So as you all enter, you're obviously in kind of a grand entrance hall, large grand staircase leading up to balcony overlooking, extraordinarily large chandelier hanging overhead. As you all glance around the party without need for a perception check, you notice a couple things and if anybody that wants to make a check to notice more can.

You see that very distinctly, there are little pockets of people, like it seems like a very clickish affair. There are groups of people that are talking and excluding other people. Off to the right-hand side, you see an extravagantly set up buffet table with a large ice sculpture of a dragon.
