Davante Adams: Yo, yo, welcome. This is Talk with Tayman, and we about to be live in a second. Enjoy this though. Hope y'all ready.

Davante Adams: yes thank you for that i am zetae and this is talk with tay welcome welcome i appreciate everybody that's listening i know i just dropped this like a nuke but check it out we here i want to first start this off by saying welcome to the first very episode of talk with tay i'm zetae but it's called me tay and today we set the tone for what podcast is all about right So it's real talk, real mindset. We got real growth.

Davante Adams: The episode is called value over everything because no matter what's going on, good or bad, there's always something you could bring to the table. But the question is, are you bringing it?

Davante Adams: Today we breaking down three things, okay? So, it's been three things that I've been real just stuck on myself. But value is number one. You got a value. You adding value. What are the value? You know what I'm Discipline.

Davante Adams: You got to stop spending money. Stop hitting that, you know, that drive through it every day, you know? We all guilty of it. Most importantly, growth. This ain't just motivational talk. It's a reminder for me and you to start making moves that matter.

Davante Adams: So, again, I'm Zitae. um Anybody that knows me, y'all are familiar with just... the mindset, the growth, um and it's the people around me. It's who I surround myself around.

Davante Adams: It's a lot of just discipline. It's a lot of decisions I have to make where I can't move the same like I used to. So um with that being said, though, it's just all about what's next.

Davante Adams: You always got to have a next. And I feel like without a next, it's Nothing. And when you ain't got nothing next, you get stuck in a stagnant mindset. You don't want to do anything. You're not motivated. You're not inspired to move around. You're not, you don't want to add value to anything. So my advice to everybody is to look at anything around you. I don't care if it's a piece of dirt.

Davante Adams: If it's dirt, you got a yard full of dirt. Turn that dirt into a garden, garden, Get some grass out there, you know, like, but add value to it, you know?

Davante Adams: When you add value to things, you have to look at what you can do. And it's not one of those things where you got to be like, I want to do more, so I'm not going to do that.

Davante Adams: No, do that, because it's not getting done. And what you're speaking to can inspire somebody else, or it can just... Blossom into something bigger. So shout out to all the people out here that's pushing it forward. That's making a way.

Davante Adams: I can't be mad at you. I can't hate on you. I'm not a gatekeeper. Open the gates. Open the gates. So let's start with value.

Davante Adams: When I say add value, I'm not talking about just money or material things. I mean, are you leaving the things better that you found them? You know i'm saying? That's what I just spoke about.

Davante Adams: So I got keynotes. I got bulletins. I got a lot of stuff that I've been writing down to just keep myself on track because I do know how to run my mouth.

Davante Adams: Add value to your friendships. Showing up when it matters. Because a lot of times we show up for people and it we necessarily don't got to show up. We can kind of let them go through what they go through.

Davante Adams: And I know this because I got friends that let me go through what I go through after they told me not to do it. After I came to them for advice and they told me not to do it. And I still did it. So sometimes you got to let people go through it.

Davante Adams: Add value to your own life by taking action instead of making excuses. Bam.

Davante Adams: That's a big one.

Davante Adams: That's a big one.

Davante Adams: It's so easy to make an excuse, right? Life is so easy for us. We have got so comfortable with just being like, it is what it is.

Davante Adams: but I hate that. And hate is a strong word. I hate it is what it is. For that simple reason. It's an easy way to just tap out. So.

Davante Adams: Yes. Yes.
