So Juventus are out of the Champions League, failed to qualify from the group stage. If you were to contextualize this Carlo in a historical context, where would you put this and how would you rank this?
Speaker: Well, according to Max Allegri, it's not a failure at all. But for me, and for anyone that's not completely delusional and senile like Allegri is, it's the biggest humiliation in Juventus' modern history. There's no doubt about it. It's the lowest ever group stage points tally in Juventus' Champions League history. Three points in five games. I mean, it was a tricky group, but it wasn't a group of death like Inters was with Bayern and Barcelona.
Speaker: And it just sums up what has been a complete disaster of a return for Allegri in these 15 months. And this is why, and everyone laughed at me, I said when the groups were drawn, Juventus would go out, and they have gone out, and they've won one of 18 big games since Allegri returned, eighth in Serie A, out of the Champions League. I mean, I could go on and on, it's just been a complete disaster.
Speaker: But one team or two teams that haven't been a disaster in Europe are Inter and Milan. Inter are through and Milan looked like they could follow them. Well, Milan looked for the first time, I think, during the Pioli era like the team, like a team that they played in Europe with the same confidence and belief that they do in the Serie A. Completely winning, easily brushing aside, you know, the other hand,
Speaker: have done what no one believed they could do, and myself included. And Simonian Zaghi has really turned everything around from when his back was against the wall, uniting the group and getting the results. And now Romelu Lukaku is back, and he looked absolutely on fire against Victoria Pilsen, so it's all smiles and in both ends of the Naveli.
