Each episode will tackle different themes and struggles students and apprentices nurses face when in practice and out on theory. How nurses and members of the MDT level up the profession, and hear from non nursing people on their expereinces in the healthcare setting. We tackle themes from work/study/family life balances to dealing with your first patient death when in practice or even when qualified!
We will aim in all cases to back up our statements with evidence when and where possible but this is a podcast discussion and this is a lot of opinion based discussions.
