Welcome to AIC News. Give us a few minutes and we'll give you the goods. Let's get you caught up on everything you need to know in the toy world headed into the week leading up to New York Toy Fair.

So you'd think with Toy Fair being on the horizon, the news cycle would be pretty slow here in the toy world, but it's quite the opposite. There's quite a few things that you should know about, and we will get to those in just a minute. First, little bit of housekeeping. So as I just mentioned, New York Toy Fair is the weekend of the 14th and 15th, live from the Javits Center in New York City, and Adventures in Collecting will be there live and in person covering the event. So we've got a packed schedule on the 14th and the 15th, lots and lots and lots.

So from the world of Star Wars. Both the ah the Game Reverse Starkiller fan channel exclusive and the previous pulse exclusive ah Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader 2 pack in the black series. That's the Darth Vader with the wired cape um from Empire Strikes Back. Both of those are up for preorder over at Big Bad Toy Store. Along with those two Star Wars releases, Mezco has their 112 Collective Nightcrawler up for pre-order. So again, that's over at Big Bad Toy Story. And all of the links that we're going mention throughout this ah update to you will be available at AICpodcast.com forward slash links. So just keep that in mind. Sticking with the world of Star Wars and Hasbro and all things Disney, Uh, the folks over at Hasbro also revealed that, uh, we have two new vintage collection releases, coming this week. So on the 13th from the new mall shadow Lord, uh, series, you can get the 11th brother. And finally, uh, Marak, who of course we saw for the first time in the Ahsoka series. So those two figures are mainline releases coming, uh, on February 13th. Uh, that is Friday, February 13th.

Nacelle's Star Trek Ambitions

um Our folks over at the Nacelle Company revealed their plans for a Star Trek Build-A-Bridge set.

So this is a a very ambitious ah undertaking, all, of course, in one-tenth scale. It will be 12 different sections. They will have lights and sounds. um The sections will connect to form the bridge of the iconic NCC-1701. So that's that's on the the USS Enterprise, of course.
