Speaker: Okay, so Fabian Ruiz, he scores at the death, to Senopoli, to the top of the Serie A table, at least temporarily. Incder, they still have a match in hand against Bologna. But what do you guys think about this race? Because it is starting to heat up.
Speaker: The following is a clip from this week's Italian football podcast.
Speaker: It really is. And like you alluded to, it could even be a four horse race. But personally, I think that after having watched the way that Napoli won that game against Lazio and they are now in my in my book, they are the favorites, not clear favorites, but they have a slight edge over the others. And also if Milan, if Napoli beat Milan at home on Sunday, I think they're going to win the score. I think everything is moving in their direction right now. And if they can can take that win as well, then then I think they're they're the clear favorites.
Speaker: especially now that they're out of the Europa League and the Copa Italia and they just have the Serie A to focus on. They are the big, they would become the clear favourites and I think they would win the Scurrito.
Speaker: I still have Inter as the favourite. They win their game in hand, they go top by looking at the running and Inter definitely have the easier running. I mean, I'm looking at their away games and they've got Juventus away, Torino away maybe. Apart from that, they shouldn't really be dropping points. They shouldn't be, but they are at the moment. They're in bad form. So of course, you know, the other teams do have a chance.
Speaker: I mean, some people are saying that even Juventus, they might get back into it. There's seven points off the top at the moment. I don't think Juventus are playing well enough to win the Scudetto. I can see the others dropping points, but Juventus really, they're only in there at the moment because one
Speaker: everybody else is just falling apart. But also this man, Dusan Vlovich, he is basically a one -man team at the moment. He's an upgrade on Cristiano Ronaldo. There's no doubt about it. I mean, the number of goals he's already scored, five goals for Juventus, if we include his Coppa Italia goal, three goals in two games last week, absolutely incredible finishes. I knew he was good, Vlovich. I didn't know he was this good.
