Each episode will tackle different themes and struggles student and apprentices nurses face when in practice and out on theory. We tackle themes from work/study/family life balances to dealing with your first patient death when in practice or even when qualified! 

We will aim in all cases to back up our statements with evidence when and where possible but this is a podcast discussion and this is a lot of opinion based discussions.
