Tom is a British freelance chef and food writer based in London, where he runs pop-up restaurants inspired by his passion for American cuisine.  Through his Instagram account @feedingspeedy, Tom also runs weekly cook alongs to share his love of food and shine a light on inspiring food founders and influcers doing incredible things.
