of things that I do. Well, first off, because I feel a lot with my hands. And so I'll intend that energy can't go past my hands. It can get to my hand so I can read it, but it won't go past it.

And I used to have a lot of problems with it still going past it, even if I told it not to or it was directing the energy not to. It still would come in. So one of the other techniques I have is something feels like it's still trying to push past my defenses in a way or my definition of what I'm looking for. I have what I call galactic suction.

you know, just like if you're, you know, going to get surgery or something, they'll have suction. So I call in like a galactic suction and I bring it in and I turn it on.

And I have it just pull out the energy. Um, that usually works really well. In fact, I won't even tell my clients what I'm doing. And they'll be like, Ooh, it feels like a sudden pulling of the energy. They'll feel it. Yeah. So, um, it definitely works. You know, when you direct energy, it usually listens pretty well. Like it'll, it'll do what you tell it to do most of the time. We're diving into energy work, but everything is energy, isn't it? Right. I know. I know.

But let's get back into angels, since that's our topic. We had mentioned that different angels have different jobs. They have different things that they help with.
Roles and Strengths of Archangels Michael and Raphael

And there are many of them out there, way more than we could ever even name or know of. But if we're speaking directly about archangels,

There are some main ones that people call upon. So I want to throw out some names just so if people want to start exploring how to work with them, they can. Well, toss them out.
