My guest is Rodrigo Vela
Along with his wife, Nana Matsumoto, Rodrigo, a proud Chilango (Mexico City native), is Maizal restaurant owner in East Vancouver, Canada. Rodrigo talks us through the path he took to become a restaurateur in Vancouver and the passion he required to get there.
