Today we're joined by Talent & Learning Manager at CHEP Logistics in the sub-Saharan branch, Aviwe Mpikeleli. Aviwe shares with us what kept her striving for success at university despite financial challenges and changing courses several times. She explains to us the significance of internships and mentorships for young professionals, why she focuses on mentoring mostly Black, Coloured, and Indian individuals and also shares opportunities to work for global organisations by either moving abroad or still being based in South Africa.
