Debraj Sengupta is the Chief Marketing Officer for the brand and has a P&L responsibility for the watch product line at Victorinox India Pvt. Ltd. He has been associated with Victorinox India since 2010. He is also responsible for the pan India marketing strategy for the brand. Own and manage AOP and drive brand campaigns, product planning and media channel management for improving conversions sales and influencing P&L.

He brings in the most practical and rare knowledge in the luxury and niche watch business, with over 21 years of rich hands-on experience. Before joining Victorinox India, Mr. Sengupta has served several watch brands like Titan, Citizen, Rado, Tag Heuer and Dior.

After successfully launching Victorinox Swiss Army (watch) and spreading it across 170 doors in India, Mr. Sengupta says his current challenge is to be more digital-friendly and adopt a strategic, integrated approach that concentrates on consumers and makes Victorinox relevant yet different in consumers' eyes. He would be focusing on e-commerce and own retail for the next growth phase for Victorinox India. Victorinox is expanding its global retail footprints by including India from 2022, and this shall be the next exciting assignment, he says.

On weekends he passionately mentors and shares his knowledge online with aspiring students willing to make a career in the Business of Luxury.
