Writer/director Corey Sherman and producer Allison Tate were kind enough to talk with me about this film, which is one of my favorite of the year so far. It's the rare queer coming-of-age story that's also a crowd-pleaser-- emotional, but ultimately sweet and funny. I highly recommend checking it out at the film festival this weekend or catching it on-demand.
