Lorne Lucree is the Chief Innovation Officer at Voyant Beauty, the largest beauty and personal care contract manufacturer in North America, and Head of the new Atelier by Voyant Beauty division, focused on partnering with fast growth indie beauty brands experiencing exponential growth. A product junkie, Lorne has spent his career at the forefront of disruptive beauty and personal care product development – leveraging consumer insights, developments in technology and active ingredients, packaging innovations, progress in sustainability, olfactive trends, and latest formulation techniques into blue sky ideas that translate into breakthrough, retail ready products that resonate. Lorne began his career in beauty working in Global Marketing and Product Development at L’Oreal and Estee Lauder, before moving to Luxury Brand Partners to lead Formula and Packaging Innovation for brands like R+Co, IGK, and One/Size by Patrickstarrr, present in Ulta, Sephora, Cult Beauty, Mecca, Douglas, and other prestige retailers across the world. Lorne was asked to serve as the Product Development Mentor for the inaugural Ulta MUSE Accelerator in 2022, and is the President of the Western Aerosol Information Bureau (WAIB) and a Board Member of the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA). Lorne received his undergrad degree from Boston University and his MBA from NYU Stern.
