4 years younger in 6 months.
That's what 7 out of 10 people got from a handful of basic minerals and vitamins. Dr. Carolyn Dean, a medical doctor and naturopath and the founder of RnA ReSet, has spent 50 years arguing that most health problems start with missing basics. She shares what her Maui longevity pilot found, why your blood test misses low magnesium, why the vitamin C RDA is far too low, and why small, well-absorbed doses beat megadoses..
Meet our guestDr. Carolyn Dean is a medical doctor and naturopath who began practicing in 1979. She is the author of more than 35 books, including the bestseller The Magnesium Miracle, Magnesium: The Missing Link to Total Health, and Death by Modern Medicine. Her own severe magnesium deficiency led her to a chemist who could stabilize mineral ions, and in 2015 she launched RnA ReSet. Today she runs a 76-acre certified organic farm with two farm stores in Maui and hosts a weekly podcast that critiques new nutrition research.
