Serafina combines her lived experience of being unhoused and complex PTSD with neuroscience to explain the ways trauma impacts people's mind, body and spirit. She began by speaking with neighborhood groups in 2020, and quickly expanded to providing organizations training on complex trauma, and the impacts of poverty.
