This is the season finale of season three for who is, and if I like this episode, honestly, I might add it to my rotation just so I'm notified of each episode that comes out. And I personally subscribe to the thought that if you're living in the past, you might feel a little bit of depression. And if you're living in the future, you might feel a little bit of anxiety. So I'm constantly looking for ways that I can ground myself during the day. I'm looking forward to this podcast. The episode earned its spot on the high seat.
