Stephen helps over 50s move better so that they can do more of the things they love and feel inspired to do things they never thought they could. As our work has become more sedentary and we’re moving less than ever before, more so since working from home, and our bodies have stiffened up as a result.
Back pain inspired him to take action on his own health and fitness and a combination of running a marathon and movement training helped me overcome his problem, feel fitter in his 50s than he did at 30 and feels like he can do anything. He now helps others feel the same.
