Welcome to the twelfth episode of The Chiropractor's A-Game Podcast.

In this episode I have here with me Hugh Kent who owns and operates King Grove Organic Farm in Central Florida along with his wife Lisa Kent, where they grow ROP certified organic blueberries and develop farm machinery, including patented non-chemical weed control technologies.

Theirs is one of the many organic farms in America whose businesses are increasingly threatened by the USDA’s failure to administer the National Organic Program as intended, and to enforce its own laws as written.  This is resulting in, among other things, replacement of soil grown organic production with plastic-based hydroponic growing systems.

Hugh has a BA in Economics from Tufts University and a JD from The Cornell Law School.
