Speaker: he hasn't stepped it up in big games in the Champions League. He's actually been very very disappointed in the Champions League and we said it's time that he performed in a big match in Europe and he did that. He was absolutely magnificent and he was Milan's man for the big occasion once again so well done to Milan to get him through to the last 16.
Speaker: Only one talking point also in the inter -game in their defeat to Bayern Munich. Sadio Mane doing a goalkeeper impression. Tell me, Nimr, how was this not a penalty?
Speaker: Well, the rationale is, according to Aifab and every referee I've spoken to, that because Manet had his arms inside of his body and he was protecting his face in terms of as a reflex, because the ball came at a high speed, then it's not considered to be a foul or an infringement, the handball infringement. And apparently, from what I've understood and everyone's spoken to, the distance isn't important. It's about how quickly the ball was hurled at his face.
Speaker: Personally, I think this is ridiculous. It should have been a penalty and that the law needs to be changed and that they need to be clarified because it was more of a volleyball than a football action that Manet did. But it is what it is, inter -earth through.
