Five months off my motorcycle taught me something counterintuitive: sometimes, the absolute fastest way forward in life is to stop gripping the handlebars so tightly, ease off the throttle, and learn how to navigate the curves. In this episode I'll share a story of my right hand wrist injury and how it's held me back from literally rolling the throttle on my motorcycle for 5 months, how it taught me that movement is necessary but we don’t always need to go full throttle - and that exact knowledge is helping me ease back into riding. And at the end I'll share with you a house update and the no-cost activity that is giving me freedom this week.
