Why do you care so much about evidence in this era of disinformation?

That's really the the name of the game, isn't it? It's the big question. I think the important thing about the science and the evidence base to me is that it it doesn't matter who you are.

and It doesn't matter what your leanings are or your beliefs are. The evidence is about how to help people in the best way possible. And so it's not about our feelings. It's about the cold, hard facts.
