Speaker: Digit, did Betascone ever invite you to one of his parties? No, I wasn't lucky enough to go to those parties. I missed a boat on those. I was already in Croatia by the time they went to their parties. So which Milan teammate was the best for a night out? It's got to be Ronaldo, surely, the Brazilian Ronaldo.
Speaker: The following is a clip from this week's Italian football podcast.
Speaker: There was a few. I tell you what, it's funny because for such a successful team, the boys loved the night out, mate. Ronaldinho put on the best parties, mate, without a doubt. Ronaldinho, he'd put on the best parties ever. But I'll tell you a story about Ronaldo, the legend that he is.
Speaker: I think we all got together, I think there was a Champions League final, 2000 and it was in Milan, it was Real Madrid at Let's Go Madrid and we had a night out and the nightclub had finished and everyone was leaving and the security guards, they said to me, I said, man, please can you get Ronnie out of here? We can't get him out of here. That's the type of bloke he was, he was there to the death. He was a great player but he was brilliant off the park as well, I tell you.
