Heal Thrive Dream Guest: Sandy Phillips Kirkham

After experiencing clergy sexual abuse at age 16 by her youth pastor and remaining silent for 27 years, Sandy now uses her voice to advocate for victims and changes in the church. She has spoken before the Ohio Senate and a Maryland court. She serves on the board of COCA -Council on Child Abuse, is a spokesperson for the Hope of Survivors Ministry. Sandy works with survivors conducting victim support conferences and she tells her story in her book “Let Me Prey Upon You”.
