Speaker: So in the wild shootout between Roma and Juve yesterday, we saw Federico Chiesa go down, injured, and we're learning today that he has indeed torn his ACL. I mean, this is going to have huge implications, obviously, not only on Juve, but the Italian national team. This is devastating for the Azuria.
Speaker: The following is a clip from this week's Italian football podcast.
Speaker: It's devastating, first of all, for Kiesa. He's going to be out six months, the kind of player he is, explosive player with his pace, his acceleration. Is he going to be the same player again? Is that worry? I ask the question of the physio, why the hell after he'd, I think, partially torn it in the first incident with Chris Smalling, why on earth was he let back on the pitch? Then Juventus, of course,
Speaker: Are they going to get in the top four now? But most of all, Italy, World Cup qualifying playoff in March. They play against Portugal in Lisbon in the final, probably away with an attack that struggles to score goals. It's a nightmare for Italy as well.
