In this episode we discuss the chakras (wheels or vortexes of energy): how they represent the elements that we are made from, the different qualities they have, and how they create our energetic and physical bodies. Primarily looking at the seven main chakras - Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, and Sahasrara - we also incorporate a discussion of the nadis.
