Calling from prison, former Minneapolis Police officer Tou Thao spoke to Liz Collin about his faith and what he thinks really needs to happen for justice to be restored in America. Thao, a Hmong American, was one of the four officers involved in the arrest of George Floyd on May 25, 2020.
