Speaker: The Pogba injury is a worry for sure. I mean, we don't know how serious it is. It will hopefully only be very minor. But you look at Pogba's injury record over the last three years and it's terrible. He's missed 72 games due to injury or illness over the last 33 months. He missed 40 games during the 2019 -20 season.
Speaker: The following is a clip from this week's Italian football podcast.
Speaker: Last season, he had a stretch with three months out and other injuries as well. So this is something Juventus have to be on top of, and Juventus' medical team has been heavily criticized recently, so they are under pressure here. As for the Licht and Nagelsmann and this whole rail that's broken out, I think that Bayern are hypocrites. There's no doubt about it. They've spent most of the summer complaining about Barcelona's conduct, about Lewandowski's conduct with that transfer.
Speaker: And then what have they gone and done? They've publicly unsettled the licks before that transfer was completed. They've publicly spoken about how they want to sign Harry Kane. And here's Nagelsmann as well criticising Juventus' training methods, which may be true, but it still doesn't change the fact that the buying are hypocrites.
Speaker: And then transfer market -wise, PSGs, Gini Wijnaldum, Link to Roma. Now, this deal for it to happen, there has to be some sacrifices made from a personal terms point of view from the midfielder. However, there is confidence growing at Trigoria that they can get this deal done. Still, there needs to be more work done on the personal terms point of view.
