Episode 48: Andre Rand

Andre Rand, sometimes referred to as the real life Cropsey, is infamous as the most notorious criminal in Staten Island's history, primarily due to the horrifying nature of his crimes, which targeted innocent children. Fortunately, his tale concluded with a permanent prison sentence. This convicted kidnapper and suspected child serial killer left behind a trail of tragedy that offers little solace. Currently, he is serving consecutive 25 years-to-life sentences.
