Michael is the Deputy Managing Director for Philadelphia’s Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems (oTIS), where he leads the staff in developing strategies and implementing policies to build safe and equitable multi-modal systems across Philadelphia’s diverse and vibrant neighborhoods. He’s also the President of the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) and has his Master’s degree from my alma mater, UC Berkeley.  Tune in for a discussion about the future of transportation in Philadelphia, NACTO, and more.
