Speaker: Welcome to Ministry Moment. We are so glad that you are joining us today. It's been a fun rollercoaster of weather here in Nebraska, um but I think we're in spring. I'm excited for you know spring and summer.
Speaker: anything more. Yes. 90 degree. We're good. So, wow. Yeah. Well, we're really excited because we have some special guests yeah that are joining us today.
Speaker: um Our friends, Pastor Tula and Wendy. And we are very excited to have them be a part of our ministry moment.
Speaker: And folks, you are set up for a glorious time. And i we do believe that the Holy Spirit is going to speak to you through them.
Speaker: And just... just expect something powerful, expect answers to your prayer. And because there's an anointing, special anointing upon um this couple and ah and and the the Holy Spirit gonna use them to shift things in your life.
Speaker: And I do believe, and I will be living with you, if you are watching this, ah this program today, I want you to increase your expectation because the Bible says, faith comes by what?
Speaker: ah Hearing. And the more you, when you set your gaze upon the scripture today, our special guest, every word that come is coming out of their mouth is from the spirit of god And whatever it says is going to manifest in your life.

Speaker: Wow. Yeah, thank you for joining us today.
Speaker: amen hallelujah wow wow wow we are so blessed to have us once again in your program and i hope that god will bless us all and those who are hearing too will be blessed amen i want to say to somebody today will be your moment and by the way we just celebrated when yesterday was the day the book of esther was celebrate celebrated so i believe that every human in your life this day is going to be uh destroyed and you are going to be one of the people who is going to be liberated because we we before yesterday probably you were in darkness
Speaker: but i'm here to announce to you a new dawn is coming into your life so hook on and by the end your life will never be the same amen amen amen wow so uh what we're gonna do i think i'm gonna have we're gonna be talk we're gonna be talking about uh discussing about uh believer authority so ah so ju i'm gonna have you guys, you know just just to you know, just go ahead, tell all our viewers, you know, what do we mean by the power of believer authority?
Speaker: And let the Holy Spirit use you. Don't hold back. And so whatever the Holy Spirit is taking through you, hey, go ahead. Glory, glory. that That's one of the wonderful topics we can discuss at this very precious moment because each one of us now know something unique which is going on in the world.
Speaker: No long ago in America, that was the 20th, there was an authority, there was a change in ah power, as everybody knows. And that's what we are going to use as a simple tool, something for everybody to understand what we meant by ah authority.
Speaker: Saints of God, authority only comes to eradicate chaos wherever there's no authority chaos rules so authority is very very important and as a child of god you need to know your authority in christ jesus i will take you into a story a little bit story and I will emphasize my story based on the book of Esther hallelujah because yesterday was there ah the 14th was 14th of other was when the book of Esther was ah written when the Jewish people had victory over Haman right yes but believers I mean I'm here to talk to somebody listen to me and listen to me very careful
Speaker: we all if you have not read the book of esther i'm not yet to speak a and i'm going to give a short version of the book hey man there was a man called hey man he we needed authority to do something so he paid everything into the king's treasure i'm talking about the book of esther to have that authority
Speaker: And when he had the authority, he decreed things against the Jewish people because he had the authority. He did no more need the king to come in to do anything.
Speaker: He did not need the king to do anything. He himself decided to do what he wanted to do because he had the authority. But there's a news I want to share with you.
Speaker: The same ring was given to Mordecai. Hallelujah. The same ring was given to Mordecai. The same authority was given to him, but he was still standing in front of the king, begging him to take authority for him.
Speaker: simply put saints of god in the book of genesis the devil knew the importance of having that authority so he did everything written to come to the but to to the garden of eden to steal it from who adam and eve and jesus and the lord saying that he has stolen the best sin of them He sent his only begotten son, Jesus, to come and die for you and I. Why? To take it back and give it back to us.
Speaker: And now the son is seated at the right hand of the father. And he said, whatsoever you will bind here on earth, I, the Lord, will bind.
Speaker: So that means he has given us the authority.
Speaker: Hallelujah. He has given us the authority. And that authority as a believer, we need to use it. Hallelujah because if you sit down and you don't take that authority You'll be like Monica still standing in front of the king still having watched what what he have to take to counteract whatsoever the devil is doing Let me bring you to America America you are watching me when when you are watching me from America before 20th of January
Speaker: before the 20th of January, the president, Donald Trump, couldn't exercise any authority. He couldn't issue any executive order. All the executive orders of Joe Biden was what was in play.
Speaker: But the second that he sworn in, watch what this, the moment he sworn in, by chief robert by the Chief Justice Robert, immediately he took the pen and decree and issue executive order counteracting everything that Joe Biden did, which was not what he wanted to be done.
Speaker: ah So as a believer, you also, as a child of God, you have to also have a divine executive order against anything which is going on in your life. Amen.
Speaker: Divine executive order is simply means if the devil has written sickness on you, you have to write an executive order. And the executive order is that you are a child of God.
Speaker: And this thing you doesn't permit to be with you. Amen. Are you following me? So if Donald Trump can issue executive order, you also have the right as a child of God to a to a to eic to write as to ah to write executive, divine executive order against any chaos which is going on in your life.
Speaker: This you have to know. I don't want you to be like our brother Mordecai and Esther. because he had done it. but He said it is finished.
Speaker: Now he have given unto you for you to use it. Amen. Wow. Amen, amen. So why are you not why are you sitting down crying and saying, Jesus, come and do what he's expecting you to take authority?
Speaker: Let me tell you, a cross mouth is a close ah a close mouth is a close destiny. When you read the book of Job, chapter 22, verse 28, it says, Thou shall also.
Speaker: russell What's the word of God says? Thou shall also. Simply means, you too have to issue a decree. a man
Speaker: What decree you don't want to see no more in your life? Amen.
Speaker: What are some of the decrees that the enemy have written in the realm of the spirit concerning your destiny?
Speaker: And as a believer, still waiting waiting for Christ, for Christ to come and do it while Christ is waiting for you to do it. Amen. Hey, Pastor Chula, I'm so... Yes, sir. I am so... i know I'm getting blessed by just listening to you talking because...
Speaker: You know, for so long, you know, honey, I may have you step into this. Wendy, don't but don't hold back. i we It gonna be a glorious moment, okay? So when Jesus, remember, when we Jesus was was raised back to life, the scripture says, were raised up together with him.
Speaker: and jesus is sitting at a god's right hands that's the right side of power of glory we have access to it that's what pastor chino is trying to tell you yes sir yeah i said believer you have that authority to make a decree that's what the bible says yeah whatever a king, what we decree ah shall be established unto us. So we have that legal authority to change situations. Yeah, well, and Ephesians says we're so seated in heavenly realms, which means that's our seat authority, right? That's where we're talking from. Wow, this is good. It's from the heavenly realms. Wow.
Speaker: Hey, Pastor Chula, is so beautiful. you know Go ahead. So I want you to you know, how, or maybe Wendy, don't hold back. I know I can sense the glory there and there's an anointing upon what we are discussing right now.
Speaker: Now, how can somebody really exercise that authority? Because there's a lot of Christians today are living, ah have a ah ah life of defeat.
Speaker: we It should not be that way. because Jesus did not die for nothing. He died for something. so So I'm gonna you tell everyone, how can someone ah ah recognize that authority? Because that's the things right now.
Speaker: People don't know that they have that authority that Jesus has been given to to us as a people. Yes, yes. That was the reason why I started the journey with the book of Esther. yes yeah about body care having the authority and he didn't know what yeah what he was carrying it's like somebody you as is israel you have given a child 200,000 euros a child and he doesn't know what to do with it you know the reason why is that lack of knowledge my people perish yeah lack of knowledge my people perish
Speaker: we become you become know you're right if you are a citizen of america and if you don't know you're right anybody can play games with you so as a child of god you have to know the word and most of the christians who are at least you know they they don't ask you say the word and then they are depending on the pastor some of the pastors to pray for them when they are in problem no no yeah They themselves, they have the authority.
Speaker: Because in Matthew 28, verse 18, Jesus said, all powers have have been given to me from heaven on earth. And we are representing Jesus. So we we can have the authority by reading the word. If you know the word, the word is very, very important in a Christian life. If you know the word, we will know our authority on earth.
Speaker: and Wow, wow, wow. So the word, the word. Because you can never go to the courtroom without knowing the law.
Speaker: And once you don't know the law, anybody can play games with you. So for you to know the authority that you have, you have to understand. You have to understand the word. And what is the word saying to you? what What are your rights?
Speaker: What are your constitutional rights? You know, it is like the president of United States coming to power and doesn't know his constitutional right. Everybody can play games with him.
Speaker: But thank God, when he knows it's right, then he can do everything that he want to do. That is the reason why, because probably you did not know, and you were limited that, that is the reason why this program is going on.
Speaker: That you will know you're right as a child of God. man
Speaker: That you will know what to do. that is the reason why the book of colossians yes some also confess but they don't know the authority they have they just confesses but they don't know so some confess yeah i have authority but it doesn't work he so there are people also confession they confess the word but it does not manifest what happens if you confess something and doesn't manifest?
Speaker: That is the reason why the Bible says when you are confessing, you confess with your mouth, but your heart is not with You have to be full of everything that you are going to release.
Speaker: If I want to decree, inform i mean if i you confess without knowing, there are people who confess. I think, honey, the the story is maybe they confess out of fear.
Speaker: yes yeah probably yeah yeah this is what i pick up i probably believe it's out of your daddy confess but if you confess at the point of what they don't really mean what they are really saying you understand what they are really saying that's also another important they don't understand what they are really saying that's also very important point but if you really have a deep insight of what you are saying you will always change the conversation you want to change the things around you you always change everything around you so you can rewrite you can rewrite anything that the enemy put upon you because you are a child of god he have given you the key
Speaker: you are giving you the power you are giving you the authority to speak against it to so to decree something against it and you can base your decree based colossians 2-14 blotting out every handwriting ordinances you can stand up on that scripture you know honey that's right that is the reason why the bad jesus said they read but they don't understand so probably you are confessing you don't have a deep understanding of what you are confessing
Speaker: they read that because that was what the Lord saw and that was the reason why probably he said that to their people wow wow you know something I also I have ah have observed And remember, ah we every one of us, we are still growing in the kingdom of God.
Speaker: And the more you are hungry for Jesus, the more he reveals things to you. andmen Because, you know, like ah Wendy said, you know, because people don't know the authority has been given to them. yeah And some are making not a decree, but they don't have faith in what they are declaring.
Speaker: Some, they don't even know the scriptures. if you don't know your ah constitution how can you take advantage of the provision in the land so that's what we need to you know before you can use authority remember devils satan understood the ranking of authority in the realm of the spirit i'm i'm so happy thank you bless i let me bless me for that and And I have observed that you can never use authority until you are a man of under authority.
Speaker: yeah That means we have to come down under the authority of Jesus before we can use him to see oh ah the manifestation of things that we are declaring.
Speaker: So it is a requirement. You can never use authority against Satan until you are, you become, well, you are subject to the Lordship of Jesus.
Speaker: So that's why going, we when we, that's why we have to go back to the scriptures and to speak with ourselves under the authority of the scriptures.
Speaker: And that's what the scripture says, well, we need to humble ourselves. under the mighty of God, because that's it that's our safe place.
Speaker: Because when we speak from that place, that's when heaven is obligated to stand with us and make this happen, and the devil have to flee. Folks, I believe that the Spirit of God is speaking to so so many of you.
Speaker: Now, maybe some of you may be saying that, you know, you know i have done A, B, C, D. You know, i'm not I don't deserve, you know, I'm afraid. No. Hold on.
Speaker: Hold on a second. You know why we have the blood of Jesus? Yeah. Well, and that just reminds me of the scripture we were talking about before we went on the show. um Ephesians 2, 4, it says, but God is so rich in mercy. Amen.
Speaker: And he loved us so much oh yeah that even though we were dead, because of our sins. So he's saying, look, God was rich in mercy and love towards you when you were dead in your sin, not when you were trying to be good or do what was right, not because you were trying to earn it, but he was rich in mercy towards us when we were dead in sin. I mean, how how powerful is that?
Speaker: the Amen. Wow. Wow. And for the time, you know, ah how many minutes do you have? Five more hours or for five minutes, whatever we have.
Speaker: We have to do part two about this. You know what, folks, I know. I can feel, we can sense that there's an unction, there's an anointing. We can be on the same topic for the for the entire year, about 25 years.
Speaker: because that is understanding our authority that's what make us what a victorious in this life jesus has done everything amen all right jesus he shed his blood for us he gave us his name and he gave us a mighty and powerful angels to walk with us that's why you know like wendy was saying that we must go back to the scripture folks that this is our foundation this is your constitution you have to know the law of your kingdom because devil's disease is not gonna listen to you if you don't speak from the constitution of heaven amen amen you have to go back to the scriptures
Speaker: You have to know what God is saying to you. You have to be man under authority. That means that whatever Jesus says, just listen.
Speaker: when we listen to his voice when we listen to the holy spirit heaven is obligated to stand with us you know i thought about wow i i'm not the one preaching today but i can say as a shower go i go and let a sp that is the reason why in the initial step i said now is the moment christians have to execute divine executive order yes evening the any a executive order issue which is against the will the rule and the promises of god it is up to you also to uh to decree to uh to write a as a divine executive order against it so if it is cancer
Speaker: if it's a dream if it is a chaos no matter the definition whatever the enemy has done in your life to this day together on this you are mounted on this platform we decree and declare any executive divine divine uh executive order written on your health you decree and write divine executive order over your health that you will not die of that cancer i tried that cancer to the root i will leave you from that breast cancer come out of it in the name of jesus i command you to shrink and die off in the name of jesus
Speaker: yes amen wow hey now it's not only cancer maybe you have a diabetes you have bone disease whatever the case receive the word of the laws receive the prayer right now whatever you need age is to today is your set time to rise above every unpleasant situation amen maybe you are believing God for your loved one, you can sign executive order in the kingdom of God for the returning of your particle in the name of Jesus.
Speaker: Whatever you need. can receive answer to your prayer. So we speak, out we I come against, now, ah i less I feel like I need to, yeah, I anxiety to come out of <unk> your mind in the name of jesus yes we agree all we agree with you yes lord right now right now to frustrate your destiny in the name jesus we we command our spirit to back up
Speaker: yes but right now right now to fortre your destiny in the name jesus wi jesusqui we command a spirit to back e and yes right now in the name of g right now and that right now so pastor chula go out and or when do you guys go ahead and pray for the people right now right now i decree and i pray for whosoever under the sound of my voice i don't mind whatever name they have labeled you i don't care wherever the company where the state of the company is i don't care whatever wherever the enemy i brought you but i stand with you right now in prayer i pray for somebody specifically who need investors in your company I pray for you right now by the close of tomorrow, 24 hours miracle coming to you right now. we Receive it.
Speaker: Receive it. Receive it in the name of Jesus. Right now, I pray for that woman who had a very bad ah dream about the son. You had a very bad dream. That was a the end divine executive the demonic, divine executive order which was issued against your son.
Speaker: That the Lord revealed to you. As I'm praying right now, I rewrite it. I rewrite divine executive order for your child that your child will be saved your child will be saved right now i pray for you the woman who just the husband have walked away from i command right now that divine demonic divine executive order that they issue against your husband for him to leave you and the children i pray for you right now let the lord let the lord let the lord right now i execute divine executive order that your husband come back to you in the name of Jesus come back to you in the name of Jesus come back to you in the name of Jesus that one who thought he have lost it all yes thank you Lord trust me it is not lost thank you thank you Jesus it is no loss God is bringing it back
