112. How Do You Praise?
Today, I will share to you some learnings I got from the book of Shawn Achor namely “Big Potential” and here, he talks about competitive praise. When you praise someone while ultimately criticizing others, you are engaging in competitive praise. And it's crazy how common this is. I'll give you some instances and explain why I wanted to discuss this on the podcast since it really opened my eyes about how I praise my children. Learn a lot from this episode and enjoy!
