Minding Bliss

Hey Mama, I'm Jessica Sitani and I am obsessed with all things - mindset, motherhood, and entrepreurship.  With my bachelor's in Psychology I quit my 9-5 to start this new adventure called the online business world.

When I originally started as a virtual asssitant back in 2020, I took a leap of faith and quit my corporate job before making any income, then 4 weeks later made more than I had ever made at any job.

Since then, I pivoted to become a mindset coach after coaching dozens of clients and giving birth to our first baby, I felt called and inspired to pivot again, but slightly different this time. I became a Mompreneur Coach.

Now, as Mompreneur Coach I help you simplify your life from the inside out (all things mindset, self-care, decluttering, and time management).

I do this by teaching you how to take back control over your mindset & behavior, maximize your time with structure and purpose, fuel yourself with powerful self-care routines, and show you how easy it is to declutter and beautify your homes with simple tips.

Grab your favorite drink, a note pad, and get ready to feel inspired, empowered, and fulfilled one episode at a time. Welcome to the Minding Bliss Podcast!
