Beverly Asante Puschmann is a certified distance running and nutrition coach. In college she was an NCAA Division I 400-meter sprinter and started running half marathons in my mid-30s. 

Now she loves to spread the joy of running and get people off the couch and see them fulfill their bucket list items by getting fit and running a half marathon!
