Speaker: All right. Greetings, ladies and gentlemen. This is Joseph speaking. And on this episode of my podcast, I'm going to be doing a little demonstration of a game that was just released by Michael Taboda and 2MB Games. And this commercial game is called Haunted House. And

Speaker: and all the stuff in there should be self -explanatory. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to give you a demonstration since I bought the game recently, which I did help him to help support him. I'm going to give you a demonstration of all the games that you get when you get the pack and the
Speaker: and the game all together as one big bundle so I'm gonna play the game and you'll hear the sounds because I have a program that allows me to capture me making comments and the game audio so I'm gonna launch the game and we'll go from there sorry about my phone notifications that go off in the background you can just disregard those anyway here we go with the game
Speaker: So here we go. I'm going to launch the shortcut now and we'll get to business. Now the logo will play for a couple seconds so you can hear it and then I'll skip it with Enter. Here we go.
Speaker: Select an option from the menu by pressing enter, single game play.
Speaker: Now, here I'll go over the options in the menu. We got single gameplay, which you can play any one of the games, single player. If you go down as a single game separately. The next option we have in the main menu is play all games, play every game back to back that's available. Then we have survival mode, which allows you... I haven't tried this myself, but this mode's explained in the read me.
Speaker: There's also read instructions. Press read instructions. There's where you can find out how to play each of the games. So, and that's where I think it'll tell you about survival mode too. But anyway, there's the credits on where you can view those at your own convenience when you get the game. And there's the exit. Single gameplay. My demonstration, I'm going to do play all games.
Speaker: so you can hear how they relate to the games. So anyway, good luck and enjoy this presentation. And for my recording, set up a music I yeti for the microphone and Logitech H600 headset for playback. And here we go. Back off.
Speaker: Welcome to Pumpkin Run. Now I'm using the MEDA screen reader, and I have to move, now since the game got announced, I have to use arrow keys to scroll how to play, listen. Evil witches have captured traitors and through a process requires them to be boiled into cauldron, after them in the Jack -O -Lanterns. The Jack -O -Lanterns have been lifted to witches' backyard, and with witness and luck, you can collect them and free the imprisoned traitors. Be careful and quit, or you may find yourself in the witches' cauldron. Welcome to Pumpkin Run. So here we go, I just entered to dismiss this, and use the arrow keys.
Speaker: That sound you hear is a pumpkin. I walk over it and pick it up. You have to make sure the sound is in the center of your head before you go after it.
Speaker: And when you get captured it sounds like this. That's a witch.
Speaker: She got me. Now we move on to the next game.
Speaker: This has left you in a weakened state. Fortunately, there are lots of children out tonight. Unfortunately, the spell that holds them still so they can be captured also holds you in place. To add to your problems, the golem you used to capture them was destroyed. You have only a half completed replacement at the moment, but it will have to do. The golem, once started, can only walk forward and turn left with the use of a magical incantation activated by pressing the space bar. Good luck, and watch out for the trees at the edge of the art. Let's destroy you. West, south. East, north. West.

Speaker: Oh well. Ha! Here we go, let's move on to the next one.
Speaker: Unfortunately, you ran into the trees and fell apart. You lasted one minute and three seconds. Porch. Welcome to Poppin' for Apples. Collect as many apples as you can. Be careful though, because the stilled ants of those who tried and didn't survive will be trying to collect you as fast as they can. Oh yeah, and remember to come up for air. Welcome to Poppin' for Apples. Now in this game, you hold the down arrow to just go underwater and up arrow to go up for air. So here we go. You get a sense of the apple in your speaker and then go down.
Speaker: got me now we should move on to the next game now the guards game you
Speaker: So, here we go.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: You go to the skeleton and learn that it wishes to become a famous xylophone player, but can't practice because, well, the xylophone is broken. You grab a nearby stick and gently wrap on the skeleton's bones, it produces a tone, and the skeleton's eye sockets light up with excitement. Oh, thank you, thank you, the skeleton exclaims. I go to the skeleton continues, let's play a game. I'll play a tune on my bones, and you tell me how many notes there are.
Speaker: Guess how many notes were in the sequence 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12? Guess how many notes were in the sequence 6, 7, 8, 9, 10?
Speaker: Guess how many notes were in the 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17? Out of five possible, you got two tunes correct. Out of two, number three was 17, and the actual number of notes was 15. Out of five possible, you got two tunes correct.
Speaker: Welcome to escape the cellar. You awake to find yourself in the cold tank cellar, you realize you have been brought here by the ranged murderer, and have only a few minutes to escape. Still fighting from the unconscious, you stand up and start to run, as your mind clears and your strength returns, you will run faster and faster. You are not the only person brought to this terrible place, others who are not so lucky were buried in shallow graves or break up in the walls of the cellar. Be careful you don't fall into the grave, or get smashed by a cellar in the grave free of the wall any moment. You space the jump, and left and right arrows to dodge away from the cellophane when they break out of the wall. If you are quick, you can press control or shift on the same side of the cellophane as right before it grabs you to shatter it.
Speaker: City peace, yes but multi -slide, no but multi -space rest, haunted house.
Speaker: He got me. Oh well. Well, that's all. So I'm gonna close this out.
