Nicole Humphreys is the co-founder and CEO of BANDITS Bandanas. After working in the nonprofit sector for more than ten years, Nicole left her office job in 2017 and relocated to Bali with the goal of starting her own business. On the back of a motorbike, traversing the island and fed up with an old, scratchy bandana, the idea for BANDITS was born. Between volunteering with neighborhood kids and charitable organizations, Nicole and her husband Connor worked to create BANDITS as a vehicle for social change.
