um Okay, and then season 12 was just the one we did the very end of December. It was a good one, like some good teams. People aren't like super big fans of the actual winners, but... And not because of any like specific reason, just they were not Very entertaining, yeah. But we've got Kenton Vixen, who I love, and. Ronald and Christina. Yeah, Nick and Donald. We had some issues with Ron. He made a lot of progress throughout the season. He did. those were really good That was really good thing to watch. Yeah, so good seasons this year. Yeah. But like I said, I think season seven will stand out as one of my all time favorites.

Cause I had like, my ex-husband was a night owl too, and I'm an early bird. And it was like, we never like hung hung out and did stuff together cause I'd go to bed. That's the problem. It's like, so then I just have to stay awake to hang out with you, but I'll be not happy. I'm miserable. Yeah. So it's not happy for either of us to stay awake.

I've like adjusted and our kids are not really early risers either. Like I know that when people have kids that wake up at five, they prioritize going to bed earlier, but our kids wake up at like eight o'clock. So I'm like, okay, if I go to bed at midnight, then I'm still getting eight hours of sleep. But if I plan on going to bed at midnight, it's more like one o'clock. And then I have to brush my teeth and do all the things. And so that's something I want to be more consistent with too, is like actually like washing my face before I go to bed and kind of having like a bedtime routine and going to bed at like 10 30. Yeah. So I didn't write down like my resolutions that I want to do, but I did use chat GPT, which I am loving. I've been using it so much lately, but I was like, help me write out.

my life like this is what I want my life to look at look like and help me get to that point or whatever and I wrote like a ton of stuff and asked me a bunch of questions like like leading into this and that and that and this and it like popped me out like two pages worth of like this is what your life would look like and then it did like an actual like routine by the hour of what I would do at each hour to live that life that I want to live.

Like you buy things thinking that it's going to do something for you and it doesn't. I do the same thing, but I really actually think this is going to change my life yeah because then my whole family can also see like the things that need to be done, the things that are going to happen for the day, the week, the, you know, meal plans, everything. So I'm really excited about this and about my organization in 2025. I also got a new planner for work that I like custom made and it is

Oh, I was going to order one of those. And then I went to the bookstore today and I was like, do you guys have any planners? And they're like, no, we didn't get any this year. It's like, what? Well, you just ruined my year. I know. So I'll have to get one in. But that's what I want to do. Just be better with my plans and. Nice. Schedules and stuff and a lot of other things. But that's. I know. It's kind of like you got to start small and then I I feel like if you improve like the big things, like the littler things are easier to do because you just feel better. so If I'm sleeping better and getting more sleep, I'm not going to need to nap during the day, so I'm going to feel more productive. and You'll have a better breakfast and you'll be more energized in the morning. and you'll Exactly. yeah Have more time to just like do the things yeah because I'm not so tired. so It all just kind of like starts from one place and then grows from there.

We had such a good year. Like I did, I look back at it and I did so many fun things. Like we went to Bear Lake as a family no in June. That was super fun. That kicked off like a really fun summer. I went to Disneyland. Yeah, I went to Boston.

Like I wanna plan stuff here and I wanna say like this weekend in the summer, I'm gonna go do this and like have it there. And it doesn't even have to cost money.

I took a class um in college that was like the geography of Utah and one of our assignments was to go do something in Utah that you had never done before. I thought that was really cool. I was looking at So like all of my big trips I took this year were like January, February, March, and both me and Sadie, it was, we've kind of been on like a health and weight loss journey this year too. After all these years of just being like, oh i wouldn't like the race yeah one day and one day if we apply, one day if we apply, like we're actually going to do it now. We might not get on it right away or ever, but we just have to say we tried.
