Chilly: Is it there?

Baker: Jill, there's a few holes. or I think there was one hole. where there's a double -digit score.

Chilly: Oh, no. Oh, that's why he just capped out at eight. Double par, man.

Baker: No, I don't care about... I don't i don't cap out anything.

Sully Shaheed: Wait a minute.

Chilly: Do we... Do we raise a glass?

Sully Shaheed: have do we Do we have fallen heroes that we need to?

Baker: Already?

Sully Shaheed: Oh, oh, yeah. That's true.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: That is true.

Chilly: Yeah, i mean I mean, Sam Darnold is... It's out.

Sully Shaheed: yeah

Chilly: Okay.

Baker: Wow.

Chilly: I mean, he's out with a hip he's out with a hip injury.

Sully Shaheed: Um...

Chilly: you know We might as well. He's the first. Might as well raise a glass.

Sully Shaheed: well Well, guys, Chili's right. Chili's right. Such is tradition. Please. Grab your fallen freezer, grab your adult beverages and raise one for the fallen.

Sully Shaheed: Sam Darnold. Hip injury.

Sully Shaheed: Travion Henderson. Ankle injury. Our client. Brock Bowers. Meniscus?

Sully Shaheed: Question mark.

Chilly: this Random knee surgery.

Sully Shaheed: Um. Yep. Yep. And anybody that we may lose. Before the Sunday main slate. We raise the glass and wish you all the speed of recovery.

Chilly: oh

Chilly: Sam Darnold made it a whole five plays in.

Baker: will

Chilly: before you got taken out.

Sully Shaheed: Hey, man, he made it longer than Aaron Rodgers that one year.

Chilly: Yeah, he did

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I forget that. I didn't forget that. and a game In a game we lost, by the way, but whatever. I don't care. Not thinking about it. Whatever. Whatever. Whatever.

Baker: you're not even a Jets fan anymore.

Sully Shaheed: I still got a lot of jet stuff hanging up in there.

Baker: You're not a Jets fan anymore. Stop it.

Sully Shaheed: Baker. Baker. Baker, who is their starting quarterback?

Baker: What? Oh, my Lord Jesus.

Sully Shaheed: Who's their starting quarterback, Baker?

Baker: For now. for it For now.

Sully Shaheed: I'm back! ah

Chilly: Do you...

Sully Shaheed: I am back.

Chilly: deep Do you have a nice Lavernius Coles jersey in there?

Sully Shaheed: No, no. um I used to own a Wayne Corbett jersey.

Chilly: Oh. I had one. I used to own a Lavernius Coles jersey. Quit hating, Baker.

Baker: Why? Why?

Chilly: Because growing up, for some reason, i like I did root for the Jets. I had a Brett Favre Jets jersey at some point.

Sully Shaheed: What about, ah or did you have a Lavernius Coles Redskins jersey, though?

Chilly: No, I did not I did not I was more of a Santana Moss Kind of guy.

Sully Shaheed: Love some Santana Moss.

Chilly: Amen.

Sully Shaheed: Santana Moss will always have a a place in my heart. Because, Baker, if you don't remember, our first year of doing fantasy football, you know who was the right receiver on that team?

Chilly: Hmm.

Sully Shaheed: Santana Moss. Know who else is on that team? Laverdia Scholes.

Sully Shaheed: You know who else is on that team? Rondane.

Chilly: Dude, not Ron Dane.

Baker: The fact that we've been doing... The fact that we've been doing fantasy long enough for those names to be brought up today is insane.

Sully Shaheed: i will I will never – I can't remember the tight end for that team. But it was definitely Kurt Warner. ah Brian Westbrook. Vavronius calls.

Chilly: yeah

Sully Shaheed: Santana Moss. And I can't remember the other. Like I said, we played with kickers back then.

Chilly: Did you?

Sully Shaheed: Ugh.

Chilly: did you Did you double sack? Did you have Chris Cooley?

Sully Shaheed: ah I don't think so. I don't think so. Yahoo might have the historical information. I might have to take a look back because those teams were hilarious.

Baker: because that league is no longer active on Yahoo, all that information is gone.

Sully Shaheed: Sad Panda.

Baker: Yeah, when we switched over, we when we switched over yeah all that information went bye -bye.

Sully Shaheed: All I have to say is.

Sully Shaheed: All I have to say is. ah

Baker: by

Sully Shaheed: but But yeah, I mean, like it's one of those things where you just kind of have... players, you know, special Like in your heart, you know as relating to DFS, I know you guys probably, we've we've all won big on DraftKings and FanDuel in our past lives. And we can definitely thank.

Sully Shaheed: you know, certain people for, for those wins. You know what I'm saying? I mean, what was it last year? Who was the running back?

Chilly: Chuba.

Sully Shaheed: Chill. Chuba Hubbard, right?

Chilly: All right. Chuba Hubbard in overtime against the Cardinals got me to the first.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, you'll never forget those moments Baker We all know where you were.

Baker: You both are horrible. Chuba Hubbard? Ugh.

Chilly: Yeah. Yeah, at Chuba Hubbard against...

Sully Shaheed: You remember that? We were in the group chat last year.

Baker: I know. I remember it.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: It's it like my brain's just still... Chuba Hubbard? Oh.

Chilly: Yeah. And then, yes. And then my other, like the other two heroes would have been. ah Javis Winston and the Giants going up against the Lions.

Chilly: And then ah in the afternoon only, that was like... Jordan, love. and chase i think i played jamar chase i think it was joe flacco's first game with the Bengals.

Chilly: But I didn't play Falco.

Sully Shaheed: ah

Baker: Oh, that game versus the Packers?

Chilly: yeah yeah i i played jordan love and like nobody played chase Sorry.

Sully Shaheed: Shame. You should always play Jamar Chase. It's always a good idea.

Chilly: Yeah, you got

Baker: You shouldn't play on week one.

Chilly: Yeah. he

Sully Shaheed: Excuse you?

Baker: I didn't stutter. I said what I said.

Chilly: Amen.

Baker: I say it with my chest.

Chilly: All right, well. All right, so, Baker, you're fading Joe Burrow here.

Baker: Probably.

Sully Shaheed: I mean, that's a solid segue into QBs if you guys want to go ahead and hit it.

Chilly: Okay.

Baker: No.

Chilly: I mean, I'll let Baker go, man. He's he's the guy right now. he's He's going to fade Joe Burrow.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, man.

Baker: I mean.

Sully Shaheed: starting know Baker, who who do you like? And obviously you've said who you dislike.

Chilly: I mean, Baker, just entertain me.

Baker: I mean... it is

Chilly: Are you fading that game?

Baker: I'm not gonna be as heavy on that game as the field is, I'll tell you that much.

Chilly: Okay.

Sully Shaheed: Mm -hmm

Chilly: Okay.

Baker: my my My number one game the entire offseason has been Detroit -New Orleans.

Chilly: Okay.

Baker: I think that's obviously going to be a popular game. But that's been my number one game with the bullet. I think that's how I'm building everything around that game. Like I, Game is going to be in every lineup and if that game fails just just don't even bother asking me how my day was guys Like just know my day is really really bad

Sully Shaheed: Fair enough. So it seems like you have interest in both Jared Goff and Tyler Shuck, or are you leaning one way or another?

Baker: I think... i like i don't I don't have ownership right now, but I feel like Tyler sch Shuck's going to be very popular for a good reason. um but Jared Goff at home.

Baker: Give me Jared golf at home all day. Obviously there's no rushing upside, but will we be surprised if come four o 'clock Eastern standard time, if we look up and Jared golf has three 50 and four. nah I wouldn't be.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I mean, I circled that game as well. um I do like. And QB ownership for the most part is relatively flat. I mean, like playing a guy at 13, 14 % does not matter at the QB position.

Sully Shaheed: It's the running back, right? Receiver tight end positions that we got to worry about getting creative with ownership.

Baker: All right.

Sully Shaheed: But as far as. stacking options i mean there's a lot of ways you can go with the lions and then there's very To be honest, few ways to go with the Saints. I think they're going to have a very concentrated ah offense.

Sully Shaheed: Um,

Baker: Great.

Sully Shaheed: But the good thing about. running Tyler Shuck in this situation is that the Lions secondary is. AWFUL! So you know you had a literal kidnapper about to start for their team. And now he's gone.

Sully Shaheed: So...

Baker: Hello?

Sully Shaheed: Why don't you mute yourself you idiot you're gonna answer the phone

Baker: Yeah, I'm free on Sunday. it's It's Detroit. They're calling me to play in their secondary on Sunday. One second

Sully Shaheed: Oh, my bad. My bad. Well, if you got to talk contracts, you better. Let's go ahead and mute you. Because... You know, Detroit is a hop skipping away for you. So I hope you can get out there, provide some height, provide some length.

Sully Shaheed: And good luck with Chris Alave out there.

Baker: I mean, that all I got is height and length. I ain't got nothing else. I ain't got no speed no more. I ain't got...

Sully Shaheed: My athleticism.

Baker: it's All that's gone. it's It's been gone for a while. ah But yeah, I got hype. I'm still tall. So.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Yeah. I respect that. um So, yeah, I'm with you, Baker. I do like golf. And again, home golf is always something to to target. And again, the game total shows that.

Sully Shaheed: You know, there should be some points in this game. But again, it's week one. Week one is historically lower scoring than other weeks. But if we can get a positive game environment that they come close to the total, I think there's some good.

Sully Shaheed: good ways to go. And golf is going to provide a little bit of leverage off of a popular Jameer Gibbs as well. So I think that's going to be a good way to get unique. If you want to get really unique, again, we'll get to the wide receivers and tight ends at that, you know, when we get there. but you know, his stacking partners are.

Sully Shaheed: Yugi. Instead of the Sun God, you can take. Jameson Williams, you can take Laporta, you know if you wanna get. ah A little weird. Maybe I know Chili likes to stack QB and QB and running back together. So golf and Gibbs makes a lot of sense.

Sully Shaheed: um But, yeah, I'd like to i like to hear where your stance is on this game and why. You actually like to go to the Joe Burrow side in another game against Tampa.

Chilly: Yeah. um Just taking a look here, Jarrett Goff right now, at least on DraftKings, does project to be the highest owned. quarterback on the slate.

Chilly: um I'm not really, like, knocking off. At home. uh in this sense um it obviously it makes a ton of sense it's in the dome it's against the saints uh both teams defenses is very shaky at best um But just taking a look here. um I think.

Chilly: you know this is one of the very few times you get the bangles when they're healthy uh going up against tampa bay we actually just saw baker mayfield get paid here Um, Both of these defenses are kind of middle of the road. um Both of the quarterbacks and the pieces in this game are going to be lower owned. So if you were looking to not play the.

Chilly: the core pieces in that Detroit saints game. And you want to just, like you said, play a Laporta, play a Jameson Williams, and then run it back with this Bengals ah bucks game. I don't think it's the worst option.

Chilly: um Especially since like that game is garnering so much more ownership. I mean, Chase is going to be owned, of course. um And then obviously it's pretty hard to double stack burrow.

Chilly: ah But I think I think, again, obviously, and then weather dependent here. um of course but uh i do really like burrow this is like one of the few times you'll actually get that team when they're healthy so this might be the time to play it

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I mean, with a 50 .5 total, you know, that's the highest we got on the board.

Baker: if

Sully Shaheed: So to say that, you know, we're so interested in this lion saints game. I mean i don't see a reason why we can't go. to Cincinnati. and run Baker Mayfield stacks, or like you said, the more expensive Joe Burrow stacks at lower lower ownership. um Joe Burrow does stick out on the page for me as well. However, you know, the prices.

Sully Shaheed: is conducive to production right so i'm looking on fan duel where jared golf is 7 ,800 and Joe Burrows hits at 82. So I know a lot of people going to want to.

Sully Shaheed: get that savings you know initially. and go down to Jarrett Goff. I get it. But at the same time, to your point, Chili. is that it's a lesser -owned game. with a higher total.

Sully Shaheed: So if we get anywhere near that total. We know the pieces that Joe Burrow is throwing to you. It's two guys. That's it. So if you want to get really spicy, you can.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: Pay all the way up and go to Joe Burrow's double stack, which has been profitable in the past. Or if you want to get really spicy, I mean, no one's going to play Baker in this spot. You know, and like I said. Or like you said, he just got paid. He's a road dog, and we love road dogs when it comes to passing games. So. I...

Sully Shaheed: I'm kind of. I'm kind of convincing myself that Baker Mayfield might be a pretty good GPP play.

Chilly: Yeah, I think so. The one thing I will point out, um just taking a look here at the early projections on FanDuel. So it does look like Joe Burrow on FanDuel might be the most chalkiest quarterback. Um, So depending on who you... who you might want to play might be a little more site dependent.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah.

Chilly: Um,

Sully Shaheed: Yep.

Chilly: ah So obviously you may just want to take a look at that. um I'll just mention a couple other guys. Uh, This is, again, Proven Veterans. um I don't think anybody's going to be playing Jalen Hurts.

Chilly: Um, This Washington commanders defense. I mean, you want to talk about awful. ah This is, this is going to be awful. um If you're in the thought that it's a addition by subtraction, we're getting rid of AJ Brown. ah The Eagles offense could be a little bit more concentrated to start the year.

Chilly: Again, here, the commander's team was terrible. Um, I think the commanders with the healthy Jane Daniels can keep this game. relatively competitive.

Chilly: um So nobody's nobody's playing Jalen Hurts. um You can play Hurts with Barkley. You can play Hurts. you you could argue if you want to play hertz naked i think that's fine uh and then the other guy i'll mention um justin herbert is going up against this cardinals defense Um,

Chilly: Again, here if we're going off of last year's numbers, this Cardinals defense was terrible. But also, like... If their offense is going to run like last year. that this game will still be like competitive.

Chilly: ah So I'm... And then again, obviously you got Herbert with a new coordinator. Everybody's on the you know Mike McDaniel hype. so I don't think Herbert will be too bad of a play here as well.

Sully Shaheed: oh Yeah, Herbert's probably going to be popular, and he's in a sweet spot as well. Baker, what do you think about your boy? lamar jackson i mean he does have i think the second highest team total on the board and He gets. Indeed.

Sully Shaheed: You can play some Lamar this week.

Sully Shaheed: Oh God, did we lose him? Is he dead?

Chilly: He's very stone face right there

Sully Shaheed: Hey. is very stone -faced right now.

Chilly: That's it.

Sully Shaheed: What? What? Why do we always have issues with this cat's internet, man? like i'm not I'm not understanding why why we do this. Why do we do this?

Chilly: Well, maybe he'll come back. um I mean, I don't think Lamar will be too bad of a play here. I mean, if you want to talk about two quarterbacks that are probably going to go on owned that are really good at the game of football. um It's gross, but nobody's nobody is playing Josh Allen on Sunday.

Chilly: ah Maybe rightfully so.

Sully Shaheed: No.

Chilly: I mean, he is absolutely. abysmal against Houston. I also but I also think it's like a really kind of a must -win game for buffalo. I I know it's like week one but like I feel like Buffalo needs to win the game while CJ Stroud needs to do good in the game.

Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm.

Chilly: Uh... Again, I'm not playing TJ Stroud until I see it. Um, it said if you if you If you're playing in a massive GPB field and you want to take a Josh Allen dart throw.

Chilly: I don't hate it. I mean, because again, you... You. You could get 40 -point upside. You could also get 10. Um, But I think Lamar i think lamar is a very interesting play here.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I mean, you know, like I said, last year he had an injury. He clearly was hampered by whatever was ailing him. His rushing totals were way down. And, you know, that's what we want in Lamar. Like, we want him to run the football.

Sully Shaheed: So that's what creates that differentiation between the upside potential and just one of these pocket passers that a lot of people are straying away from um in lieu of getting a guy that can rush the ball a little bit. So you got to think. um You know, Jay 17, Jaden Daniels, to a lesser extent, Jalen Hurts, who can have three rushing touchdowns by himself. Tyler sch Shuck showed rushing upside as well last year. So it's more so like we want to pick on these guys for the upside.

Sully Shaheed: But... we need to kind of preface that with. Guys, 300 plus yards is still the bonus in the air. And. some guys you know that that rushing plus floor right you know so we we want we want those type of guys um Hey, Baker. how' was How's it?

Chilly: Welcome back

Sully Shaheed: How's it hanging?

Sully Shaheed: You have area.

Baker: I don't know. i don't I don't know what happened. It just stopped on my end. I don't know.

Sully Shaheed: we were just ah We were just roasting Lamar the entire time. That's all.

Baker: That's rude. That's extremely rude of you guys

Chilly: No.

Baker: Bye.

Chilly: Yeah. Actually, no, nobody but...

Sully Shaheed: No, it's not. it's

Chilly: Nobody roasted Lamar. you want to You want to give a Lamar take here, Bake?

Baker: Not really. Honestly.

Chilly: ah I mentioned before you dropped off that if you wanted to take the ultimate dart throw in a massive GPP field with Josh Allen. Cause he'll be coming in at less than like 3%. I don't hate it You're either getting like 40 or 4.

Chilly: But I don't hate it. nobody Nobody's playing Josh Allen on Sunday.

Sully Shaheed: No.

Sully Shaheed: No.

Baker: i don't think I don't.

Sully Shaheed: All right.

Baker: think the price of Josh Allen and that him going super sane is going to be a thing, unfortunately.

Chilly: It's very low percentage. That's what history says against Houston, but it's very low percentage. Um... Two guys, ah two other guys I'm going to mention here that are coming in as like.

Chilly: ah Value plays on the slate. ah One would be ah Baker. You want to talk about your... How about your ex? Kyler Murray.

Sully Shaheed: That's not his ex anymore. That's his current. That's his bae. That's his boo. That's his boo thang.

Chilly: Well... I was going to let Baker announce to the world that you know he's back in... a He's in a thruple with his real -life girlfriend and Kyler Murray.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah.

Baker: First of all, there is no thruple. Okay. on On Sundays.

Chilly: That's all right.

Baker: On Sundays, I'm with Kyler. The rest of the week, I'm with Steph.

Sully Shaheed: Unless they play on Thursday.

Chilly: It sounds like...

Baker: Facts. The bye week come week six. I'm only with Steph.

Baker: But the rest of the season? i'm um' um I'm sorry, babe, but yeah. I'm cheating on you with ah with a midget.

Chilly: I mean... I mean, kyle you get Kyler Murray against a...

Baker: Uh -uh.

Chilly: ah A Green Bay Packers team with no Micah. And I mean, like last year when they lost Micah, that defense was not. Very good.

Baker: I mean, I don't mind Kyler. But. because of the fact that the Vikings actually have a respectable defense nowadays. and you know they don't get into these huge shootouts it makes me question what's kyler's upside in this situation.

Chilly: i just feel i mean like i just feel They also just have such a lack of a running game.

Sully Shaheed: that's earth

Chilly: I know they have Aaron Jones and I know they have the numbers, but.

Sully Shaheed: The numbers, Mason. What do they mean?

Chilly: But like... I mean, and and we'll get to Lloyd here in a second, but like how often is Green Bay even going to want to run the ball or are they going to be passing 40 times a game?

Baker: I think Green Bay without Josh Jacobs are going to turn to. their highly overpaid quarterback and say, hey, go win some games. That's just my personal thought process.

Baker: And so.

Chilly: I think so.

Baker: and as we kind of transition over to running back. I understand Marshawn Lloyd is. Probably going to be popular. um And. We have fallen into this trap before.

Chilly: Wow.

Baker: of you know, this the starter got hurt or whatever happened. And then. The backup is mispriced because it's week one. The so the backup goes off and we're just sitting there. well ah empty handed because we're like, oh, we're so smart.

Baker: I think this is a situation where we actually could be smart by not playing Marshawn Lloyd though.

Chilly: On FanDuel, he's like 4 ,900, Baker.

Chilly: Peace.

Baker: I understand. um it

Chilly: if you want to If you want to jam in some Lions. Or bangles. You're going to need them.

Baker: I don't though. Because...

Sully Shaheed: I don't know about need.

Baker: Because we we just got another injury, which opens up another position that we don't actually care about anyway. So, do I actually need him?

Sully Shaheed: I am.

Chilly: On related note, AJ Brown questionable to return. We'll just give you guys a lot.

Baker: I just saw that too Yeah, I saw that too.

Chilly: Oh.

Baker: ah

Chilly: Okay. ah Before we do, move on over to running backs. ah I mean, I figure we might give a boots on the ground take here. ah Is anybody... contemplating Trevor Lawrence on Sunday.

Sully Shaheed: No, and I'll tell you the Jaguar that I'm playing in the next section.

Baker: What?

Baker: I would...

Chilly: Okay, perfect.

Baker: I would say yes. Just because I still think the Browns defense, I think it's overblown. The fact that Myles Garrett's not here anymore. I think the Browns defense will still be good. But even when Miles was here, the Browns defense would have times in which they just got gassed.

Chilly: Okay.

Baker: And, you know, the second half of the game was turning to a track meet with the other team just running up and down the field on them.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: ah passing, running, whatever. however you want to say it. So I think that Trevor Lawrence could definitely be in play.

Chilly: okay Yeah, I was just...

Sully Shaheed: Um.

Chilly: i is this I was just kind of looking for a take on Trevor Lawrence. I'm like... I don't know how to feel about this. It might be something that I end up just like simming. Let's see how it. Sims.

Sully Shaheed: i can see I can see like 202 and not tournament winning upside.

Chilly: But I was.

Sully Shaheed: Cuz the Jags won't need much.

Chilly: okay

Sully Shaheed: I mean, they're eight and a half point favorites at home. like What do we? What does he need to do? You know? but I don't think there's tournament winning upside playing guy like Trevor Lawrence. Now, can I get gross real quick?

Chilly: I think... I think...

Sully Shaheed: Can I get growth?

Chilly: it's true ah You can get gross in a second. I think if Trevor Lawrence is going to probably have tournament winning upside this week, he probably has to run one in.

Chilly: that That would probably be my take. He he would need like a rushing touchdown.

Sully Shaheed: Russian for. i Speaking of rushing forward, can I interest you in Malik Willis?

Chilly: In afternoon only? Yes.

Sully Shaheed: and can i can i Can I play a dolphin stack? That does again have the aforementioned cheap piece that Baker's alluding to. Um, And just play all the guys.

Sully Shaheed: The Raiders defense stinks, man. And there's it's one of those quarterbacks that does have rushing upside. And we saw Malik Willis in a limited sample last year. exceed expectations to say the least.

Sully Shaheed: um so you go with him and like an unknown like i don't know chris bell or, you know, whoever they're rolling out at receiver. run it back with Mayer, and then just load up.

Sully Shaheed: With everything else?

Chilly: It's just...

Sully Shaheed: you do worse.

Chilly: like if you're playing malik willis you probably have to put him with a chan

Sully Shaheed: I don't know why ONG makes a better DraftKings play.

Chilly: I would think.

Sully Shaheed: HN always makes a better DraftKings play than FanDuel.

Chilly: Um... Yeah, I like oh it's so gross. um

Sully Shaheed: I told you it's gross.

Chilly: But the thing was...

Sully Shaheed: I told you it's gross.

Chilly: Good. I guess...

Sully Shaheed: I did tell you.

Chilly: I guess, I mean, as the resident Dolphins guy, I mean, that team is just terrible. um My only concern with Malik Willis is it's like... He I think he was the backup in Green Bay, what, for a couple of years. So he literally just sat through Matt LaFleur's like system.

Chilly: And, you know, if you're one of these people that are like, ah he's a he's a quarterback guy, you know. I mean, obviously, we saw him in that game against Baltimore, man. Malik Willis was... balling out.

Chilly: uh you know

Sully Shaheed: Yeah.

Chilly: Unfortunately, Green Bay's sorry -ass defense couldn't stop Derrick Henry and his like eight touchdowns or whatever it was. but um I mean, I don't hate it uh i would have to look to see if i was going to put malik willis with anybody it's probably dulcich

Chilly: If he's playing.

Sully Shaheed: Listen. I'm here for it. Like I said, you want to play Chase. You want to play ah Gibbs. You want to play these high price guys on this witness slate. I think Malik Willis can give you an avenue to do so. That's all I'm saying.

Sully Shaheed: And if he goes for 200, maybe scores a couple on the ground. You're cooking? You're cooking.

Chilly: Yeah, I think I...

Sully Shaheed: but as far as i But as far as cheap options, I'm i'm still leaning towards Tyler Shug. That's going to be my guy.

Chilly: Yeah, i don't I don't hate that take at all.

Sully Shaheed: Segway to running back.

Baker: Sorry. That's up.

Sully Shaheed: Are you ready, Baker?

Baker: So. No, I have something for you.

Sully Shaheed: Oh God.

Baker: No, this is the first problem. First prop bet of the season. for you.

Chilly: Not the prop.

Baker: alright So you get. Malik Willis.

Sully Shaheed: Yes.

Baker: Give me Jacoby Brissett.

Sully Shaheed: Versus... Bruh. Set.

Sully Shaheed: Baker. Sully.

Baker: Though I understand, and let me kind of give the thought process behind it. not that i i like The Willis play, I haven't been able to mentally get my mind around. And I think as the week continues on, as I'm really diving into...

Baker: DFS now.

Baker: I can probably get my mind around it a little bit better. But... And I understand the Cardinals situation is a lot different than last year. I'm not saying that this is the same situation with the Cardinals.

Sully Shaheed: h

Baker: But these these Cardinals games turned into track meets for the Cardinals because their defense can't stop a nosebleed. We're all excited to play. Lat McConkie, Amarian Hampton.

Baker: Quentin Johnston to a lesser extent we're excited to play these guys and i'm going to play the hell out of chargers too I think one of my rules for myself this week is a charger in every lineup.

Baker: Don't mess around. Charger every lineup.

Sully Shaheed: so

Baker: But...

Sully Shaheed: Just go.

Baker: With that being said... if we're going If we're going a lot of data based off of last year, obviously. I think. Jacoby Brissett in this Cardinals pass game should definitely be in in thought process.

Sully Shaheed: Hey man, Jacoby Brissett brought the mail home last year, so.

Sully Shaheed: I'm not gonna hate, but I will take that bet. I will take Malik Willis versus Jacoby Brissett this Sunday. Yes. Yes.

Baker: That's another another one from me. Thank you.

Sully Shaheed: Heh. Another one for the good guys. ah Running back, we got some extreme chalk laying on the Jameer Gibbs front, and for good reason. um Probably was the one -on -one in all of your home leagues for for yearly.

Sully Shaheed: um But we do got some studs on. the slate that you could potentially pivot to. I mean, we're talking the aforementioned Maureen Hampton against Arizona, Saquon's back in our lives against a terrible Washington defense, Devon A. Chan against a terrible Vegas defense.

Sully Shaheed: um Jonathan Taylor, to a lesser extent, against Baltimore, who is obviously a stud. And B. John Robinson, who is literally going to be the offense for the Atlanta Falcons because Tua is the starting quarterback. Oh, my God.

Sully Shaheed: How did we get to this point? Um, So, Shelly, at the top. who Who are some of these high -end guys that you want to target this week?

Chilly: Yeah, I mean, let's just point out the obvious real quick. Jameer Gibbs. Um, I think if you want to play Bijan, I mean, you saw in Miami.

Chilly: ah You did see in Miami that Tua will, like, check the ball down a decent amount of times, primarily because he can't throw that far. um but So Bijan could be more of a DraftKings play.

Sully Shaheed: x

Chilly: uh because of the because of the reception so i think both of those do make sense um Two running backs that I'll just mention and I'll kick it to you guys. um I don't think Saquon Barkley is like...

Chilly: you know, dead I don't think he's dust. I just think when you're coming off of like almost breaking the NFL record and that many attempts and so on and so forth, winning the Super Bowl, i I think he just had a down year. ah With A .J. Brown, again, out of the lineup, you do expect Philadelphia might be running.

Chilly: more. Again, that offense might be a little bit more concentrated. So I really do like Barkley here. um if Ashton Gentry does play, um, i think this year you should have a rule of thumb of to play somebody whoever's playing the dolphins ah You should probably play somebody against them.

Chilly: Their defense like is horrible. Horrible. uh at least on paper um you know early on so i do like genti and uh Barkley as well.

Chilly: You were muted if you said something.

Sully Shaheed: My bad.

Chilly: There you are.

Sully Shaheed: Baker. Who is leaving or muted? Who is leaving? I'm unmuted now. I apologize. I had to step aside, do the little vaping thing so you don't hear the... the crap in the background so i'm trying to be cordial as i'm reading off my cheat sheet brought to you by fantasy pros not sponsored um Baker at the top.

Sully Shaheed: Who you got?

Baker: Obviously, Jameer Gibbs, great play. No analysi analysis necessary. I think Chase Brown is your perfect leverage. to the Jamar Chase side of things, to the Jamar Chase and Joe Burrow side. getting access to that high total game.

Baker: Obviously, he's also involved in the passing game as well. And the perfect way for him to. Kind of. I guess a stacking partner with Joe Burrow, if you want to play him and get away from a very popular Jamar Chase, is play Chase Brown because he definitely has receiving upside as well.

Baker: I think he might be one of my favorite plays in that game as a whole as of right now. Like I said, I'm already in Hampton. Cool. No analysis. It's the Cardinals. Um...

Baker: let's not act like the Buffalo Bills run defense. Was anything good? I understand Sean McDermott's gone. It's a... new defense. But. Once again, we're going off of last year and those type of things.

Baker: Until they prove that they have a good run defense, I'll play somebody against them. And the new shiny toy in Houston is obviously David Montgomery. Houston's defense will keep them in this game, obviously. So ah David Montgomery is definitely one of my favorite plays.

Baker: and also in the Cincinnati -Tampa game. I do believe Ken Gable was. It was either Ken Gamewell or Sean Tucker. I forget which other running back was out of practice today. I think that's something to monitor. ah Actually, not say it out loud. I think it was Sean Tucker.

Baker: But Bucky Irving. um especially if Sean Tucker's gone because he would be considered the goal linebacker. ah getting those goal line touches for Bucky if he's out. and Once again, speaking to. trends from last year. Cincinnati was the defense that it was who running back versus Cincinnati.

Baker: Play. So I think Bucky Urban could definitely be in line. um Both are running backs in that game. I'm definitely a fan of.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, I mean, I like you guys take, you know, I'm big on Amari and Hampton this week. Again, I like. ah Home favorite. relatively bell cow running backs um and one guy that fits the bill this year is or this week i should say is going to be by shell tootin I mean, we're talking about eight and a half point favorites at home against the Browns who probably won't be on offense a lot. um so i can see a lot of touches Coming from Baishal Tootin.

Sully Shaheed: We have Chris Rodriguez, Jr. seceding some carries to him. I understand that. He did the same thing in Washington last year. However, um I think the Jags are more.

Sully Shaheed: likely to give him 15 to 20 ish touches this game and against the Browns at home when they're going to be controlling the clock the most of the game. um I think he's going to make an excellent play and he's got a good price on him this week. So, you know, does he offer upside in the passing game? We'll see. We'll we'll see how this backfield meshes and clicks, but...

Sully Shaheed: the the browns are gonna be bad i mean this is gonna be you know, it's not gonna be a good game. And their their front was always the problem with stopping the run. They do have a very solid secondary, but I don't think the Jags have to do much. That's why I didn't like the upside of Trevor Lawrence. And that's why I do like by show tootin in this game. So I would like to pair him up with.

Sully Shaheed: um you know, a Jameer Gibbs or an Amarian Hampton or something like that. You know, if I find some room for Bijan, I will. But those are going to be my main guys that I'm going to be targeting for running backs this week. And I guess we can talk about it. Josh Jacobs.

Sully Shaheed: He gone. So. On FanDuel. Marshawn Lloyd is basically free. He's $4 ,900. Chilly, are you going to be playing him just to get some salary cap flexibility? Or do we think because he's going against this Minnesota front? on the road. that it's a donkey play.

Chilly: um I think on FanDuel where... I would say anywhere from like 30. to like 40 of the field if you're playing small field is probably playing lloyd Um...

Chilly: You almost just kind of play him because like if he does score, you're... You're buried pretty hard. Um, On DraftKings, I don't think you need to play him.

Chilly: ah because on DraftKings, he's going to be way lower owned. uh so it might be like a sight thing for me i think i've fando i'm almost inclined just to play them Because I might as well join the field.

Chilly: Um, And even like even if he does nothing. You can you can still like win a GPP uh that way uh on draftkings i think he's a way he's way lower owned on draftkings so Um,

Chilly: For me, it's... Probably looking like a sight play more than anything.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, DraftKings always prices up the backup running backs just just in case of situations like this.

Chilly: Yeah, I think I Drive Kings he's like 5300 I think

Baker: 48.

Chilly: uh on DraftKings yeah he okay 48 yeah but yeah but even on DraftKings I only have him at seven percent ownership right now

Sully Shaheed: Gotcha. Well, it is Wednesday, like I said. So, you know, things change.

Chilly: It could change for sure.

Sully Shaheed: But yeah, yeah. Very, very early first look, you know, 30 ,000 foot view, you know how we do things on Wednesdays. Baker, anybody else on your short list of running backs that you're interested in this week?

Baker: No, I think we kind of covered ah the majority. My running back pool is going to be relatively small this week.

Sully Shaheed: Chili, how about yourself?

Chilly: um No, i think we I think we covered everybody. Um... If you want to get a little bit different in that Saints game, I don't think I hate ETN.

Sully Shaheed: It's 8chan.

Chilly: I'm calling him ETN. I don't care.

Sully Shaheed: That's his name. That's what he said. That's how you're supposed to pronounce it. It is a Chan Okay? Travis A. Chan Jr. Get it fucking right. Sir?

Chilly: i'm I'm not doing that.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah. um Before we head over to our receivers, I mean... Yeah. we'd be remiss if we didn't At least mention.

Sully Shaheed: Our King. On the road against Indy, three and a half point favorites. we We know the king can... can Slaughter us late. any any Any inclination to play him this week?

Chilly: I wish he was lower owned.

Sully Shaheed: Yes, you know yeah that's the rule that's the rule about the king, right? 5 % below, you play Derrick Henry. 10 % and above. You do not play Derrick Henry. Anywhere in between, consider it.

Sully Shaheed: So if he's over above 10%, yeah, I'll throw him out. I'll throw them out. So. All right. Are we safe to move on to the pass catcher position or one of the past?

Chilly: I would.

Chilly: Yeah, I would... I would just like to see what this Ravens ah offense is going to look like now with no like Greg Roman, John Harbaugh. So I wonder like, what is it going to look like going forward? So I'd like to see it.

Sully Shaheed: Fair enough. All right, Baker, we'll start with you, man. Pass catchers. That don't line up on the line like to block at sometimes. The WR. the things, the guys. Yeah, yeah those guys.

Sully Shaheed: How you feeling? Where you starting at this week?

Baker: AJ Brown?

Baker: No? um No, no, AJ rejected. I know, okay.

Baker: is Jackson Smith and Jigba. available.

Baker: Can I play Puke and the Coop?

Sully Shaheed: If you see anybody from the fucking Thursday night game, I'm going to slap the shit out of you. And I know you're like two hours away in Columbus, but I promise you, I'll get in the car right now.

Baker: and

Sully Shaheed: We're talking about Sunday. Sunday! Players that are playing on Sunday. And not the night game either, because I know you're going to do it.

Chilly: but

Sully Shaheed: If you say to cowboys, I'm gonna knock the shit out you. Okay.

Baker: Malik neighbors.

Chilly: And...

Baker: If I say Cowboys, you didn't say Giants.

Sully Shaheed: Bye. I hate your fucking...

Baker: You didn't say Giants. You didn't say Giants.

Sully Shaheed: Got it. I hate your fucking...

Baker: You did not say Giants.

Sully Shaheed: I hate you

Chilly: I... I would take a ride with you

Sully Shaheed: thank you Thank you, Joe. Thank you.

Baker: Wow, that's kind of hurtful. Kind of hurtful. Alright, fine. I will stick to Sunday main slate only, you dick.

Sully Shaheed: Please do.

Baker: a So... one of in this high total Cincinnati game. I think my favorite pass catcher on the... Buccaneer side is actually the God.

Baker: Chris Godwin as...

Sully Shaheed: interesting

Baker: As we saw last year, Cincinnati does have ah a relatively good shutdown corner out there who a Mecca will see a decent amount of. Chris Gotwin will avoid him as he lines up inside more than he does outside. so um I think that is my favorite pass catcher if I'm going to play a Tampa Bay pass catcher.

Baker: um If we're staying at the high end, like I said, I'm loving Jared Goff. So that naturally means the sun God. I think the best pound for pound play though is Chris. Olave.

Baker: i know he's going I have a feeling he's going to be popular. I don't think we're going to catch anybody off guard with this.

Sully Shaheed: Yep.

Baker: But I think the best... pound for pound dollar for dollar play on this slate of week one is chris i love it

Sully Shaheed: Chilly, what say you?

Chilly: uh yeah i mean baker baker already kind of mentioned some of the guys um Again. I like Chase. T Higgins. Um, Lev McConkie.

Chilly: Going up against, again, just... pretty Pretty much some popular plays. I'm not looking to get too off the wall ah you know, for week one. Um,

Chilly: It is a really solid point with Ibuka. ah Because, i again, like you said, I just forget the name of the Cincinnati corner. but I know he is pretty good, so I doubt he'll be out there covering McMillan.

Chilly: Um, So, again, here, i do like I do like some of those guys. Uh, Again, yeah i'm just I'm not looking to get too crazy out there. I mean, like...

Chilly: How weird do you want to get? like how many How many people want to click Trey Tucker? Again, man, the talk.

Baker: i was just I was just about to say how weird, you want to get weird, you play one of the Raiders wide receivers, Trey Tucker or Jalen Naylor.

Chilly: Hmm. I mean... I... i Don't think people understand how bad the Dolphins defense is going to be

Baker: I mean, there's a great chance I play.

Sully Shaheed: Hey, listen, if I'm running Malik Willis, Max, I will need a run back.

Chilly: It's going to be so bad.

Baker: i

Baker: There's a chance that instead of playing Monique Willis, I play Kirk Cousins.

Sully Shaheed: Just saying.

Chilly: Yeah, but if you're running Dulcich, then yeah, you're running with Trey Tucker. And it literally fit the rest.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Because I mean, you got to think about it, right? No Brock Bowers. I know we're going to get Michael Mayer. Michael Mayer was solid in his. placement and his speed last year. However, um If we expect any modicum of success from Kirk Cousins, he's got to throw to somebody, just like Malik Willis has to throw to somebody. So, I mean, all these guys are dirt cheap.

Sully Shaheed: So. I think we can get weird with some salary savings and get to, you know, a Trey Tucker. I mean like Baker, that's probably my wide receiver too on Sunday in our fantasy league.

Sully Shaheed: So. You know. Run some Trey Tucker. Yeah.

Baker: your team

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, that's how That's how my team is. So what?

Baker: Your team is so bad and it's going to score.

Sully Shaheed: It's... So bad.

Chilly: Excuse me.

Baker: It's going to score more points than me this week and it's going to make me angry.

Sully Shaheed: It's...

Chilly: Um,

Sully Shaheed: Probably.

Chilly: ah one one gained One game that I'm going to bring up that... I probably need to get a little bit more research into it. Um... But I mentioned it like when we were doing our prediction show. I think the Bears defense is not good. And that game is actually going to be a higher paced.

Chilly: Um, Snaps game in general. um I might start to come around on some of these Chicago... Bears players and... Tet.

Chilly: Um, So I'm kind of interested to... Yeah, yeah. Roman Ndunze.

Chilly: But yeah. I might come around to them. That might be a like a late week decision, but I'm kind of interested in these Bears position players and Ted Aroua and McMillan.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah and Like you guys said, you know you alluded to it. lets let's let's keep it simple guys right you know it's week one Let's play the guys. we know what We know what matchups are good. We know the good game environments this week.

Sully Shaheed: you know, let's. I think my list is pretty short. You know, I got... Amon Ross St. Brown, Jamar Chase, Tee Higgins. Um, Chris Alave. Lad McConkey.

Sully Shaheed: Jameson Williams. And insert Dolphins and or Raiders receiver here for the salary. savings now there's going to be a few guys you know that catch us by surprise of course It happens every year. We can't predict it. You want to take some dart throws on some guys that are in good game environments, that's great. but you know week one i would like to play it closer to the vest um and just play just play the good place i mean sometimes you've got to play the good place

Sully Shaheed: And yeah, like Baker alluded to a lot of these might be chalky. So what? He's a good play. You know... I'm on Ross A. Brown. It's going to be chalky. So what? He's a good play.

Sully Shaheed: Just get funky somewhere else and then differentiate somewhere else. I mean, if you want to run your golf stacks with Amara St. Brown and Jamison Williams, and we'll get to it here in a second, Sam Laporta, whatever, they do it.

Sully Shaheed: You run around your burrow stacks like Chili's suggesting and run the... the the The premium double with T. And. i You know, like just do it.

Sully Shaheed: Just do it. Just. Don't get crazy. don't get crazy we'll get our breakouts week two and three when you know people start coming around but Let's... Let's play the good plays.

Sully Shaheed: How about we do that? Let's play the good plays. And when Trey Tucker breaks the slate. Don't be surprised, you know? You know?

Chilly: That would be amazing.

Sully Shaheed: I'm telling you, man. This Dolphins Raiders mini is about to go so hard. You don't even know if I can hit you it's gonna be hilarious Hilarious.

Chilly: It's... ah to Two other guys that... Um, Again, too, it might be like late week decisions. um again with aj brown gone it does open up more targets for the slim reaper um Also, I don't think anybody is playing Justin Jefferson this week.

Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm.

Chilly: um He's kind of the, you know, the high profile wide receiver who's left out. Uh, Baker, you want to you want to talk about something? Some Justin Jefferson down there.

Baker: I don't need to talk about Justin Jefferson. He's the best wide receiver in football. like If you want to play the best wide receiver in football. the best wide receiver in football, the best wide receiver in.

Baker: But. Ball. play on. Makes sense because he's the best wide receiver in football.

Chilly: it's It sounds like you're targeting somebody in the audience. is there you want You want to talk about it?

Sully Shaheed: Right, like you want to talk about this? like what did what if does who who what Who are you taking shots at right now?

Chilly: fiction

Baker: that I'm not taking shots. Not! But people who sit here and act. like There's people who I know personally. Who'll be acting like Justin Jefferson is not the best wide receiver in football. We ain't about to act like Justin Jefferson is not the best wide receiver in football. He's the best wide receiver in football. He's been the best wide receiver in football. He's going to continue to be the best wide receiver in football until football doesn't exist anymore. That's when he'll stop being the best wide receiver in football.

Chilly: Well, that's not true because then Jerry Rice is still very much the most wide receiver in football.

Baker: All right. Ice Ice! I said what I said. You heard what I said. You were there when I said it.

Chilly: Listen, i don't even know just I don't even know if Justin Jefferson is catching up to newly Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald.

Sully Shaheed: Baker.

Baker: He... Justin Jefferson is the best Vikings receiver to ever play for the Minnesota Vikings.

Sully Shaheed: Baker, Baker, Justin Jefferson isn't even the best receiver on his team.

Baker: Don't at me.

Sully Shaheed: ah So what are we even talking about right now?

Chilly: All right. First of all, that's a little, that's a little. That's a little crazy.

Baker: see not not Now you'll make me drive up to Cleveland and smack the hell out of you.

Chilly: I'll ride with you.

Sully Shaheed: Baker, Baker, right now Oh. Right now. Jordan Addison versus Jay Jetta right now.

Chilly: okay

Sully Shaheed: Do you want the smoke or not?

Baker: I want all the smoke.

Sully Shaheed: All right, I'm just bossing on that.

Chilly: And.

Sully Shaheed: I'm losing that.

Baker: Okay, that's what I thought.

Chilly: I...

Chilly: And I mean, unrelated note, Justin Jefferson is currently like.

Baker: Yeah.

Chilly: The third best. Actually, you know what? He's the fourth best wide receiver in Vikings history right now. Yeah. He's fourth!

Sully Shaheed: Chris Carter.

Chilly: Number one is ready.

Sully Shaheed: Randy Moss. Adam Thielen. Got it.

Chilly: No, no, no. Sidney Rice.

Sully Shaheed: and um

Chilly: Sidney Rice was a beast.

Sully Shaheed: oh um

Baker: for a season!

Sully Shaheed: a

Baker: He had a Good year.

Sully Shaheed: oh

Baker: Singular! Good year.

Chilly: Sydney Rice was a monster, bro. Yeah.

Baker: You people hurt my brain.

Chilly: Whoa!

Sully Shaheed: That's a hot take, Joe.

Chilly: Listen, I'm stuck. I'm still putting Randy Moss above Chris Carter. but

Baker: You hurt my brain so much.

Sully Shaheed: Dude, Sydney Rice.

Chilly: It's all right. he'll get

Sully Shaheed: What a shout, bro.

Chilly: Dude. He'll get there.

Sully Shaheed: He'll get there. He'll pass the legend of Sidney Rice one day.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: For sure.

Baker: I... I hate you people. I actually hate you people.

Sully Shaheed: All right, let's go to the most hated position in the DFS deli.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: Let's go to tight end. uh

Baker: We're going to defense? We're going to defense? What?

Sully Shaheed: No, I mean, we we don what what do we hate more on the DFS Deli?

Baker: Defense.

Sully Shaheed: Defense.

Baker: I hate defense.

Chilly: Oh, tight Tight ends.

Baker: I hit up. I hate defense. Fuck defense I hate defense.

Sully Shaheed: It's tight end.

Chilly: Defense is easy. You just put, you just. Get in where you fit in.

Baker: Yeah, who's playing Deshaun Watson? Play that fucking defense.

Sully Shaheed: Jack!

Baker: I understand that.

Sully Shaheed: Jaguars!

Baker: All right.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: Zuh. Pay the extra money! To play the Jacksonville Jaguars defense. Please!

Sully Shaheed: Just pay it. Cheers. Pay it and then and be happy about it. Just don't. Don't overthink this. Oh, I'm sorry. We're not even on defense. Tight end.

Baker: We're not. We're not there.

Sully Shaheed: As we've as we've ah mentioned earlier in the show. our client Brock Browers. is ah not playing this Sunday, so insert. Michael Mayer. And gives you a cheap punt play at the tight end position.

Sully Shaheed: However, looking at the top. Um, We do have. Our friend Trey McBride. sitting at the top of salary in both DraftKings and FanDuel. Colston Loveland, who is a breakout candidate on everyone's boards when it came to redraft, yeah he's playing Carolina.

Sully Shaheed: Ty Warren was solid. Kyle Pitts Baker is back in our lives. And yeah, I mean, you got. you know, Tucker Craft, who might be... eased back. Um,

Sully Shaheed: you know, from his leg injury last year. And. Yeah, I mean, there's some solid options at tight end, but...

Chilly: Okay.

Sully Shaheed: you know,

Chilly: I mean, and that's...

Sully Shaheed: Chili, where where do you want to go?

Chilly: I mean... Honestly, if you want to join the field, play Michael Mayer. Do you want the cheapest part of that Saints -Lions game? You want to play some Jawan Johnson?

Chilly: Don't hate it. Um, If you want to be different, just pay up. Um, basically the long story short for tight ends. um Again, I mentioned the Eagles guys. I don't think anybody's playing Dallas Goddard. he's uh i again here like the washington defense is so bad and philadelphia is also at home um So again here, that's kind of what I would be looking at. It's kind of.

Chilly: you know, fit in what you can get. and Walk away.

Sully Shaheed: but Baker, how do you feel about paying all the way up to Trey McBride this week? Because no one's going to do it. And I think we should.

Baker: well if if If I'm playing Jacoby Brissett, which I was... advocating a little bit.

Sully Shaheed: Yep.

Baker: A little bit, just a little bit.

Sully Shaheed: Yep. A little bit, yep.

Baker: 4. Obviously, Trebek tries to play. I think he makes a perfect... ah mini with any chargers popular chargers play whether it be a little lod or you play armarian i think he makes a perfect mini with either one of those options Um,

Sully Shaheed: Yep.

Baker: to bring down your your accumulatul cumulative ownership. but We have a flow chart. from last year. so There was a flowchart.

Sully Shaheed: Mm hmm. Mm -hmm.

Baker: Team. playing. football. Play tight end versus them. That team. is on the main slate their tight end is gross i understand it it is a gross click I...

Baker: yeah It's going to take a lot of alcohol to get me to click it. So I'm not actually. conscious for me to click it.

Sully Shaheed: Are you alluding to a RondΓ© Gadsden Jr.?

Baker: No.

Sully Shaheed: Damn.

Chilly: Hey, are you ready? You were referring to the Bucks tight end?

Sully Shaheed: I'd rather play a RondΓ© Gaston Jr.

Baker: ah

Sully Shaheed: He plays the Cardinals. Add to cart.

Baker: But yeah. Like, the darling of every of every of every redraft this year.

Chilly: So... So...

Baker: Good, so good.

Chilly: So, Baker, if you're if you're a flow chart guy. All right, let's say you don't want to play the Bucs side end. Do you know what team couldn't stop tight ends?

Baker: Nobody was worse than the Bengals last year. That much I do know.

Chilly: This team was second. To the Bengals.

Baker: And probably a mile behind him, but who?

Chilly: Um, Not too far behind the Pittsburgh Steelers. Can't stop tight ends either.

Baker: I'm not. Playing. Chiyo! PRINCE!

Chilly: Hey, do you not recall when Darren Waller like made his return for like a couple games? The guy balled out with Tua.

Baker: He did. He totally did. He absolutely did. You know who's not playing Kyle Pitts based off a principle?

Chilly: You know who you you know who balled out ah when Kevin Stefanski was still coaching. Harold Fandon, Jr.

Baker: You know who's not playing Kyle Pitts?

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: Like, I. Here's the thing.

Chilly: Hey, hey, listen, Kevin Stefanski knows the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Baker: I may have got, I may... Good.

Chilly: If...

Baker: Here's the thing. i may I may have gotten back together with my ex. but Whether that's a good decision or bad decision, I may have done it. I - Reef. Fuse. I will stand on principle of hating. Kyle Pitts for the rest of his natural born life in the National Football League. No. No. And no!

Baker: There is nothing you can do to make me. play Kyle Pitts. this Sunday.

Sully Shaheed: But what about instead of no, no, no, what about...

Chilly: Also, ah AJ Brown will not return to the game tonight.

Baker: My glass is empty. I don't have anything left in my class.

Sully Shaheed: That's why I bring a second glass that has H2O.

Chilly: And so... So if you if you are if you're like Baker and you're the flow charts, because I do have it up from last year, ah Cincinnati, awful. Pittsburgh, awful. minnesota ah Miami, awful.

Baker: Awful.

Chilly: Uh... ah Tampa Bay was not good against tight ends. If you really want to get weird in that Cincinnati game, I don't even know who plays tight end for Cincinnati. I don't know if it's still. ah

Baker: It's still Micah Sicken.

Chilly: ah what Is it so, Mike Gesicki?

Baker: It's still my cassette.

Chilly: And then rounding out the top five ah would then be the commanders and like the cults were. also very bad against tight end so um I think we pretty much covered everybody, right?

Sully Shaheed: hey At this point, yeah.

Baker: We... We spent way too much time talking about number eight for Atlanta.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: Mm -mm.

Baker: Way too much time.

Chilly: Baker, nancy I wish there was still a Whirlyball Center in Atlanta. i Get you a Kyle Pitts shirt. Just like that.

Sully Shaheed: Just like that.

Baker: Here's the thing. I still rock like that Minnesota Vikings key chain. You got me or Lanyard. You got me. I still rock it.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: It's like it's funny to me. Yeah, that Kyle Pitts t -shirt. If you bought me a t -shirt, a jersey, an autographed jersey, an authentic jersey, freaking a Scully. Anything. It's going straight into the trash. It's getting burnt. I am throwing it in the fucking garbage disposal.

Baker: My girlfriend would yell at me. Why'd you break a girl's proposal? Because I want to throw this Kyle Pitts piece of crap in here. What's that even mean?

Chilly: what

Baker: Don't matter what it means.

Chilly: Amen.

Baker: I hate that man.

Chilly: I would get. I would get you something framed. I'll let Steph know, like, hey. Don't let Baker ruin this.

Baker: We have enough framed things in this house already. We don't need more.

Sully Shaheed: Let's add one more.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: We don't need more.

Chilly: You got... You got plenty of wall there. Plenty of war.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, it'd be a nice...

Baker: i'm

Sully Shaheed: nice Pits. Jersey rights every week.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: well

Chilly: I'm getting one with the frame like the frame with the light.

Baker: Well, I will I have frames.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah.

Baker: Like, okay, we're about to take you on a little tour. There's frames right there with jerseys in them already.

Chilly: No. no No. No, no.

Baker: Right there

Chilly: This is on me. This is on the house.

Baker: Well, here's the thing. We have more frames in this box right here that I can put on this wall right here, even though I'm about to move.

Chilly: No, no

Baker: So that wall's not going to be there anymore.

Chilly: You still going to have bad internet at that place too?

Baker: Probably.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah.

Chilly: and

Baker: Considering they they they provide the internet for me, I'm probably going to have bad internet.

Chilly: see

Baker: So.

Chilly: All right.

Sully Shaheed: Remember that one week when Kyle Pitts broke fantasy?

Baker: Yeah, it was on a Thursday slate, so it didn't matter.

Sully Shaheed: Remember that.

Sully Shaheed: It mattered to my yearly team.

Chilly: Oh it matters.

Sully Shaheed: Not my yearly team because I traded them.

Chilly: It mattered for...

Baker: You traded them You traded them already, so I don't want to hear it.

Sully Shaheed: but It mattered to a lot of people.

Chilly: It matters.

Sully Shaheed: Your lead team.

Chilly: play I think that was playoffs. That was playoffs for fans of football.

Baker: It was playoffs, yeah.

Chilly: It was playoffs.

Sully Shaheed: and god Thank God I avoided him.

Chilly: i

Sully Shaheed: That was nice. But. Anywho, ah let's knock out defenses real quick. Then we can roll into ah the hot 10, our favorite stacks of the week, and get on up out of here with the shop for week one.

Baker: Can I start defense?

Sully Shaheed: Um,

Baker: Can I start it? Can I start it? Can I start it? Please let me start it. I want to start it.

Chilly: Sure.

Baker: The defense that Kyle Pitts is playing.

Sully Shaheed: Fuck outta here. Fuck outta here. That line is going to roll.

Chilly: I mean... I mean, the chalkiest defense on FanDuel is Tennessee, and it's not even close.

Chilly: I don't know how you feel about the Titans defense.

Baker: Tighten up!

Sully Shaheed: Use... $5 ,000 of your salary cap on FanDuel and play the Jacksonville Jaguars as eight and a half point favorites against the Sean fucking Watson.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: Don't care about any other defense. There is one defense that I'm playing on Sunday. It is the Jacksonville Jaguars. Against Deshawn. Watson.

Sully Shaheed: That is my analysis.

Chilly: oh

Sully Shaheed: And I approve this message.

Baker: Great analysis. Great up grade analysis. Very good.

Chilly: I don't hate the Jets defense either. If you want to play the Jets.

Sully Shaheed: Excuse me. I got riled up.

Baker: I feel like us on this show have made a living off of playing the Jets defense for way too many times.

Sully Shaheed: You're not wrong. We do play a lot of Jets defense.

Baker: ah

Chilly: Hey, man, I remember when the Jets defense was like 1900 that week.

Baker: Below the min

Sully Shaheed: Yes. Yeah.

Chilly: yeah it was

Sully Shaheed: Yeah. And it worked out just fine.

Chilly: Play them. Yep, they got like six points. It was great.

Sully Shaheed: ah Perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Chilly: Hmm.

Baker: yeah DraftKings was like we're never doing that again

Sully Shaheed: Hey man, they were really bad though. But I mean, the Jets.

Baker: They're still really bad, though.

Sully Shaheed: I mean, chill, you want to play a Jets steveph defense that didn't have an interception last year?

Chilly: template.

Sully Shaheed: Not one.

Chilly: Listen, as much as I love Cam Ward, they're playing fucking Cam Ward, man. That guy looked awful. In the preseason.

Baker: Terrible.

Chilly: Again, like...

Sully Shaheed: have

Chilly: I wish I could defend Cam Ward.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah.

Chilly: He was terrible. I mean like.

Sully Shaheed: Let's see. That's a good point.

Chilly: I mean, like, Tennessee, like... I could make the argument to play Tennessee's defense but you know because there. Salah does have good defenses. for For as bad as the Jets were with Salah, under him, their defenses were...

Chilly: Pretty decent. So, I mean, like even if you want to play it again. That game probably ends. 13 to 10.

Sully Shaheed: Oh my, the Titans defense is $3 ,200 on FanDuel.

Chilly: And maybe it's... a

Sully Shaheed: Oh, that's why.

Chilly: They are. I mean, it is literally Tennessee's defense is like 30%. And then everybody else is. different

Sully Shaheed: Well, i guess you I guess that's where I'm getting weird because I'm playing the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Chilly: to

Sully Shaheed: Against Deshaun Watson.

Chilly: That automatically on FanDuel makes you different.

Sully Shaheed: Yep.

Chilly: Not even not even close

Sully Shaheed: Yep. Like I said, when this Malik Willis double.

Chilly: Aiden.

Baker: Double.

Sully Shaheed: Oh yeah. The Malik will is double. The Jacksonville Jaguars defense stacked up with Byshell Tootin.

Chilly: Huh.

Sully Shaheed: All right.

Chilly: I.

Sully Shaheed: We're going to get all the correlation.

Chilly: ah

Sully Shaheed: We're going to go defense, running back. Wide receiver, wide receiver, quarterback. Run back. mini -stack. That's how Sully builds his lineups. That's how I always build his lineups. And it will continue. on Sunday. Malik Willis. For the win.

Sully Shaheed: Forget Jacoby Brissett. Suck it Baker.

Baker: Malik.

Chilly: That's a... is that your Is that your hot take?

Baker: Well it's... Double!

Sully Shaheed: It's the hot. it's it's what it's it's it's It's one of my hot takes. It's one of my hot takes.

Baker: Double!

Sully Shaheed: Yeah. Yep. Yep. double I mean, hey, we can we can roll into it now that we've included defense because it's an awful category to talk about.

Baker: I can barely name two. freaking, uh... Dolphins pass catchers and you want to play two of them.

Sully Shaheed: Baker. Baker, who is your favorite stack this week?

Baker: You make me so angry.

Sully Shaheed: Banker.

Baker: Come back to me. Chill. Talk. Because this man makes me so angry.

Sully Shaheed: ah Come back to me.

Chilly: Oh.

Sully Shaheed: Come back to me.

Chilly: Yeah, like I said, ah favorite stack this week. Just taking a look here early on again. I like the Bengals guys. I just like that game in general um I mean, I already mentioned them a couple times. Ah.

Chilly: I think I'm going to be sold on the Eagles. Um... Especially like since I am like an afternoon -only player. Um,

Chilly: everybody's going to be in that Arizona. Chargers game. And the Eagles will just kind of make me different enough. I probably like the Eagles. ah The Chargers are easy easy clicks.

Chilly: And if I'm going to be honest with you, I might talk myself into Caleb Williams by the end of the week. So that's. I'm kind of sitting there on on the Bears stuff. so i don't know i i'll talk over the bear stuff with you guys in the in the chat

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, in the group chat.

Chilly: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: Yep, no problem. Um, I would give. Baker time to recollect his thoughts. Um, I mean, my my my favorite stack, my go -to stack is going to be, and again, I discussed it with Chili, even in the offseason. Every week I will be running a Saint stack.

Sully Shaheed: um i think these I think this ah offense is going to deliver the mail for a tournament winning. Score one of these weeks and why not week one? The matchup is there. The secondary in Detroit is trash.

Sully Shaheed: Um, I like. I like Chuck Alave and Jawan Jennings as a nice little double. Run it back with whatever lion that you want. whether it's Jamo or Amon Rossi -Brown.

Sully Shaheed: or um i mean not well if you want to flex you can do sam laporta that's fine too or jameer gibbs Whatever the case is, that's one of my favorite stacks to go to. um If you want to get chalky, kind of cash gamey. I do like Herbert to McConkie. And we mentioned them. Well, I mentioned them for a second. Aranda Gadsden Jr.

Sully Shaheed: Arizona is absolutely garbage at defending the tight end. So I really like that matchup. And then, like I said, if you want to get super weird and be able to jam in Jamar Chase and. uh jameer gibbs and those guys um i do really want to go to the dolphin stuff.

Sully Shaheed: um It's Malik Willis plus whoever you want. to be honest. um And then like I said, large field only. um If you want to run a defense stack or run a dolphin stack and run it back with like a Trey Tucker, um I'm totally fine with that. Or Michael Mayer. you know, without Brock Bowers this week, I think it gets you in on the cheap. So you can jam in some of those guys that you really want up at the top. So those are going to be my my three ways to go this week. If I add a fourth lineup, it'll probably be a golf.

Sully Shaheed: Line up. Home golf is always a good building block, a way to go. If you want to get off some of the Jameer Gibbs chalk. um Yes, you know. Jared Goff is going to be. popular but again like we mentioned in the earlier segment QB.

Sully Shaheed: ownership is normally flat. So. Play whoever you want at quarterback. Just get different with your pieces. So those are going to be my four guys that I'm going to be rolling out this Sunday. Um, Maybe I could be talked into something else when we get into our group chat, but.

Sully Shaheed: Those are probably going to be the primary you guys. ah Baker, what say you?

Chilly: On a related note, before you do go, Baker, JSN is doing JSN things.

Baker: no

Chilly: He's at seven receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown. He caught a 45 -yard touchdown. So JSN.

Sully Shaheed: I am currently going against Jason.

Chilly: um um So, hey. So am I.

Chilly: and

Baker: Oh, uh... Shockingly. You would think in the the amount of fantasy leagues I'm in, I would be going against that man somewhere. I'm not.

Chilly: Yeah.

Baker: But I do have, I do.

Chilly: that

Baker: it I do have A .J. Brown in two leagues. so

Chilly: Yeah, I thought I was going to get a little bit of a break from JSN. Nope, Drew Locke just slinging the football.

Baker: It's because Drew likes the truth.

Chilly: All right, Baker. Who are we stacking?

Baker: I opened up. When we got to talking. I said a guy. I said a team. I'm still there. had Nothing that's been said tonight is moving me off of Jared Goff, Jameer Gibbs, and Amon Rao St. Brown as a stacking unit. Just give me all the high -priced Lions in the same lineup. all the ownership and. Screw it.

Baker: I will figure out something else later.

Chilly: Trey Tucker.

Baker: Y 'all going to have to do a lot of convincing to get me to play Dre Tucker.

Chilly: Jalen Tolbert.

Sully Shaheed: He's their number one receiver. There's no Brock Bowers. And look who they play.

Chilly: You know

Sully Shaheed: That's literally all I need to tell you right now.

Chilly: Chris Bell.

Sully Shaheed: Ooh, Trey Tucker's my gold star lock of the week. Trey Tucker. That's my gold star lock of the week right now.

Chilly: i Baker, are any of these Miami Dolphins wide receivers I'm naming you do moving the needle? Chris Bell, Jalen Tolbert? Any of those guys?

Chilly: How about Dorsich?

Sully Shaheed: It's the chili. Don't give away my stacks now.

Chilly: um I'll...

Sully Shaheed: I'll give away my stacks.

Chilly: I literally sound like I'm just naming random guys off the street. No, that is the Miami dolphins wide receiver room.

Sully Shaheed: Chris Bell is a third -round rookie.

Baker: What is it Malik Malik Washington? Malik Washington?

Chilly: He's the easy everybody knows that I'm naming the the no -name guys

Sully Shaheed: You named their kicker Turner.

Chilly: the honor The guys...

Sully Shaheed: Cool.

Sully Shaheed: Cool cool cool cool cool

Sully Shaheed: But yeah, man, i think it's time to get I think it's time to get hot. First of all, if you've made it to this portion of the show. Thank you for listening to the DFS Daily for over an hour. um If you haven't already, make sure you like, subscribe, and follow. It does us a huge favor. It gets...

Sully Shaheed: gets the Gets the news out to the masses that we are cooking up the goods here in the DFS Deli. What? This is my favorite portion of the show where we give you a hot take and a hot 10. So what me.

Sully Shaheed: Baker and Chili do in the DFS Deli is that we give you two. Two players of pop. that are going to score. touchdowns this week we want you to take those six players okay and throw a hot 10 on a parlay And then reap the benefits that we are gonna reap. When the parlay hits, we did it twice last year.

Sully Shaheed: So let's start off week one. By doing it. Again. Let's start off let start of the year hot. So. Chili, give me your two players for the parlay. And your hot take. for Sunday.

Chilly: Well, i'll so I'll start off with one player I was not ready for two so I got i got one in the chamber Uh, I will start off with...

Sully Shaheed: and

Chilly: Saquon. sparkly

Sully Shaheed: Saquon, the first pick of the the hot 10. Make sure you put that $10 on the six -leg parlay that we're going to give you. Touchdown scores on Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. I'll give you a second to dwell. on the second pick but baker you got two for me

Baker: Do I have to for you?

Sully Shaheed: Yes.

Baker: Come on now, do I have two for you? Are you kidding me?

Baker: Like I said, pow.

Sully Shaheed: Hit them with it.

Baker: Pound for pound, the best play on the slate. Chris. Oh. LA VEY.

Sully Shaheed: Excellent.

Baker: And like I said, we're playing Chargers all over the place. I don't give a damn how chalky they are. Omarion.

Baker: That's just the name of Samaria, right?

Sully Shaheed: Yes.

Sully Shaheed: Omarion Hampton. Perfect. Perfect. And Baker, what what what is the hottest take you got for Sunday?

Baker: I mean, how hard do you want me to get out the blocks?

Sully Shaheed: Let's get, it's week one. Again, you don't know shit. I don't know shit. None of y 'all know shit. So let's just pretend that we know shit. and going to give them the hot take.

Baker: All right, we're going to go back to my favorite stack.

Baker: Jared Goff throws for 500 of them things.

Sully Shaheed: Are you outside of your god darn mind?

Baker: Hold on, I'm not done. I'm not done.

Baker: He's going five for five. 505 tutties.

Sully Shaheed: Hot take. Baker. Goff 505. Got it. Got it. Chili, round two for your parlay. And who?

Sully Shaheed: do you got for the hottest take on Sunday?

Chilly: Yeah, I mean... let's Let's... Let's be real. I'm going to keep my parlay safe. Uh,

Sully Shaheed: ah

Chilly: we We need the safety net. ah let's Let's get Jameer Gibbs in there.

Chilly: It's probably not great value, but you know what? We talked about being safe. but So let's practice what we preach.

Sully Shaheed: Okay.

Chilly: Ooh.

Sully Shaheed: Okay.

Chilly: hot. Hot take. We need a hot one.

Sully Shaheed: Me ho - It's gonna be hot!

Chilly: we need a we We need a hot take, huh?

Sully Shaheed: Yeah, hot take. Chill.

Chilly: and it

Sully Shaheed: yeah give Give the listeners something hot.

Chilly: Yeah, man, I'm done on the... See in here I think. ah I believe. The Philadelphia Eagles are out there to prove a point.

Sully Shaheed: Okay.

Chilly: The Philadelphia Eagles are going to score at least 40.

Sully Shaheed: Oh.

Chilly: They're gonna prove to AJ Brown That he was the problem.

Sully Shaheed: Okay.

Chilly: So I'll just go in Eagles in a very massive blowout. to start the season

Sully Shaheed: So I got. Eagles. 40 plus from chill on the hot take. All right. I like that. I like that. ah let's Let's get some of these odds up. Let's get some of these odds up. You know, I'm throwing two players into the six -legger that you at home. can take your $10. and bank.

Sully Shaheed: on this six -leg parlay to hit. On Sunday. by Shel Tootin. We'll be scoring. A touchdown.

Sully Shaheed: Also... Let's make it hot. Trey Tucker. Is gonna round out this parlay. Trey Tucker is gonna find.

Sully Shaheed: The Box this weekend.

Chilly: I was kind of hoping you were gonna put in Kyle Pitts. This is so funny. he

Baker: that's That's one way to guarantee I don't put my money on it.

Sully Shaheed: Yeah. So to recap, we got Saquon, Jameer Gibbs, Chris Olave, the best pound -for -pound play on the slate, Fyshell Tootin, Omarion Hampton, and Trey Tucker to get those odds up in your favor. Throw that hot 10 on that six -legger. And my hottest take.

Sully Shaheed: of course, is going to be... Malik Willis. will be on the Millie maker winning roster.

Sully Shaheed: Malik Willis and... Welcome to the NFL.

Sully Shaheed: Chris Bell. He's gonna score. He's going to bring him along he's gonna bring him on and a receiver with him. So let's go with the third round rookie. let's Let's go with Mr. Bo. Those two will be on the million money winning lineup. this week.

Sully Shaheed: Baker, closing thoughts?

Baker: I hate Kyle Pitts.

Sully Shaheed: Great closing thought. Silly! Anything to close up before we close up the shop.

Chilly: Yeah, I mean, if we're going with Sully's bold take, and let's just say for some reason Houston beats Buffalo and New England loses tonight and the Jets lose, at least I can say Miami was leading the division for one week.

Chilly: And that's all it'll go.

Sully Shaheed: Who said Miami was winning the game?

Chilly: Oh, if Malik Wilson...

Sully Shaheed: I didn't... i didn't

Chilly: If Malik Willis is on the Millionaire Maker lineup, they're winning that game. Remember, it's still Kirk Cousins. It's still our first cousin. It's still quarterback.

Baker: First of all, don't you don't you dare slander the great name of Kirk Cousins, okay?

Chilly: You didn't even mention him until now, Bank. I had to bring him up. I had to bring up one of your favorite players.

Baker: I mean I don't

Sully Shaheed: He's got it.

Chilly: Ridiculous.

Baker: Just because I didn't mention him doesn't mean he's not my one of my favorite fucking players. God damn it.

Chilly: Yeah, you know who ma you know you know who made Cousins last year? Kyle Pitts.

Baker: You know who made Kyle Pitts? Kirk Cousins.

Chilly: Nah, I think it was the other way around, bro.

Baker: Okay? Absolutely not. Because he was doing dog water until...

Chilly: Yeah, it was

Chilly: Uh, no, he was so bald.

Baker: Kirk Cousins, got you in there.

Chilly: He was still balling out when Michael Penn ate.

Baker: No. he did not he did He did not ball out.

Chilly: Yeah. Yeah, he was still Bob.

Baker: He had the game of his greatest game of his career came with Kirk Cousins.

Chilly: Yeah, Kirk Cousins is welcome, but he had the greatest game of his career.

Baker: Yeah.

Sully Shaheed: You're welcome.

Baker: That wasn't the greatest game of Kirk Cousins career, you piece of shit.

Chilly: Okay.

Chilly: and okay

Baker: besmirched the great name of Kirk Cousins. How dare you?

Chilly: I don't know what Kyle Pitts' two touchdown prop is, but I'm going to go bet it. It's in spite of Baker.

Sully Shaheed: Listen, we can argue until the cows come home about Kyle Pitts. Let's go ahead and close up the shop, man. It's been a wonderful show. Welcome back to the NFL. Welcome back to week one. We're going to go ahead and finish up the. the Seahawks and Patriots game. And good luck to all of you on Sunday. Remember to like and subscribe on your way out.

Sully Shaheed: For Baker. Chili, I've been your boy, Sully. This has been the DFS Deli. We're going to close up the shop and we'll see you all. At the top. Later.
