Well, can you tell us a little bit about how the move to spy came about because we had Joe on a couple of like I think four or five weeks before the deal was made official and he kind of alluded to he had something going on he didn't want to reveal it.

That didn't pan out just because it wasn't the right timing, but once I knew that Joe was both a team in August, we got in contact and it was just a very simple and easy conversation.
