However, actively involving a wide range of voices in board meetings is one of the best ways to nurture robust debates and ensure the needs of all sections of the community are well represented. Inclusive Governance is here to address this unmet need, helping school boards find those underrepresented voices for the benefit of pupils and the wider school community. In the coming months, we'll be releasing a wide range of engaging resources to showcase how people from many different backgrounds can get involved with governance and make a difference in their communities, as well as podcasts
