Thijs van Gulik never really knew what he wanted to do. Somehow, he got himself into a small snackbar in the Netherlands, then to a country house in the USA and finally to The Ritz in the UK. After finding his home in the UK it was time to try different careers: from hospitality to recruitment to technology sales.
