podcast series, my aim is to create a space where IMG trainees can hear real stories practical advice and words of encouragement from experienced GPs, educators and leaders who understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with training in the NHS.
Existing Support and Identified Gaps

When I started this fellowship, I looked closely at the support already available for the IMG trainees from exam preparation to communication skills, linguistic training, and even cultural exchange initiatives.
Need for Personal, Accessible Formats

What became clear to me through conversations with IMG leads and trainees across the region was that while these resources are incredibly valuable, there was still a need for something more personal and accessible, a way to share experiences reflections and and reassurance in a format that fits into our busy lives.
