go. Oh, and by the way, call for submissions for the next issue of the audio magazine titled Codes. Themed codes. Codes to live by. Mantras. Personal beliefs. Rules. Oppressive. Liberating.

Speaker
I love people who are so principled, they live by a code. Captain Fantastic, even the Mandalorian, this is the way. Give me your best 2,000 word essays or fewer about codes. Email Creative Nonfiction Podcasts at gmail.com. With code in the subject line, simultaneous submissions are fine.

Memoirs. Now, technically it's a novel, but who knows? No, but it's a novel, but it pulls directly from a lot of experience and personal experience from Brad, and it might be my favorite book of the year to date. At least on this day.
00:02:24
Speaker
of the year it is oh shit be brief and tell them everything it's published by ig publishing ig i don't know uh i don't know why i like certain things or don't like certain things it's like a certain guitar chord

It's either in tune or it isn't, and this book was written in a voice that's very much in harmony with the way I wish I could write but failed miserably. Be it my journalism or my essay writing or my podcast parting shots, hell, even my intros. Right from the first word, I was like, I know I'm in for a trip, and this book made me tear up in places.
00:03:01
Speaker
made me laugh and several more and it was one of those rare books I couldn't wait to get back to after I set it down. And I only set it down on account of my paralyzing untreated ADHD.
