Each week, we are going to discuss various areas of inclusion and how you can be an inclusion champion!  We aim to move beyond just awareness, into acceptance and embracing differences.  Today we are going to be in conversation with Aryan Avasthi who will share his experiences with playing the harmonium and learning a new instrument. Stay tuned to find out more.

He strongly believes that if you put your mind to something, you can achieve it and nothing can stand in your way as you will figure a way out.

Music helps him calm down when he is frustrated or in a bad mood. When he plays 2-3 songs, it helps him relax and cool his mind. Music has helped him improve his memory as well since he has to remember many ragas.

He also jammed with Rohit sir who is a saxophone player and had a positive experience.
