Speaker: All right, Paolo Di Bala, he chooses Roma after looking like he was going to go to Inter. Napoli came into the fold. However, he ends up choosing and selecting Jose Mourinho's side after his exit from Juve. What do you guys think of this? It's a three years contract for me. Fantastic move. Huge splash by Roma. What do you guys think?
Speaker: The following is a clip from this week's Italian football podcast.
Speaker: I want to say I think this is a fantastic signing for Roma. I think it's a fantastic boost for the entire Friedkin project. Di Bala would have played second fiddle to Lautaro and Lukaku at Inter. When there was a real chance for Inter to sign Romelu Lukakui, albeit on a loan, Inter went all in for that. And if Di Bala would have arrived, he would have played second fiddle. So incredible developments. It looks like Juventus might hijack Inter's deal for Bremme.
Speaker: Well, I wish if they had hijacked it, it would have been at least a competition, but this is the thing, that Inter didn't do anything. They've had an agreement with the player for six, seven months. They had all the time in the world to sign him and wrap that deal up, but they didn't. Instead, they waited and waited and dragged and postponed it, and they prioritized every other transfer this summer.
Speaker: before Bremmer, even though they had an agreement with the player for six, seven months. So Juva haven't hijacked it as much as Inter have just completely screwed this up. This is the football director version of what Radu did in the season. Radu eclipsed Greco as the biggest mistake in culprit in Inter's modern history. And now, if Bremmer goes to Juva,
Speaker: then Zhang and Marotta will have eclipsed all the stupidity or the dumbest things that Marathi and Branka ever did. Congratulations, well done.
