What is it to master the journey of contrast? We've said it before that contrast is needed in order to shift perspective, direction, and instigate change or transformation.

We don't always know exactly what we are going to talk about, but the simple act of intending to record an episode generally opens the doors for downloads and insights.

We are in a pocket of "Fire" energy currently, it's Leo season and the heat is on! On this day in particular, Jamie is recording while an actual fire is raging less than 50 yards away.
