Hello everyone, today I talk about the Barry Sanders era and how I felt this was gonna be the probably best time to win a Super Bowl for the Lions but it wasn't meant to be. The drafting of Barry Sanders in 1989 gave Detroit another face of the franchise in Barry as he was pretty much the team on offense while on defense you had Chris Speilman to name a few. Also, I shouldn't forget the best receiver named Herman Moore. But with all that talent all the Lions could do is make it to the playoffs and win only one playoff game in the 90s. Barry Sander after joining the 2,000-yard rushing club would retire after the 1998 season.  Thank you and hope you enjoy it, Thursday I'll be talking about a new topic.
