Sully Shaheed: We begin our final descent into week two with a late night special or early morning special whenever you want to consume our content. This is the final look show as we were on Wednesday at the 50 ,000 foot view injuries have yet to roll in. Ownership projections are kind of wonky, but we are here with probably the most important podcast of of the week entering week two.
Sully Shaheed: So we're going to go over some chalk talk. We're going to go over the players that we like. we are playing in our lineups and of course maybe talk a little tournament strategy because we haven't dived into the game theory of DFS. So sit back, relax, pull up a chair, grab your favorite adult beverage, and we are here for the DFS Deli.
Sully Shaheed: Week. Two. Final dissent. Let's do it.
Sully Shaheed: And it's just Sully and Chili today because Baker is hard at work. Good for him getting getting some work in. I am off of work. I had to DJ a homecoming tonight, so that was a lot of fun. But I am here back in front of a microphone to talk to you about the final look, our final thoughts about week.
Sully Shaheed: 2. ah what sticks, what's not going to stick, where we can take advantage of some spots at. And, of course, I will go over the players that I like. Chili will give me some ownership projections as we walk in. And I think it's time, man. Chill. Welcome to the show. Thanks for thanks for jumping on on a late night. Saturday night. How are you feeling man?
Chilly: ah Yeah, man, I'm feeling great. This is about ah the the time of the night that I start building lineups. ah I think out of ah out of us three, I'm usually up the latest on the Saturday night just reading and scouring the streets of building lineups. and
Chilly: running a little bit of some sims and and some stuff like that so uh so essentially this in my element taking a look here at some different articles all that fun stuff and get ready to dive on into the to the final descent
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, man, it's it's time to lock in those lineups. Like I said, I ah build primarily on FanDuel, actually only on FanDuel. And if you're into the shenanigans that were in last week, ah you might want to submit your lineups now. And then just in case it crashes, there's something in there. So my lineups are locked. um I might.
Sully Shaheed: I'll brush and comb through them tomorrow just to make sure that I have all the plays I want. Chill's probably going to run some Sims for me later after we get off of air. But I did want to share with you the players that I will be.
Sully Shaheed: loading up tomorrow morning or tomorrow afternoon I should say so you know I'm already. Off the high. of the bills already taking care of their business on Thursday. So I don't really have too much to sweat.
Sully Shaheed: Tomorrow, I just got to watch the Browns get that ass whipped and laugh along the way. Maybe even collect some money on the way. That would be cool. Great. So I know you got your dolphins to watch. um You know, I know there are dumpster fire and everything, but.
Sully Shaheed: You know, Sunday should be a pretty... Pretty chill, melancholy day. You know, let's let's let's all. whoever's consuming this concept let's let's let's win some money tomorrow how how does that sound I think that sounds pretty good, right, Joe?
Chilly: Yeah, I think so. Let's... ah Let's take down a slate, whether it's you, me. Baker. The...
Sully Shaheed: Or one of the lovely listeners and viewers of the DFS Deli.
Chilly: See ya. oh the masses, you know, well let's.
Sully Shaheed: yeah
Chilly: let's Let's win some money tomorrow.
Sully Shaheed: Absolutely. So, Joe, I want to actually talk to you real quick before we get into the plays and our ownership because. It's important that we go over how to build lineups, right? I think a lot of people get this misconception of trying to take down a tournament because we only really play GP fees. Cash is completely different. GPPs, I think people have a lot of...
Sully Shaheed: misunderstanding when it comes to building lineups, right? There's correlation involved. There's ownership plays involved. And I think. And not necessarily just with the larger contest, but building in general, is that I think we take ownership into.
Sully Shaheed: way too much consideration. Like we have to have like a 1 % guy that hits it. If it's chalk, we fade it and blah, blah, blah. It's like. Guys, you realize that. Chalk is chalk for a reason, right?
Sully Shaheed: And there's a place to fade it and there's a place to just. Eat it. So, um joe I don't know, again. you may build a little different than I do. But.
Sully Shaheed: how do you How do you go about building your lineups when it comes to ownership and let's say game environment, stacks, things like that? What's what's the general overview of how you go like Rasha Construction?
Chilly: Yeah, I mean it I would say from last year. Um, You know, eBay. Uh, last year especially. um Usually in the past, it was like... kind of negative to go QB running back wide receiver.
Chilly: Um... But I've been having like a lot of success. doing that I think that's honestly picked up a decent amount in the industry especially with the NFL going more towards uh, back to the age of the running back. Um,
Chilly: Also... ah Again, this is just my theory. With the way kickoffs are done now. ah Teams like average starting position is like. 30, 35, 40. So like it's not as many yards being consumed.
Chilly: um necessarily but uh but traditionally like i'm building uh if i'm stacking it's usually ah Quarterback, running back wide receiver, quarterback wide receiver tight end.
Chilly: I... I haven't had very much success with doing quarterback, wide receiver, wide receiver. ah ah And that's just me. It's not to say it can't work.
Chilly: Um, I just haven't had much success with that, but traditionally that's how I'm going to, that's how I'm going to do it. And then depending on the other team will determine if I'm bringing a bring back.
Chilly: Um... like Let's just take this week for example. I'm probably playing the Bucks tomorrow. I don't see myself Putting another brown on the other side of that lineup um And I'm probably going to stack a QB running back wide receiver.
Chilly: um So... So again here, really for me, it depends on. It really depends on the other team. ah You know, like... We'll just go to last week, for example. And...
Chilly: It was easy to go Lions what a with a Saint bring back. uh because the that that's what the game called for or a saints but of lions um So again here, like again, depending on team and environment. It...
Chilly: For me. his brain back. Um, Or if the other team pretty much has like a really chalky brain back, I'll probably put them on the team, even if I don't believe in it. Again, like chalk is chalk.
Chilly: um I mean last week. Like. I didn't think Trey Tucker was good chalk, so I didn't really play him. I kind of got to that way like late Saturday night where I was just like.
Chilly: I could see where this just... you know, like bus. So sometimes you just have to determine what Chuck, are you okay with beating you? and then kind of going from there as well
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, 100 % agree. Like I said, these lineups cannot win without chalk. I mean, you can have it sometimes. However... the majority of winning lineups and don't take the millionaire maker for example it's hundreds of thousands of entrants we're talking about the contest you should be entering um We're talking.
Sully Shaheed: you know your 2 000 your 3 000 your 4 000 maybe even less than a thousand entries especially when it comes to single entry three max five max those are the best contests so if you're in those you don't have to get away from chalk and we're going to talk about the chalk you guys here in a minute What?
Sully Shaheed: It's the basic roster construction for me is quarterback, right? Receiver. I used to double stack, but like you said, the majority of the time you really don't need it unless you're throwing in like a tight end. So last week, my most successful lineup was shook. Juwan Jennings, alave.
Sully Shaheed: And I brought back the Sun God and Jameer Gibbs. So i had on I had a full game stack. the only The only place I missed. was getting bears involved because I was. I was laser focused on something else. So it's it's the mini stack. So we have two players from the same, another game outside of your stack, and then your regular game environment on your main stack. Ownership wise.
Sully Shaheed: Historically, what has won? Is that. You have one player or maybe even two above the 20 to 30 percent threshold. So, again, we're going to talk about, again, B. John Robinson probably is the best example this week.
Sully Shaheed: And then you probably need about three guys that are under 10%, not 1 % guys, not 1%. We're talking some of the field plays it, but the majority of it doesn't to elevate your lineup. And then you may need.
Sully Shaheed: either the slate breaker or a one or a two to 3 % guy. Like if we get too thin, you're automatically taking yourself out of the running. So if you build your lineups with. Quarterback wide receiver.
Sully Shaheed: The bring back is unnecessary unless it just makes sense. so I wouldn't force it if you didn't have to on FanDuel. I like to build with three running backs on DraftKings, a little different pricing environment. I would say.
Sully Shaheed: You could do the double tight end or you can put a wide receiver in the flex. Because the salary is a little tighter over there. But FanDuel, you definitely want three running backs. um And then take into consideration where you cannot have.
Sully Shaheed: three to four to five chalky guys that's what cash games are for You're not gonna take down a tournament like that. And if you did, it's an outlier. So once you comb through your lineups and look through your lineups.
Sully Shaheed: um look at ownership look at collective ownership and say Do I have? three guys under 10 % or right at the 10 % threshold. Do I have the chalk? Am I am I OK with.
Sully Shaheed: uh derrick henry or uh bijan robinson or whoever it is tomorrow or later on today i should say by the time you're consuming this content. and then say where can i get different What is a good play without being...
Sully Shaheed: The chalk. Right. So we saw that the game environment last week in Chicago was indicative of. the ground game because Caroline is a sieve. So... We got a low owned.
Sully Shaheed: of deandre swift we had a low -owned caleb williams and we might see the same case today so look for those spots that make sense to you And of course, the biggest thing to me is be ready to late swap. If your one o 'clock guys are not.
Sully Shaheed: hitting or maybe won't be able to take you to the top of the tournament when your four o 'clock guys hit. The prime example tomorrow is going to be the Dallas Cowboys game. Make sure you have a pivot in place. Make sure you salvage those lineups. Don't just die with the chalk.
Sully Shaheed: Make sure you have a way to pivot off those guys to elevate yourself to a spot where you can win the tournament. or at least cash, because I've resurrected a lot of dead lineups by late swapping.
Sully Shaheed: Sometimes you just got to say, hey. i can't I can't win this lineup with. Javante Williams. I can't win this lineup with... ah CD lamb or. and George Pickens.
Sully Shaheed: I got to get off those guys. So there are games, five of them in the four o 'clock window where we could say. Uh -oh. My line is about to be buried. Let's go. So anything else you want to add to that tournament theory? Because again, I want people to. get the theory of DFS correct before the players. I can just name players. We can name players.
Sully Shaheed: All day. But if you're still building lineups incorrectly. you're still not going to win. So anything to add, Chill?
Chilly: Yeah, um so so for me, the chalk kind of works a little bit differently in the sense that um I play mostly early only and late afternoon only type of things.
Chilly: ah To where if you do fade some of that chalk and it goes off. you're not winning ah You literally can't come back from that. Uh, because again,
Chilly: Chuck, for my things, like where these guys would normally be like 20, 25%, they're 40, 50, 60, 70 % owned. um So it's really tough to come back from.
Chilly: um although like that's kind of have its advantages and disadvantages like when i do early only i don't gotta worry about the cowboys commanders game that's a whole different slate for me um Where if I fade that game on the afternoon only slate and it and it doesn't hit, I'm probably cashing.
Chilly: um So, again, for me, it works a little bit differently. ah But, again, here, it still works the same, though. You can have good chalk and bad chalk. And if you fade it and 30 % of the field dies with it.
Chilly: Bye. All you got to do is have the piece that you deferred on. uh go off and you're again you're basically cashing so Um, again here i like you and baker mostly main slate so obviously the chalk will look work a little bit differently in the in in the late swaps but you're 100 light uh right
Chilly: uh late swapping is totally uh it's something you totally need to do if your lineup is dead or if you're trying to win a gpp um I mean, we've seen it in the past. There's a couple times where...
Chilly: um I know the famous one, I think, is yeah You didn't... You wanted the late swap to Devontae Adams, but you didn't? as This was back when he was with the Raiders.
Chilly: And like, had you swapped them, I think you would have came close to like winning or like. It would have been something, right, where you almost would have won?
Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, I would have finished in second. If I would have just got off him and went to, I can't remember the player I should have went to, but I always put that in the chat for my guys. ah to evaluate, right?
Sully Shaheed: Like if I'm like, hey, I have a decision point. What do you think? That means I'm trying to resurrect the lineup. Last week, I didn't have to do it. Week one is week one because.
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: i got I got the Lions game right. It took... three quarters to get it right and overtime to get it right. But I was there.
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: So I knew I didn't have to late swap anybody, but going into Sunday, um I'm going to be more cognizant of that where I, and Baker brought it up in our group chat as well, is that. He was talking about fading.
Sully Shaheed: The ah boys and ah commies game. And I mentioned like, hey, why don't you build around it? And then if you got to swap off it, then you can swap off it. But if you're one o 'clock hit. If one o 'clock players hit, then you know you have some chalk.
Sully Shaheed: to keep your lineup afloat but if it busts then there's a good game in let's say the Broncos game or. Dude. to a lesser extent, the Cardinals, um that you can get off of that no one's going to be on.
Sully Shaheed: So you know you can either resurrect that lineup.
Chilly: right
Sully Shaheed: or catapult past anybody if somebody goes off. So it's a good strategy to have, especially if you got some buddies. that are you know in a group chat i do recommend that so you can have some other opinions on what to do with the slate but it's a big deal i mean theory is a big deal So you got to be cognizant of that and just be.
Sully Shaheed: Just theory craft your lineup. Like what if this happens? What if this doesn't happen? Be ready to move on. So. That's my rant. in building lineups. we'll get into the plays here in a second, but I just have to. Like.
Sully Shaheed: Drive that point home again. These are to the To the people that consume this content, it's important. because I think a lot of people are still playing DFS. ah Incorrectly. To say the least. and Between all of us in the DFS deli, we've won a lot of money. So we know what to do. It's just a matter of.
Sully Shaheed: Was the theory correct? The player just didn't hit. Or if you're building a bad lineup and it didn't cash, it's like you look at your lineup and go, what was I thinking? you know And you got to take notes. I took a lot of notes last week.
Sully Shaheed: on there were some very thin plays that i knew i shouldn't have done but because it fit um I went ahead and did it, which was a complete accident. I made sure to comb through my lineups this week to make sure that's not the case.
Sully Shaheed: And. We're going to go from there. So I think tomorrow will be a better build. And we're going to talk about some plays. so If you're ready to get into it, unless you got some thoughts to add on to that, then we could. We can talk about some players.
Chilly: Uh... As I told people, like... distrust the gut.
Chilly: But, that I mean, that's the biggest...
Sully Shaheed: The gut, the gut is key.
Chilly: Like... If you have a strong opinion about something, don't. Don't. and also i mean i don't know if this is good or bad but like try not to listen to like a whole bunch of podcasts i think when you over consume information
Sully Shaheed: Hmm.
Chilly: Um... Because eventually, you're if you when you over -consume information, eventually... like all the places get mentioned like every person's like oh this is a good play this is a good play it's a good play it's a good play and it's like then you go to make your lineup and you're like right back at square one so
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: uh Again, just like don't over consume and don't overthink it. and ah you know, That's it. Like I said, man, distrust the gut.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, it's ah it's called Paralysis by Analysis. is what you're referring to. So there's a lot of sharp guys in the industry. There's a lot of fun guys like us. ah that are in the industry that give a lot of opinions on things. and If you... take too much in consideration, everything's going to get jumbled together. Like you said.
Sully Shaheed: And then you won't be able to build proper lineups because it's like, oh, I remember this one podcast said this guy and he went off. But but the other podcast guy said this, this was the guy and he didn't go off. And who who should I trust? You trust yourself.
Sully Shaheed: Now, I've heard a lot of commonalities between some of these sites. Take that to heart. If the same person is saying play X guy. There's probably a reason.
Sully Shaheed: So let's let's jump on that. But. Yeah, I think we... i think we Provide information that's not too analytical. And I think it's easier to consume than a lot of the guys that will spit a lot of numbers at you because once you hear a lot of numbers, it's like.
Sully Shaheed: What are you talking about? like Route participation? i what What are you talking about? you know Will this guy score me fantasy points? That's what I want to know. Please just tell me that. So, um yeah, let's get into it, man. Why don't you ah why don't you give me some chalk talk?
Sully Shaheed: with the quarterback position. See you. see who the field's going to go with, and I will give you all the plays that I'm going to go with. Because I'm going to bring up my lineups. I'm not telling you the lineup, but I'm going to tell you the players I'm playing.
Sully Shaheed: So talk, talk, chill.
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: What you got?
Chilly: do you Do you want it for both sites? or You wanted it further.
Sully Shaheed: Both sides would be important, yeah.
Chilly: Okay. All right. Well, we'll start off with DraftKings for those DraftKings users out there. so Uh... As we're sitting here at 1140 on a Saturday night, we are looking at...
Chilly: So we are looking at Dak Prescott. Carson Wentz. ah So. Do you want me to go on small field ownership or large field ownership?
Sully Shaheed: S'more
Chilly: Yeah, so we're ah in terms of ownership... Dak is at 16%. ah Carson Wentz is at 12. We have Jaden Daniels at 8 .3%. And then Jordan Love.
Chilly: making his way up the ranks here at 8%. So those are the top four. And then right underneath Jordan Love would be Brock. Purdy. And then basically from there, everybody else is kind of.
Chilly: Anywhere from 5 % to 3%.
Sully Shaheed: gotcha jumbled up i understand uh yeah and and that's another key thing that we got to talk about too is uh ownership at the QB position. That. It doesn't matter. ah QB doesn't matter. It's the running backs and the wide receivers that are the differentiators. If you want to play a 20 % on Dak Prescott, go ahead. Just make sure the pieces around them are a little different. Again, you're shooting for three guys that are under 10 % if Dak's not one of them.
Sully Shaheed: Then you got to look at your lineup a little harder once you build that Cowboys game. um As far as the guys that I'm using tomorrow, chill. And it's just you don't have to disagree. You don't have to agree.
Chilly: Well.
Sully Shaheed: You don't have to disagree.
Chilly: You owe me that.
Sully Shaheed: You can add them in.
Chilly: You want me to do FanDuel real quick?
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, and throw in FanDuel real quick because that's what I'm playing. so
Chilly: Yeah, so FanDuel, as you maybe knew or guessed correctly, we do have Dak Prescott at 20%. ah Then Jane Daniels is at 11%.
Chilly: rock purdy seven percent oh seven point eight jordan love is seven point one And then it's a pretty significant drop off down the low. Mar Jackson. at 5%.
Chilly: Um, Before you get to what you got to get to, are we are we missing something here on Jordan Love? Should we be playing Packers tomorrow?
Sully Shaheed: it's It's funny because the the content that I consumed. Has mentioned Jordan Love a lot. And I.
Chilly: Well, they are gonna pass
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I know they can't run the football. They're they're dog shit at it, but... I...
Chilly: Let me let me
Sully Shaheed: I don't trust this game I don't trust it
Chilly: Let me stress this. That game to me might come down to what is the weather?
Sully Shaheed: Yes, there is supposed to be rain in East Rutherford.
Chilly: laco
Sully Shaheed: And. this is one of This is a mediocre total, too.
Chilly: But...
Sully Shaheed: like what I don't get the Jordan Love thing either, man. I might be missing something.
Chilly: My... My other concern here. And as you say, don't be analytical. I'm about to be analytical.
Sully Shaheed: Hit them with it.
Chilly: Uh... ah So the biggest mismatch. Uh, per statistics this week is the jets O line against the Packers D line.
Chilly: ah The Packers have one of the worst defensive lines. I mean, I know it's only been one week, but like. The Jets offensive line is poised to. have their way with this line.
Chilly: And that means, like, we know what the Jets want to do. They want to run the football. So my only concern here is that the Jets essentially play keep away from the Packers. With that being said, if the Packers can go up early in this game.
Chilly: It's kind of what you need. Um, But yeah. I guess maybe I got to look more into Jordan Love. I don't know. like I'm not the biggest Jordan Love guy here. but Uh -oh.
Chilly: Ugh.
Sully Shaheed: it's It's funny that you mentioned that because we're going to get to it at running back, but I am playing a jet.
Chilly: This is...
Sully Shaheed: And I think you just mentioned who it is. So. wow
Chilly: but i think it makes a time I think it makes a ton of sense.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, but we'll get there.
Chilly: If you're...
Sully Shaheed: um Yeah, so the quarterbacks are rolling out tomorrow.
Chilly: Yep.
Sully Shaheed: I am doing a couple so couple large field and ah my normal small field stuff. So I am rolling out ah Tyler Shuck. in a larger contest. ah Carson Wentz. Midsize. ah Caleb Williams.
Sully Shaheed: has Has secured a spot in a lineup for a sack. Also, Joe Burrow. Again, I'm running out Cincinnati sacks every week. And Caleb Williams. So I think that the ground game for.
Sully Shaheed: Chicago will be stymied a little bit because the Vikings are very stout up front. And I think we see some see some Caleb passing this week. I think this ah offense is gonna be humming the entire season.
Sully Shaheed: And Caleb makes for a very low -owned, shockingly, after last week's performance. ah good ah good Good stack with him. So those are my guys. Again, my larger contest. I'm going to eat a little bit more chalk.
Sully Shaheed: chalky -ish. with Jaden Daniels, but I think because his weapons are a little cheaper. then not a little cheaper a lot. cheaper than the Dakota side of it. I think I can build. a little more comfortably around Jaden Daniels. So those are my five guys that I'm going to be rolling out tomorrow. I think Tyler Shuck, again, large field only. is playing the narrative that he's going to be playing from behind, just like the last game that we saw when he got down 21 -0. And then his fantasy points came. They faked they play very fast -paced.
Sully Shaheed: And I think that they're going to be playing keep up with the Ravens. So garbage time are the same worth the same amount of points as any time. So i'm I'm going to roll him out. And then again, Joe Burrow. uh was supposed to be you know one of the better quarterbacks in the nfl i know he's got a back injury however
Sully Shaheed: If. Josh Allen can have his way with his Houston team. There's no reason Joe Burrow and his weapons can't either. Either it's boom or bust, right? I don't think there's anything in between for Joe Burrow. I don't think he's going to go out and get you 17. I think he's either nine. or 30.
Sully Shaheed: So I'm going to go with the 30 part and roll out a Joe Burrow lineup tomorrow. So those are my initial thoughts on quarterback. And I think that. I've i've told myself the story. that these will...
Sully Shaheed: Have a chance to work. So that's what I'm gonna roll with tomorrow. ah Chill thoughts.
Chilly: ah No, i think I think it makes a ton of sense. um Are you doing double wide receiver with Burrow?
Sully Shaheed: I am not. I am going to single stack it.
Chilly: Okay. That's... That's the way I was going to be leaning towards. So this that might be the game where...
Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm.
Chilly: Cause I like burrow as well. Um, Where I might play like Burrow. Chase Brown and Jamar Chase. Uh,
Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm.
Chilly: And I kind of was feeling inclined to have a bring back. um Houston has really cheap options on wide receiver. uh because nico is out or you could play uh Dalton Schultz.
Chilly: As we kind of were talking to it before.
Sully Shaheed: ah Yes, the good doctor. Yeah, yeah, the good doctor is on the menu.
Chilly: Um, Yeah, a couple of the guys that I am very interested in, again. Um, I'm going to just... I'm just going to be honest with everybody. Like my mind can instantly change on a dime.
Chilly: Like it does most times.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: It's going to be honest. I mean, one lineup I'm going to have for sure is apparently nobody's playing Baker Mayfield tomorrow. Um, so give me tampa bay at home against the browns um although like this is a this is an old narrative baker mayfield still hates the browns let's be real
Sully Shaheed: ah It's a good shout.
Chilly: Uh...
Sully Shaheed: That's a good shout. Period.
Chilly: Yeah, yeah.
Sully Shaheed: It's a good shout.
Chilly: Again, man, we're going to be targeting the Browns all year ah until they show me that they can do something. Heaven forbid that Deshaun Watson somehow gets a flow in this game.
Chilly: Like... Just shoots out a smidge. I know, right? I know. I know, right?
Sully Shaheed: Air flight.
Chilly: that
Sully Shaheed: You're a funny guy.
Chilly: I know, but... ah So, yeah, playing the... So I plan on playing bigger Mayfield tomorrow. Um... I get here, like... That Ravens defense was not great.
Chilly: I know they're at home this time, but like... I think Tyler Shuck is on the board here. as a play, even if you want to play him in small field. I think you're fine.
Chilly: And he's like he wrote he comes in relatively cheap. I think he's only 7K on FanDuel, which is... pretty...
Sully Shaheed: Correct. yep
Chilly: which is which to me is like really cheap um So again, I'm kind of interested in that. If I'm looking at the higher end guys.
Chilly: With the Cowboys stuff See the Cowboys stuff
Chilly: I think I would, all see, this is like a really, it would be a really weird play. I think I would only do... both wide receivers, but like. You've got to have like another like really cheap option.
Chilly: That you believe in in there and that that'll be tough. So even with the cowboy stuff I might That one I might go wide receiver tight end with Dak. I think you can play Javante with Dak. Playing Javante with Dak might be more of a...
Chilly: a draft Kings move, especially if he's getting that, but. Um, Either way. um
Chilly: And then I, I guess. hey It's interesting.
Chilly: I'm trying to... I'm trying so hard to talk myself into Drake May. And just act like.
Sully Shaheed: Don't. don't
Chilly: No, I know, I know, I know, but like...
Sully Shaheed: Don't. Don't. Just don't.
Chilly: It's... they have the they have a long They have the long break.
Sully Shaheed: Just don't.
Chilly: I'm going to laugh when tomorrow like.
Sully Shaheed: Just.
Chilly: in the four o 'clock window, the move is like drew lock, right? The Seahawks coming off of like the really long break.
Sully Shaheed: Bro, the move! It's Trevor Lawrence.
Chilly: Okay.
Sully Shaheed: The move is always Trevor Lawrence. I've got off my high horse hate. Of Trevor Lawrence. The dude is good at football. And he is going to be on.
Chilly: i
Sully Shaheed: Owned tomorrow. Unowned.
Chilly: Do you play boat?
Sully Shaheed: He can beat this Broncos secondary.
Chilly: I mean, he did last year, right? Like he was the last guy last year to put a weapon on that team.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: Um...
Sully Shaheed: Take care. It's Trevor Lawrence, bro.
Chilly: What? Yeah, I think with the Broncos stuff, I kind of just want to see, like, was it just week one? or was it not right and like the the jaguar stuff is so hard to gauge it's like you played the browns
Sully Shaheed: mm -hmm
Chilly: and So it's just like. What is it? you know so
Sully Shaheed: Well, I can rest assured, rest assured that if my one o 'clock guys don't hit in this Jaden Daniels lineup, guess who I'm swapping to?
Chilly: Either way, like you said.
Sully Shaheed: Trevor Lawrence. Unowned.
Chilly: Yeah. um
Sully Shaheed: Prince.
Chilly: Oh, and I, I too, I will have a Caleb Williams stack. I can tell you right now that will be quarterback wide receiver tight end.
Sully Shaheed: there you go i like it All right, let's roll over to running back. Who you got at the Chalk Talk for... ah Well, we it goes without saying. B. John Robinson. Got it. ah But who else is coming in as the chalk?
Chilly: yeah
Chilly: yeah so let's take a look here uh again here we'll just go through we'll do draft kinks first ah we' Really, Bijan at almost Javante. Almost 30%. Derek Henry, 28%. Aaron Jones Sr.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: crept up there hit with a cool 28 and then we get a drop off to
Sully Shaheed: Makes sense.
Chilly: and then we get a drop off to mcafree uh gent mcafree 18 and then you got Gentee. Bucky Irving and Brees Hall all hovering around the 14 % range on DraftKings.
Chilly: Let's sneak down to FanDuel .com.
Sully Shaheed: Fan duel. What's happening around fan duel?
Chilly: Eh. Yeah, FanDuel, you're basically looking at the same thing, right? So you're looking at Bijan. Uh, Again. 41%, almost 42%. Javante, 37%.
Chilly: Derrick Henry, 30. Aaron Jones, senior. Again, apparently going to be chalky. He had 27%. And then that. It's a little bit more of a drop off at Gentee and McCaffrey at 17%. You get Brees Hall at 13%. So things along those lines, but those are the.
Chilly: the the top guys you're looking at here uh, on the slate.
Sully Shaheed: Excellent, excellent. Like I said, on FanDuel, you probably... Probably. You do. You do. Just do it. Built with three running backs. And my pool is basically... the chalk. I will be using a lot of King Henry.
Sully Shaheed: Brees Hall. ah And my my sneaky part, and only in the Burrow stack. David Montgomery. i will be using tomorrow Let's see. And I think Javante, I do have Javante lineups.
Sully Shaheed: And I think that's it. To be honest. Oh, and I snuck in a Darian price. for the late hammer. So I do have Jerry and price as well.
Sully Shaheed: So that's my, that's my small pool.
Chilly: I love, I, I like Bryce. I like the price move. Um, I think I'll be using price a decent amount on afternoon only because even on afternoon only, I don't think people are put playing price. Um, so i do like it again he had a really good showing and they're coming off of the extended buy um but So again here, I really like that move Uh...
Chilly: I mean, if we're taking a look here at a couple other guys. ah I... I... again here i'll point out two guys on on a fan duel nobody's playing bucky irving Um,
Chilly: He is at a really weird price to play on FanDuel. ah And again, he's in a great Met.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: he He's in a great matchup. ah Got a lot of the receiving work. Um, Scary click, but again, no nobody's playing Bucky on FanDuel. DraftKings, that ownership could probably...
Chilly: wave a little bit. Still think it'd be great on both sites. Um, Again here, again here, Jacory Krosky Merritt. is not having ownership on either site.
Chilly: He's a really scary click, but I mean like... We saw the Cowboys be had on the ground last week by the Giants. man that one like that's like that's a That's a play where like he scores two touchdowns and you're like, you know what? like that was That was an easy click. you know like
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, Little Bill makes sense, 100%. That's a good pivot, too.
Chilly: Uh,
Sully Shaheed: Again, late swaption, as we like to call it.
Chilly: Yeah, and then one guy I do like... um I'm both. on both sites that's not going to have any ownership. um Although he may be mega dusty at this point as Saquon Barkley.
Chilly: uh we we we literally saw the jets run all over ah this Titans team last week. We know the Eagles at heart want to be a running football team.
Chilly: Um, The Titans are not good at football. i Whether this is a factor or not, the... Again, not to be analytical here, but the biggest mismatch from... d ah in terms of D line versus O line.
Chilly: is the eagles uh the eagles have like the best defensive line in football or it's pretty up there titan's old line is pretty bad um And ah Cam Ward has not been good at the game of football.
Chilly: ah So they could have ultimately a lot of possessions here. Uh, So again here, if you're looking for a low ownership play. Uh... I know. I say Quan. Saquon, I think, is worth a click this week. He is in our parlay. so
Sully Shaheed: he's Yeah, he's got to score. But I think the Eagles are just so bored. And I think they're just going to sleepwalk their way through this game. uh so i i just
Chilly: I mean, the the Eagles are a boring team.
Sully Shaheed: They are so boring.
Chilly: Yeah. Lane.
Sully Shaheed: They're so boring.
Chilly: Yeah. youre Yeah, but like... you know it'll be 11 weeks and they'll be like eight and two.
Sully Shaheed: Facts. Yeah. A hundred percent.
Chilly: good
Sully Shaheed: 100%. But i like I said, I haven't been i've been put to bed by Saquon in like a year and a half. So I think I'm good with still fading them. But I get. Definitely get the logic. The matchup is certainly there. So I just think, ah for me, there's there's just better spots to attack. so But Saquon, boring click. but not Not a bad one, that's for sure.
Sully Shaheed: So. ah the Real quick, before we head over to wide receiver, what's the what's the ownership projection on David Montgomery? just for shits and niggles.
Chilly: Yeah. ah You want both or just fit?
Sully Shaheed: How much dairy and price? I'm pretty sure they're in the same range.
Chilly: Yeah, you want both or just FanDuel?
Sully Shaheed: Fan duel. If you don't mind.
Chilly: Alright. yeah i gotcha all right so let's let's just we'll just do it this way
Sully Shaheed: Just in case the listeners wanted to sprinkle in some David Montgomery or some Jadarian Price.
Chilly: Yeah, so David Montgomery on FanDuel, who does have a really good FanDuel value, is coming in at about 11%. i Feel like that's gonna be lower I don't...
Sully Shaheed: That's a good range though. That's a good range.
Chilly: Yeah, yeah, it's a good rage.
Sully Shaheed: If I get him at nine, that's perfect.
Chilly: i feel I feel like that's going to be lower. And then Darian price. ah like six.
Sully Shaheed: Oh, great. Like I said, there's your 10%. There's your 10 % or less guys that you can sprinkle in your lineup. So I like those plays. As long as it's like not sub five or down towards that 1%.
Chilly: Yeah. ah
Sully Shaheed: And we're good.
Chilly: Yeah, I also think. I don't think Darian price is a bad draft Kings play. Um, but might be more of a fan dual play.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Yeah. 100 %! Anybody else worth mentioning before we go to wide receiver?
Chilly: ah So you're fading, CMC?
Sully Shaheed: I'm going to go ahead and fade CMC. I think that.
Chilly: Okay.
Sully Shaheed: It's not, it's one of those sleepwalk. ah situations where there's going to be no punchback no fight and i think that the 49ers can afford to go ahead and say yeah we'll split the carries today no big deal not saying cmc can't go for 102 he certainly can but i think there's just bigger blow -up spots with some other running backs because
Sully Shaheed: Bijan, there's no one else in town, right? Derrick Henry, there's no one else in town. And their matchups are softer than Charmin. So even Saquon, there's no other game in town. And the 49ers have showed a propensity to be like.
Sully Shaheed: We're going to get 15 carries to the backup. don't Don't worry about this game, you know. So I just, yeah, I'm going to go ahead and fade CMC and be okay with the results.
Chilly: Yeah. And again, this is where in the scenario works for me differently because he's afternoon only. at where everybody else you mentioned is early only. So it's like, I don't have to worry about the CMC hammer and until I get the afternoon only.
Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm.
Chilly: um
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: But... Again, FanDuel, he's a way easier fate on FanDuel versus like DraftKings where... If he... I mean, he gets in the box twice and catches like five to six balls. like that could be a little bit tougher if like Bijan or somebody like. fizzles out.
Chilly: give or take.
Sully Shaheed: Sure. Sure. But again, and and going back to our our game theory before we slide over to wide receiver is that. Let's say Bijan buries you. Guess what? you're still with the majority of the field. So it's okay if he gets you 15.
Sully Shaheed: It's all right. We don't need a chalk 40 % owned player. To go for 50. Now if you're one of the ones that faded him. And he does go for 50. You're dead. So because that's the majority of the field sitting above you and there's zero way to catch it. So again, chalk doesn't hurt. it's okay it's not what bijan actually does it's not what these high -owned guys actually do It's what do they do in relative to the field? Remember, you're not trying to post the highest score.
Sully Shaheed: You're just trying to be. Everyone in the race. That's it. You're just trying to beat everyone else. You're not going against the scoreboard. You're going against everyone else's scores. So don't be afraid to. Eat some chalk. It's okay. Like I said, I'm going to be playing the hell out of King Henry and B. John Robinson tomorrow.
Sully Shaheed: I don't care what they do, to be honest. It's great if they get a good score. That's awesome. But at the same time, like. The pieces that are the 10 % pieces. Those are the ones that we want to hit to differentiate your lineup.
Sully Shaheed: So that's what we're targeting. um Let's slide over ro to our receiver. Chili, hit me with the chalk.
Chilly: Yeah, so we'll start on DraftKings, your chalk. would be CD lamb. George Pickens are both at like 25 to 26%. uh garrett wilson hello 20%.
Chilly: uh we have
Sully Shaheed: What's with this - Packers game. So tell me what's with this Packers game. Okay.
Chilly: Well... i I mean... If you're playing Jordan Love, the easy bring back. is Garrett Wilson.
Sully Shaheed: Facts.
Chilly: and me And Gino understands the assignment. He knows where to go with the football. Um,
Sully Shaheed: You ain't wrong brother
Chilly: Yeah, so ah and then you got Jetta Justin Jefferson at 18 % Jamar chase at 15 % and then you get into Matthew Golden at 15%. Quinton Johnson at 15%. Parker Washington at 14%.
Chilly: ah So that would be your top plays over there on DraftKings. Vandal gets a little more weird for you. um You got CeeDee Lamb at 24%. And then Quinton Johnson.
Chilly: Is the next at 20%. ah George Pickens at 17. ah Terry McLaurin. is a little bit higher on FanDuel. At 14%. Jalen Coker.
Chilly: At 14%. Christian Watson at 13. Uh, Jetta at 12 was called 12 Garrett Wilson at 12. Parker Washington at 12.
Chilly: ah So those would be your top plays on the website.
Sully Shaheed: And that's a direct correlation with the guys I'll be using tomorrow. So I'm using a lot of Jalen Coker. i think that performance can be not necessarily replicated But I think he's emerging as the alpha in this offense. I think he's very comfortable.
Sully Shaheed: with Bryce Young, and I think we can have some sustainability and get him while he's still cheap. You know, he's going to spike at least 500 bucks if he has another. good performance, and maybe even more than that. So get him while he's still affordable. i'm using a lot of jetta tomorrow uh well not a lot but a good amount of jetta I do have a T Higgins line.
Sully Shaheed: on my Joe Burrows stack. So I did throw in Tee Higgins in this one. I do like his matchup because I do like playing up a little bit at wide receiver this week. So Devon Bailey will find his way into some lineups this week with, you know, the Tyler Shook stuff. And again, a lot of this has to do with correlation with the quarterbacks that I want to use. I will be using some. some F1, some scoring McLaurin.
Sully Shaheed: I do like the upside more than I like Steph Diggs' is upside. I think that if we're talking about someone that can break a slate, it's F1 and not Steph Diggs. I think Steph Diggs is safe. I think he does have a solid floor. However, if we're looking for 102, it's probably going to come out of F1.
Sully Shaheed: And... There is a Jamar Chase line in here as well. So I am using a little bit of Jamar Chase, but there's a random lineup that does have T Higgins instead of. um instead of jamar chase so that's uh that's basically it that's a very short Sweet, condensed. roster construction for me across my lineups. I like the guys' matchups, and I love their prices, so they just fit very well. I don't believe this Packers stuff, so I'm just going to die on the Matthew Golden Hill.
Sully Shaheed: And then Quentin Johnston makes a little bit of sense, only because we're probably not going to get Latt tomorrow. so I get it. And then. Like you said. She always understands the assignment.
Sully Shaheed: have No problem. If you want to play Garrett Wilson. Not. So I will let that one go. So. But yeah, um anybody else that you're going to be targeting that has some ah suppressed ownership that we're missing?
Chilly: Um. I mean, again here, Yeah. a I like the Mecha Buka. I really do enjoy. Um,
Chilly: it He's hard to fit in, but like... He's kind of getting the Cooper Cup treatment. Nobody's playing Jason. Tomorrow. Um, ah Drew, I mean, speaking of quarterbacks to understand the assignment, ah Drew Locke understands.
Chilly: So, um, Yeah, again here, man, like nobody's playing JSN tomorrow. If you're running a main slate lineup. Like... And you put in JSN.
Chilly: And the rest of the lineup hits, you're solid. um
Sully Shaheed: Once again, what a perfect swaption. Let's say you have a CD lamb lineup. Uh -oh, my 1 o 'clock player is busted. Guess who's no one is playing? JSN. So just go there.
Chilly: Yeah. Yeah, again. If you're probably going to make that swap, you may need to leave yourself some extra money to make the swap. i Think I don't really I don't think they're not
Sully Shaheed: Well, you're probably go eat Dakota. You're probably going to get off Dakota too. Because that's chalky as well.
Chilly: Yeah, I mean... Yeah, if you're doing dao if you're doing Dakota CD and it's not working, just go to Drew Locke and JSN.
Sully Shaheed: So there's your money.
Chilly: HOO!
Sully Shaheed: Or... Hear me out.
Chilly: Or Trevor Lawrence.
Sully Shaheed: Trevor. Yeah. Or hear me out, Trevor Lawrence.
Chilly: yeah but nobody like trevor lawrence will have a little bit of ownership like a smidge
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, a smidge.
Chilly: You're you're on you on an island with Drew Locke.
Sully Shaheed: Oh yeah. Yeah, no one's playing Drew Locke. No one's playing Jacoby Brissett. No one's playing... a A smidge of people, like you said, are playing. yeah um Trevor Lawrence, no one's playing.
Sully Shaheed: What's that idiot's name? Bo Nix? He sucks. Schedule merchant. but whatever no one's playing bonick so there's swaptions available
Chilly: He... he
Chilly: Yeah, I mean ah You want to know the ultimate move if you... For wide receiver, you want to know who nobody's playing tomorrow? W.
Sully Shaheed: is it the guy we play Is it the guy we play every week, bro?
Chilly: ah No, no, no. Nobody's playing Trey Tucker tomorrow.
Sully Shaheed: Trade suck.
Chilly: Nobody.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: I mean like...
Sully Shaheed: He has broken a slate before, guys. Remember, he has broken a slate before.
Chilly: Yeah, again, it's so it's a terrible click. um Two guys I'm going to mention. I know. the And this is going to be the most gross. I mean. this is the This is the show for gross plays.
Chilly: ah But let's let's be real. The Dolphins are going to be losing. Uh... Their wide receivers, Malik Washington, ran routes on 100 % of the plays, and Caleb Douglas was 88 .3.
Chilly: Um,
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: Both are really cheap. again here um Again, this is the show for these type of plays. ah Both are really, really cheap options. And then I would want to get Baker's opinion on this.
Chilly: Um, But what do you think of Antonio Williams? For the commanders.
Sully Shaheed: Fluky.
Chilly: Like everybody's... Everybody's playing McLaurin. Like. Everybody's playing Stefan Diggs. If the thought... is that the Cowboys get out to this lead.
Chilly: like He went 4 -4, 64 yards and a touchdown.
Sully Shaheed: Large field only.
Chilly: I mean... I mean, he will probably be less than less than 2%.
Chilly: I'll tell you this.
Sully Shaheed: Listen, you want...
Chilly: What?
Sully Shaheed: go away Go ahead, go ahead.
Chilly: He's going to be listening. He's going to be less than 5 % in like afternoon only, which is like. It's you and like two other people playing them. So like that's somebody that I'm contemplating, especially if I need to jam.
Chilly: Something in. Um, But yeah, I would. that one That one might be a little bit more interesting.
Sully Shaheed: you want Can I tell you the goaded play of tomorrow in large field? Can I tell you the goaded play?
Chilly: what's what's the What's the... Omega level star go to play
Sully Shaheed: Jordan Addison.
Chilly: Yeah? We've seen him break slates. He can get there.
Sully Shaheed: Listen, in in in five games with ah with five games Carson Wentz last time they played together, he had... 100 -yard performances in two of them. I think the people are going to see the donut, the big old zero that he gave you last week and not realize that they're playing the bears tomorrow.
Sully Shaheed: So I think that there is a rapport there. And I think that that performance last week may have been an outlier. Not may have. was an outlier. I think if you if you make a If you make a lineup with the goaded zeros. You got a nice little mini.
Sully Shaheed: And we'll get there in a second. But if you do a mini stack with Colston Loveland. And Jordan Addison. I think you could profit, man. I think Jordan Addison is a. Go to play.
Chilly: Um, Yeah. ah So like the way I'm going to do it is I'm going to submit it both ways with Jetta and Addison. the thing is is like a fan duel when you put in the bears guys because caleb's a little bit pricey and you put in jetta Um,
Chilly: You get a little... you kind of get a little thin. On some things.
Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm.
Chilly: So. Addison might not be a terrible decision.
Sully Shaheed: Like I said, if you're going to do a large field, not even a dart because Jordan Addison is a good player. But... You could do worse. And I mean, you're talking what?
Chilly: I know.
Sully Shaheed: No ownership. Like none.
Chilly: I don't even think Addison is that bad of a play for small.
Chilly: If you think the game environment is conducive to, it's going to be a shootout. Like it's not going to be. all jetta it could be mostly all jetta but like if addison Because he's relatively cheap, right?
Chilly: So if he gets like a long touchdown, you're you're solid.
Sully Shaheed: It's 5 -9.
Chilly: Yeah, I mean, if he catches like a 60 -yard touchdown, you're solid.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah. 100%. I think i think i might think I might reconsider a couple lineups. I think I might get a nice little Jordan Addison double in there. You never know. Or maybe maybe a single. I don't know. We'll see.
Sully Shaheed: But Jordan Addison's a go -to play, dude. I'm just throwing it out there. Consider consider Jordan Addison tomorrow.
Chilly: um I mean, one thing we...
Sully Shaheed: Consider them.
Chilly: I mean, one thing we we should probably hit on because of the injuries. ah I mean, we kind of assume for sure, but like... ah The Baltimore guys.
Chilly: Um, I feel like the ball. So let's just do the Baltimore guys real quick. I feel like the Baltimore guys are going to be like on a rotation or like. Can you do who's the hot hand at wide receiver?
Sully Shaheed: I mean, he's got some rapport with Master Bateman still, right? Like that's. About it.
Chilly: Right, but... I mean, like I know Chris Moore caught like a couple passes last week. like
Sully Shaheed: du Chris Moore, that was my guy.
Chilly: Again, yeah.
Chilly: Again, here. I mean, the most expensive Baltimore Ravens wide receiver tomorrow is 4 ,400. These guys mostly might be large field, but man, like.
Chilly: But somebody has to catch the football. I mean, unless you think it's Mark Andrews, but we'll touch on tight end here in a second. Um,
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: And then, you know, one other team, obviously. ah we'll We'll talk about Dr. Schultz here in a second. but like the ah the the Texans you know their most expensive wide receiver is 4k it's it's kashon booty
Sully Shaheed: Why? open his booty.
Chilly: Um, i think they're i think their number one writer's receiver tomorrow is x xavier hutchinson um So again here. I mean, it let's be real. like Tampa Bay was moving the football last week against them. They just had some outrageously horrible fumbles.
Chilly: Um, Would you consider...
Sully Shaheed: Yes.
Chilly: How... then
Sully Shaheed: Yes.
Chilly: Okay.
Sully Shaheed: Large field.
Chilly: I was just curious.
Sully Shaheed: Large field. Yeah.
Chilly: but like if you so let's say let's say you if you did want to double stack uh, I mean, this might be more DraftKings than FanDuel. Because on DraftKings, he's 3 ,500. Like, if you wanted to do Burrow with both wide receivers, he kind of allows you to do so.
Sully Shaheed: You could do worse.
Chilly: You could do worse.
Sully Shaheed: You could do worse.
Chilly: I believe. But we we can. Is there any other wide receiver? or Or, I mean, like, we we didn't mention him, but, like...
Sully Shaheed: Next.
Chilly: the The Packers guys. Are you fading all of the Packers guys?
Sully Shaheed: and i'm not I'm not touching that game with the exception of Brees Hall and the Jets defense.
Chilly: mr yes
Sully Shaheed: That's it. i'm i'm I'm out.
Chilly: Okay, alright. I don't...
Sully Shaheed: I'm out.
Chilly: it
Sully Shaheed: I'm out Okay, do it.
Chilly: i' might I might... I might be that idiot of the group tomorrow who's like, hey guys, I played Jordan Love. hu
Sully Shaheed: i
Chilly: Okay.
Sully Shaheed: And I'd be like, you know what, man?
Chilly: Every time.
Sully Shaheed: More power to you, bro.
Chilly: Do you want do you wanna do you wanna know the last time I played Jordan love
Sully Shaheed: We're a pirate team.
Sully Shaheed: Talk to me.
Chilly: It was last year. and Do you want to guess what team I played him against last year?
Sully Shaheed: I, I. I don't know. You got me. The Jets? They play the Jets?
Chilly: All right.
Chilly: I don't think, no, it wasn't against the Jets. ah they they lost the game it was a road game they lost
Sully Shaheed: ahha I don't know man. Oh the Browns!
Chilly: have Yep, there you go.
Sully Shaheed: The Browns. That's right.
Chilly: But...
Sully Shaheed: That's right.
Chilly: Boot boots on the ground. the that That's the last time I played Jordan love
Sully Shaheed: 13 to 10. Yep I do remember that. Yep.
Chilly: and the And the rest of that lineup, like, hit except the Packers guys and then even Cash. Because that's how. God -awful they were
Sully Shaheed: Oh, Oh, man. Good times back then, man. Good times. Good times. I kind of like that. All right. Chalk Talk. Tied in. What we got?
Chilly: Yeah, tight end. ah we'll just i'm just gonna do the top three because after these guys let's play whoever you want uh draft kings it's dalton schultz mark andrews michael mayer Um,
Chilly: Obviously, I think those three pretty much speak for themselves on why they're the chalk. on FanDuel.
Chilly: Why do I... It's probably not going to be much different. um
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: ah Just kidding. Yeah, it is. FanDuel. It's Mark Andrews is like 31%, mate.
Sully Shaheed: Holy shit.
Chilly: And then it did heal. So, yeah, on FanDuel, it's Mark Andrews, and then it's a huge drop off to 13%. To Colson Loveland. And then ah Trey McBride at 10%. And then Dr. Schultz.
Chilly: Dalton Schultz. because he is the same price as mark andrews is coming in at no ownership at nine
Sully Shaheed: Well, as far as my lineups, it's Colson Loveland. I think I locked them. And then in my Joe Burrow lineup, I do have Mike Kosicki. and i'm not mike is thinking might be a donkey play don't get me wrong but It threw them in their burrow, so screw it.
Sully Shaheed: Uh,
Chilly: I don't... I don't mind the Gitsiki play. The only issue with... gets sick. He is like, the bangles it's kind of like the 49ers right where like there's a ton of mouths to feed and Then sometimes, like I said, you get some of the most random touchdowns from the Bengals when you don't want to.
Chilly: It's like how many times do I got to watch Yoshi boss catch a touchdown? How many times do I got to?
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I was going to say, oh, Yoshavas.
Chilly: Yeah, how many times have I got to watch fucking Drew Sample catch a touchdown? Or some Maje P. Ryan. Like, it's like, God. Damn it, man. Like, really? the this is This is what we're doing?
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, if I were a cash game player, I think I think i would plug in The Good Doctor. Uh, that would be my guy. I just don't think that he has the tournament winning upside, but again, it's tight end. He's a cheap price. I completely understand it. Uh, no Brock Bowers tomorrow. So Michael Mary is back on the menu. I still got a suppressed price with him if I were to consider other options. But again, I just like the bounce back spot with Colson Loveland and he's going to be in my Caleb stacks for sure.
Sully Shaheed: and the run back in the win stack, which... Which I'm thinking about altering because I want to play some Jordan Addison now. ah But anyway, that's that's for after the show. yeah You guys don't get that. We'll talk. but um But yeah, I mean, it's tight end, right? Like I get it. Trey McBride is basically a step above everybody and you can fit it. great, but what are you sacrificing to do it?
Sully Shaheed: Again, and I think we talked about it last week ah briefly. If you remove the TE label from his... Title? And you just move them down to flex. He's a very... affordable Top. tier wide receiver.
Sully Shaheed: So if you look at it like that
Chilly: Oh yeah.
Sully Shaheed: then Eh! Played some Trey McBride. I mean, like it's. It just makes sense. Trey McBride is. Fantastic. He's the best tight end in football.
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: So.
Chilly: i'll ah i'll never I'll never argue with somebody who's like, hey, I'm playing Trey McBride. I'll be like, you know what? That's sharp. um
Sully Shaheed: That's damn good play. Damn good play.
Chilly: Yeah, a couple of the other...
Sully Shaheed: I take that deal.
Chilly: Yeah a couple of the other guys that I'll mention here. I do like Kittle. I... like again here michael mayer it Michael Mayer... Could have had a... it I feel like if the Dolphins...
Chilly: had any will to keep that game close. ah Michael Mayer would have had a really good game. Obviously, they just really leaned on Jenty. You could argue that the same thing could happen here with CMC. But I feel like this is a home game. This, to me, screams the George Kittle game to me.
Chilly: so I do. I do like me some kettle at no ownership. Um, If you want, you want a gross play at tight end.
Sully Shaheed: Sorry, I was muted, of course.
Chilly: Yeah, so the gross play at tight end. um So Michael Pittman is out tomorrow, I do believe, for the Steelers. And...
Sully Shaheed: Yes, Pity City is out.
Chilly: and Yeah, and Aaron Rodgers was talking up f Friar Muth through like the whole entire offseason, and he caught a touchdown last week. like The Muth is a really light. It's gross. But this is what the show's kind of for.
Chilly: ah So if you want to play the moose tomorrow. I don't blame you. um For some reason, everybody's playing every Packer but Tucker Kraft.
Sully Shaheed: Tucker Kraft is really good at football.
Chilly: He's got no ownership tomorrow.
Sully Shaheed: and i think And I think his route participation will go up as is ah you know he's recovering completely from his injury. so Yeah, i do like I do like a lot of Tucker Kraft. That's a sharp.
Chilly: Amen.
Sully Shaheed: Very sharp play.
Chilly: Yeah. Yeah. Like nobody he's again here. If you're playing Jordan Love. Like, see, with Jordan Love, I would never put two wide receivers with Jordan Love, but I would definitely do wide receiver tight end.
Chilly: And i so if i have a jordan love if I run out Jordan Love tomorrow, Tucker Craft is in that.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah.
Chilly: So... Shocker. um
Sully Shaheed: Shh.
Chilly: it
Sully Shaheed: Shocker.
Chilly: Shocker. ah and Anybody else? I mean, like... ah The deli itself, including Baker, I think all of us loved. Loveland in the bounce back, so...
Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Yeah, I like leveling the bounce back, for sure.
Chilly: you got any ah
Sully Shaheed: So I think we're all on the same page.
Chilly: Yeah, you got
Sully Shaheed: No, tight end pool is tight end pool is small, man. So I think I'm going to stick with with those couple guys. and and be good with it. um Funny. faith This is why, this is why, this is why no one plays FanDuel or sorry, ah Yahoo.
Sully Shaheed: fantasy football for daily. Did you know? that um Kenyon Sadiq. Is more expensive than ah Tucker Craft. And Mark Andrews.
Sully Shaheed: And there's some other there's some other high flight like tight ends. And did you know that Tyler Shuck is the third most expensive quarterback on that slate?
Chilly: Hey, do you wanna... I can give you, ah you want some good values on Yahoo? I can give you values.
Sully Shaheed: No. ah I want to burn in this last 10 bucks and call it a day.
Chilly: Heh.
Sully Shaheed: I never want to play fantasy football Yahoo ever again.
Chilly: Dude, why is Caleb Williams $40 Yeah. Yeah. AYAHOO! We should build a Yahoo lineup.
Sully Shaheed: Braille.
Chilly: that That'd be hilarious.
Sully Shaheed: It's impossible. It's impossible.
Chilly: Yeah. Dude, why?
Sully Shaheed: it is The pricing is so dumb.
Chilly: So... listen so on a fan duel caleb williams is 40 for eight less dollars we could play deck prescott
Sully Shaheed: Zach Prescott, right.
Chilly: it This is incredible. Hold on. i'm I'm learning on the show. You guys are seeing in the submit form. Hey, hey. I think on Yahoo, you spend $20 and Drew Locke is your quarterback.
Sully Shaheed: ah
Chilly: He's 20 bucks!
Sully Shaheed: Bye. Yahoo and everything it stands for. It's terrible.
Chilly: This is incredible.
Sully Shaheed: They're terrible.
Chilly: this is This is incredible. I feel like maybe I should just move my life over to Yahoo.
Sully Shaheed: Don't do that. Don't do that. don't Don't do that, please.
Chilly: Yes. This is incredible.
Sully Shaheed: It's horrible. Anyway, let's wrap this up with defenses and get on up out of here, man, because I can't tolerate.
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: the Yahoo stuff anymore.
Chilly: Dude, that is... uh incredible all right uh defenses on draft kings uh You got ah Buccaneers defense at 13%. uh the ravens defense is at 10 broncos at eight percent i don't know why are the broncos at 8%. They're 2 ,800.
Chilly: Okay, I guess...
Sully Shaheed: They're cheap, yeah.
Chilly: they're They're an at -home defense. ah Okay. After the Broncos, you got the Eagles. Um, Let me mention one thing here. So I... I did hear a stat, and i unfortunately, I don't remember. like The exact stat for sure.
Chilly: um But for tournament winning upside. It does. You are rewarded for playing high dollar defenses traditionally.
Chilly: I know like we're not a show that tends to want to pay up for defenses. Um, But it is a thing. Like, so don't. if you If you are somebody who wants to pay up for a defense,
Chilly: Do it. to Just do it. There's a reason why they're probably expensive. Um, So I'll just kind of leave it at that. I don't know. You got anything that. Add on to.
Chilly: paying up for defense more often than we usually do or
Sully Shaheed: I am a proponent of playing a but paying up at defense if, A, your lineup is sustainable, where you like it to the point where you can afford it. I don't like to force in a defense.
Sully Shaheed: Uh, having said that this week, guess what? I'm playing the jets. That's literally the only defense I'm playing. I'm punting it off.
Chilly: do Do the Jets finally get their first... interception in like 20 games. or whatever it is
Sully Shaheed: It's Jordan Love. Anything is possible.
Chilly: ah He will throw you. do He will throw you to football a couple times. All right, let me get to FanDuel real quick. On FanDuel. dot com
Chilly: On FanDuel, Tampa Bay is still up at the top. At 13%, Carolina. sneaks in there on FanDuel at about 13 minutes.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah, yeah. Everybody's jamming in Carolina. Yeah, I'm just very surprised by that.
Chilly: But, but... Well, they're only $3 ,300.
Chilly: And then... um A bold move here. ah The Bears on FanDuel. At 7%.
Sully Shaheed: It's Carson Wentz, man. And the Bears take the ball away a lot. So I get it. I get it.
Chilly: Yeah. Yeah. And then ah basically from there, you're kind of. How?
Sully Shaheed: good
Chilly: you want you want know what the bold You want to know what the bold move is on... a I'm the Vandal.
Sully Shaheed: Hit me.
Chilly: i Play the Cardinals defense at 3 ,200.
Sully Shaheed: They were literally locked in. Until I needed an extra $100 to get to the Jets and went down to the Jets. But I was going to play the Cardinals.
Chilly: What? Like... It is Drew Locke. Now, no, Drew Locke did have himself a game against the Patriots. again shout out drew lock but the patriots defense or schedule merchants i think the show Again, like.
Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Cardinals. Cardinals or Jets, man?
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: just jet The Jets just...
Chilly: Yeah.
Sully Shaheed: here's here's Here's five points and and go and watch your day. And I'm cool with that. because I don't think the i don't i don't think the Packers and and the cool thing about the Jets defense.
Chilly: Yeah, because...
Sully Shaheed: is that... It's a direct pivot. to The Chalky. Packers pieces, apparently, that are going to be played on the slate tomorrow. So let's say. Shorten love his ass.
Sully Shaheed: And you have the Jets defense. You're lapping 15 % of the field that's going to run out. The, uh... the Christian Watsons and the Matthew Goldens of the world and the Jordan Loves of the world. So it's like. Not only are they cheap.
Sully Shaheed: They are direct leverage. against the Packers ownership. So I'm just throwing it out there. so You don't have to.
Chilly: What's up?
Sully Shaheed: but just throwing it out there.
Chilly: and let me And let me say this.
Sully Shaheed: it's the one and only
Chilly: ah So I'll just speak on FanDuel, and I'll take a look here at DraftKings here in a second. uh on fan duel if you are somebody who wants to pay up for defense no So your two top highest salary defenses tomorrow are the 49ers and the Eagles.
Chilly: If you can get to those two and it makes sense. You are on an island by yourself. Um, So. I. If I had to pick of the two, I'm probably picking the Eagles defense.
Chilly: uh i can see cam ward kind of getting walking in the sacks all day long. Um, But again here, if you if you are somebody who wants to get up to the Eagles or the 49ers defense.
Chilly: ah don't blame you at all. it It makes just a ton of sense.
Sully Shaheed: Hey, what if... um What if Bo Nix sucks?
Sully Shaheed: Would the Jaguars defense be pretty solid? Mid -price defense. Got 15 last week against the Browns, although it's the Browns, I understand. But.
Sully Shaheed: Jax? Question mark.
Chilly: Well, I'll tell you this. ah On DraftKings, the Jags defense is 2 ,400.
Sully Shaheed: Oh! Oh, yep. Jags defense.
Chilly: Hmm. And.
Sully Shaheed: Easy.
Chilly: On DraftKings, yeah. On FanDuel, on FanDuel at 39...
Sully Shaheed: Easy.
Chilly: Ah. Listen, I don't i don't blame you. the the the The Broncos were so... Bad. On Monday night. But again here. It's like.
Chilly: Also, maybe don't overreact, but here's the thing. Bo Nix was bad at football last year. He was bad.
Sully Shaheed: Sure was.
Chilly: up and Until this guy transformed in the fourth quarter. so
Sully Shaheed: Sure was.
Chilly: Wow. So I don't. I don't hate the move. Again, if you play the Jags defense tomorrow, you're by yourself.
Sully Shaheed: Yep.
Chilly: Nobody's buying them tomorrow.
Sully Shaheed: Mm -hmm.
Chilly: if you if you If you wanted to tell me you're going to run out Tootin' and the Jags defense, I'm like... Makes sense.
Sully Shaheed: Just saying. Just saying. um Show of closing thoughts before we head on out of here. Like I said, we got to consume this information for the ah the Sunday morning listeners as they're getting ready to lock in their lineups on the main slate. Hopefully FanDuel works. But anything to think about before we close up the shop on a now Sunday morning edition of the DFS LA.
Chilly: Yeah, again here, if you're like he like he mentioned earlier, if you are playing main slate lineups or like lineups that are all day, ah Late swap if you have to.
Chilly: Again, don't overthink the slate. Um, And again here. chalk is chalk for a reason uh you know we we went through most of it here today um But again, just don't overthink it. Trust the gut, man. um Again here. ah And then one thing I'll probably mention like.
Chilly: Just take a look at weather tomorrow. um it it It could be a factor. like I know for college football, there was a ton of rain and lightning delays. uh down in the southern part of the united states So... uh pay attention to weather uh Pay attention to injury stuff. and And trust the gut, man.
Sully Shaheed: I like it I like it Well, this has been fun. I'm glad we got to jump on for to massage our lineups. Like I said, just take a look. Once you start building and then see if it makes sense to you. Like I said, just.
Sully Shaheed: chalk, there's nothing wrong with it. Get three guys at least 10 % or lower. maybe one home run hitter in then your larger aff field contest that are going to be sub five. And just just just think about correlation. You know, get yourself a stack in there. Don't force the bring back if it's not there.
Sully Shaheed: ah Get yourself a nice little mini stack with a game environment that you enjoy and prepare to late swap again. If your one o 'clock stone hit, if you're on the main slate and you got Cowboys.
Sully Shaheed: RUN! Go somewhere else. Salvage those lineups. But... for baker that's at work uh we missed you buddy hopefully everything went well tonight And then for chill, this has been the DFS deli.
Sully Shaheed: And we're going to go ahead and close up the shop. Good luck to all of you tomorrow and we will see you all. At the top.
Sully Shaheed: There he is. There he is!
